Kumo Destruction OOC thread

This is a thread to post OOC messages, notes, comments and settle issues concerning the Kumogakure's destruction thread that can be found here without covering it in OOC posts. So let's keep that one clean and dump everything here, okay guys?

And I think I'll begin. The several issues regarding the last round. Some of them will require edits, I'm sure. Some might be settled without.

-First are passive stat boosts, namely from items and KKGs. This is directed at Psy and Yaju:
Psy appears to have both Shikotsumyaku and EMS passives counted in his stat summary, which exceeds the limit - he needs to choose one. And Yaju's passives exceed the +25 from items. I'm not sure which ones he is using, but I ask that he chooses and clarifies.

-Secondly, to my knowledge and to some other mods', Rinne paths cannot use anything other than the path abilities. Psy's "Black Haired" path is using Hoho, which is a skill that Psy knows. Please fix or present evidence such use is allowed.
Expanding on the paths, the same path is said to have consumed a fruit of the Tree of Life. ToL app says those who do not have MS and Mokuton get their chakra disabled if they eat it and only those who have gain the stat boost. The path does not seem to have either, how come it gains the stats and is not disabled?

-This next thing you probably already know and in my opinion it's legit, but you might still want to edit it because it screws your allies somewhat. Because Psy attacks Youka before he leaves the plaza to go on his killing spree, neither he nor his clone gets to their destination. Which means, Arashi, Kaos and Ganki simply do not encounter them, which leads to their actions based on that encounter not happening. That would result in Ganki being on the roof and the other two leaving as per their previous posts.

-Next is what I had already explained to Yaju in CB. There is a contradiction in Psy's post regarding distances.

The blue haired man had appeared through Kamui. Actually, six beings had exited through Kamui, almost a mile from the area where the so called demon was located. Three of these beings were Kurokon's paths, one was Kurokon himself, with another being his clone, while the last one was someone very special.

In any case, the next of the visible beings, each of which were standing two meters apart, with a large distance of thirty meters between themselves and the being who thought of himself as a demon, as if he knew what a monster really was, was the path known as Kisuke Urahara.

I'm sure you see the issue here. You exit Kamui a mile away, a distance that would take some time to travel and then without actually moving you are 30 meters from Youka.

-Just a note here that Ganki's suppression breaks when he applies FTG seal on his blade.

-A reminder to keep track of your edits and not edit without permissions. As it is now, Fenn appears to have edited twice and those edits count towards his limit. In my humble opinion they're wasted edits, because once Psy makes edits to his post, Fenn and Yaju get free edits, provided anything relevant is changed. But this wasn't my decision; Youka says those edits count. So pay attention to what you're doing.

-Reminder that the armor does not add 100 health to Fenn. That is the health of the armor itself. And in some cases it might not even protect you, example being blunt force, a shockwave, heat and similar.

-Youka asks to remind everyone to put full AP expenditure summary at the end of the posts. That includes vagued techniques. In other words, if you're vagueing an eclipse to be the planetary devastation, then the AP needs to be accounted for on the post you use it.

Alright well I would like to first applogize, this is my first BIG big fight and I got nervous and had forgotten to put my stats and the like, the second Edit came in due to being asked by Yaju to remove the mentioning of Kaos, as Psy's post had timelined us to not be near Kaos, and I personally Believe, Ganki's Post to be vauge enough to be still counted as not timelined, but maybe I missed something, I know I am not as experienced as most, Anyways that's what I had to say on that

1. I dont recall EMS being passive.

2. Ive never seen anything that stated paths cannot use skills that the user knows, and expanding upon that, the TOL fruit would obviously not harm them, as, oh I dont know, they have MY chakra, and I recall Zetsu Bodies being MADE from my chakra. It would make no sense for it to affect them negatively.

3. That was partially my bad, but all of them posted between when I was starting and when I finished, and not a single one of them has complained to me about it, or else Id have edited.

4. If you had been paying attention to my post, you would note that Kuro was remembering how he got to the place in the first place, by Kamui'ing a mile away, then the black/blue/red/blond heads being 30m away from Youka. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!, you might ask in an overly dramatic tone. Walking, running, flying, leapfrogging, or crawling, I would reply. Why did I not address that they were walking? Oh I just didnt think anyone cared to listen to more of my post, especially when it wouldve been about walking/running to the current destination.

5. All my AP is correct. Whether or not anyone else understands why its at the level it is at is none of my concern. I will gladly explain when the topic is actually over, or the costs come into play. Also, and this is not me pointing anything particular about my post out, but there is a very VERY wide gap between vague and hidden attacks. I would appreciate not being compared to the likes of Mack, in that regard. (Because thats the kind of person who needs to vague.)

And to end this, how about we get a mod/admin who isnt, A. obviously rooting for one side, and B. ISNT involved? Seems to make sense to me.

alright. so lets see. 

ems buff is counted under passive bl so u cant have that and the health buff, botta pick one or the other.

Paths seem to word based more on the summon scale so they wouldn't have your jutsu or skills unless something specifically says it does. someone feel free to step in here above my head if tht's wrong but it doesn't say they get anything special asside from their path abilities and if they did get jutsus or skills that would mean they'd have to have their own stat page just like ebk bodies or medical constructs

i mean.... yall trippin over each other? fight amongst yourselves about it i suppose. 

issue with your timelining. in order for this to be a look back into how you got there you'd have to timeline back more then 1 round of posts which is not allowed. cant just start your post a few rounds before the current point in timeline even if it is for dramatic effect. 

the way #5 reads is "i'm hiding something and im not telling"... that's not how this works. explain what's going on especially if asked. i'd put that under the same situation as hiding an attack. pretty simple answer: there was suggested a discrepency, it's your responsibility to explain why it's right to ease the minds of any who thing somethings off or might suggest you're cheating.

Something active counted as passive? That seems a bit flimsy to.. almost anyone, Id wager.

There is nothing saying they dont, you have no proof that they do not. As for the summon scale? WRONG. They get stats equal to the main body of the rinnegan user, it was implied in the rinnegan topic they can what the user can, backed by canon, where Yahiko's body used jutsu. There is no statement even suggesting paths cant use our skills.

No, we arent tripping over each other, as Im guessing you have not read the topic. I timelined less than a round, which is indeed perfectly legal, and none of them have complained, and it seems that should be the only reason anyone even notes the timelining in this topic. Further, you are suggesting my in-post flashback is part of the timelining, while it is not.

Hiding attacks is perfectly legal as well, as stated in the RP style rules. Whether or not anyone sees them is up to them.

Also, I asked for a mod not involved, not someone who did not bother to read the topic. A less obviously biased mod would also be helpful.

sorry! missed part. the tree of life fruit. i'd give you the ms requirement simply because they "technically have rinne" but like i stated they wouldn't have your jutsu unless someone above me overrules that and as such the fruit would in fact poison them. 

fen unless they have a real issue i'd say ur fine just keep it in mind for future. if you have to edit put in parenthesis what you edited and why if it doesnt actually effect the battle i mean... it'd be a douche move to call the player on it but if it does i just wouldn't unless it's super shortly after you just posted. at that point again put parenthesis saying you're making an edit and send real quick. 

ganki's supression would break with the first seal, probably an oversite buuuuuttt i mean you both have sharingan so supression is moot anyway last i checked.

They do not need my jutsu, Ive no idea where you got that from.

The fruit, when eaten by a person without mokuton and MS, will poison the chakra system, rendering them unable to use chakra for however long the fruit was left to grow

Considering it would poison the chakra system(If it even did have a negative effect), and they share my chakra... Ill just let logic work out the rest for you.

So far no one has posted a genuine problem with my post, so... yeah.

yes. just like the sharingan boost ms boost is considered passive bl. otherwise you couldn't use it with a stat increasing jutsu without killing yourself. 

it says nothing at all about what the paths get and as such imo as a mod and probably the only mod not in kumo right now because of that they're to be considered vanilla. yes i know they get extra stats. rinne op. moving on. 

the tripping over each other wa... nvm. u understood my point. unless you can move a full mile in a round yea ur timelining back a bit and i dont think you can kamui at 50 speed and then run a full mile in the time given within the timeline. 

hiding attacks is legal to a very very small point. if i were to throw a kunai with an exploding tag and not say there was an expoding tag or hint at it anywhere in the post... there would be no exploding tag. these are all pretty little issues overall(though good to address) just fix them so the topic can go on. 

i've read the topic as well as the issues involved and i believe i'm the only mod active who isnt in kumo. my job as a moderator requires me to be unbiased in my job and i take that seriously.

again my ruling would be the paths cant eat the fruit. find a mod who isnt in kumo and feel free to have them step in. i believe it's just echo and viper neither of which really can log on. until then i believe i'm all yah got, however in the interest of assisting i'll see if i can contact one of the two
