Ryusei wandered along the highway to his next destination, Takigakure. He knew little about the village, just that it had a ninja village that was known to be thriving, at least until recently. Recently there had been no news of Takigakure so he was not sure what to think. Perhaps he would find his friends in Takigakure, the Waterfall Village or such. Of all his friends that he could not find, Kenshin seemed the most likely to survive, as most of the others Ryusei had seemed stronger or faster than, Kenshin being the one exception. Of course, he had no way to truly know how many of his friends were just on vacation, but some of them HAD disappeared rather suddenly, it seemed. Hopefully he would find clues in the next village he would visit.
 

He sped up, not wanting to miss any action or any chances to get stronger. If his friends were all in trouble he would need to be strong enough to help them. There were a lot of things he needed to do then, mostly to the tune of training. There was also the small matter of convincing a race of other animals to help him out as his summons, he would have to seriously help them in that regard first. 

Slowly, the borders between the Land of Fire, and the Waterfall Land approached. Nobody was here at the moment, so Ryusei sprinted across the border, tucking his headband into a weapon pouch so that it would be hidden. You never knew where enemies might be hiding...
