Hi there, welcome to NRPG. We're all really glad to have you here. I know the site can be a bit overwhelming at first but you'll get the hang of it in no time.
Here is where you should start: http://naruto-role-play-rpg.forumotion.com/t19394-character-creation-template-and-rules . These are character creation rules and the template. Please fill it out and post it in the character creation subfirum and we'll help you from there.
