Loser Expounds [p,nk, Xy]

Kozata decided that it was time to speak to Xyxer. He had made quite a few developments since they had last met, the least of which was the creation of a whole 'nother world. That wasn't the big thing, though. He had done an S-rank mission, which would normally have taken a squad of ninja, by himself. Kozata was a little proud of himself, but Dio scoffed at such things. It hadn't been that hard, he told Kozata. Other than the cable-car man's betrayal, the mission had been simple and straightforward.

What was of more interest to Kozata was the fact that there hadn't been any recent disturbances around the village. Ever since the incident with the clown, he hadn't encountered any missing ninja out and about. This was good, as it meant that he had to do less work, and that there was less conflict between him and the yuumei about what to do with people they caught. To kill, or not to kill?

Still, he wanted to update Xyxer on what he was doing and on what kinds of power he had gained. In addition, he felt that his chakra at the moment was large enough to compete with Xyxers, though that was more of Dio's thoughts than of his own. Regardless, he needed to learn a few things from Xyxer as well.

He needed to know if there were any more of his clan members in Kiri. He himself wanted to know to see if he could learn anything, but whenever he brought it up with Dio, the yuumei was strangely quiet. What were his motives?

Kozata walked up to the familiar kage office atrium, nodded to the secretary, and waited his turn as accustomed. The kage was, no doubt, a busier man than he, and as such, he knew that patience would be needed. The lobby thermostat had been turned down for the humid, hot day, and Kozata warmed himself with Ausloschen while he waited.

Xyxer was informed once more by call that there was a boy that wanted to see him. According to the words of his secretary, he looked like a 'loser', and Xyxer immediately knew who she meant. "He may come up." Pushing the documents on his disk to one side, he pushed back a little from his desk in his cool spinny chair , his head pushed back into the seat to rest his neck with a slightly angled view at the roof. He had heard lots of news recently, perhaps the new boy would be able to sate his curiosities.

With that, Kozata would head up as soon as he was allowed, walking the familiar path to the interior of the kage office. This time around, he was going to the kage not because duty called him to, but of his own volition. Even Dio had had relatively little influence in this decsion; as the yuumei had really wanted to go later on in the week. However, Kozata was in control. He'd show Xyxer he was worthy... maybe he'd be able to learn the location of at least one other Shinkou.

As he entered the inner office, Kozata sank to one knee, as was customary and right with him.
"Lord Mizukage, I've come with... a few personal developments and questions." As much as he knew that Xyxer hated some questions, he felt... confident that this time around, he'd be asking the right ones. As a chunin, even his information was limited.

If the Mizukage would allow him to merely continue without pause, Kozata would speak again.
"With my chakra, I've managed to... create another world, if you will. A dimension that I put at the disposal of Kirigakure."

When the boy entered, Xyxer allowed his gaze to fall from the roof towards the boy, watching the two ANBU behind him shut the door upon his entry and kneeling. Listening to the words he spoke, he nodded, clasping his hands together and resting them upon the desk before him. He had heard of space time worlds, rumours flew and flew.. he didn't see the point in them personally, he only wanted blood.. real blood, not the blood of another world. However, he would smile towards the boy, nodding his head, "Please, tell me more about it. Also, whilst doing that, tell me what you wish to know."

Ah, so he did want to know more. At the same time, he left the field open for Kozata to ask questions. In that case, this was an exchange of information, was it not? Both Kozata and Dio liked this kind of thing. At the very least, he'd get something out of this exchange.

"The world I possess, Mukou, is a dimension that seeks others." He looked at Xyxer the Mizukage, his gaze searching. "If any other ninja possesses a world like this one, it can assimilate some of its abilities. However, that's not the main purpose of it. Using Mukou, I can teleport to places I've been before. I could even move an army from here to the walls of Konoha, if I so desired."

This was true, though moving an entire army into Mukou in the first place was a task that would require quite a lot of chakra. Nevertheless, it didn't inhibit the truth of the statement: it was something that he was very capable of. Now, for the first question, if Xyxer allowed him to continue.

"Are there any other Shinkou clan members in Kirigakure? I have been looking for one, as I believe my clan has secrets that need to be plumbed."

If what the boy said before him was correct, then this space time world could prove much more useful than Xyxer had once deemed them. He spoke of teleportation, something he recalled a few others being able to do.. He had once been able to teleport through the usage of a seal, but those days were now long gone.. Maku had teleported to him, as well as Denkiteki and Naoki.. Perhaps they will have these worlds... perhaps not. However, having the advantage of mobility was certainly striking. He nodded his head at the boy's question, "I believe we have some other Shinkou clan members. Have you heard of Altar Shinkou?"

Kozata was glad that things were going smoothly. He had half expected the Mizukage to kill him or hurt him or something, due to the fact that he was gaining more power. What did this mean? He was pretty sure the Mizukage didn't trust him, but then in that case, did it mean that his leader expected more from him? Well, he would know soon enough.
"Altar... no, I'm afraid I haven't... was he from Tengakure, or was he an original Shimagakure inhabitant?" This was something he tried to get out of every ninja he came across. Despite Kiri being one unified village, there were still some conflicts between the old Shima and the Tengakure ninja.

"He is from Tengakure, one of the few Tengarians I can actually tolerate. He is also a rank just above yours, Jounin, if you're so inclined to train with one of your family members." He paused for a little while, the ideas in his mind sparked up once more, "Tell me, Kozata, how does Jounin sound to you?"

Kozata's eyebrows rose, Dio influencing the boy's actions more now. A former Tenga ninja... who was nicer than the others? Or at least, he appealed to the Mizukage more. In addition, he was a rank higher, which meant he had access to resources that Kozata himself did not. Well, he'd certainly have to seek out this... "Altar Shinkou" at some point. He'd hopefully be the one to tell Kozata about the origins of the yuumei, and where to go from there.

However, the Mizukage was asking him another question. He assumed that he meant the rank of jonin rather than the word "jonin", although he had to have a little prodding from Dio to not go full dumbass and ask the Mizukage that anyway.

"The rank of jonin means a greater increase in privilege and duties as opposed to the rank of chunin. The responsibilities of teaching a team, for example... guiding the next generation of Kirigakure ninja is a task that cannot be taken lightly."

This was certainly true, as each generation of ninja must have some kind of optimal training. The nation could go into war at any time, and the ninja would have to be ready.

"As for myself, well, the next rank is always a goal. Work hard, complete tasks for the village, no matter how difficult, and offer your assets to Kirigakure... is that not how it works?"

Xyxer leaned further back into his chair, moving his left thumb towards his mouth lazily as the boy started to retaliate to Xyxer'a question. His thumb ran gently over his sharpened teeth, very sharkish, very cool, he liked it. Pressing his thumb against one of the teeth, the soft flesh of his thumb would be opened by a mere centimetre, allowing for Xyxer to mildly sate his blood lust by rubbing the blood across his lower lip, iron's good for bones after all. "Have you heard of the new village Hoshigakure? I hear one of my friends may be there, I'd like for you to recon the village from the inside. You can do this in stealth if you please, or simply through the gates, I'm sure a new village wouldn't refuse a friendly visit."
