Since his sisters disappearance inside of Konoha, he decided to take things nto his own hands, starting with the little ego-maniacs friends.
Dear Tori,
I need your help and wisdom concerning a clan affair of yours, it is important I meet with you at once. I would come to you but certain circumstances healthwise prevent this and I can only be out for a couple of hours at a time. Please meet with me at the fire borders rather quickly when you receive this. I am on a schedule and in a hurry.

Like one of his good friends from ninja school told him, to catch flies, use sugar not vinegar. First fly down, Tori. He sealed the letter and quickly sent it off. And he quickly headed out to the Fire Country Borders, closely followed by Miles the cat.
