Sm0l Thinking

Hm... so, it did seem that there were refugees from Kumo getting out and about. He had expected some to come this way, but hadn't seen any as of yet. How strange. Then again, this village probably wasn't very well-known yet. Still, the fact that he had neither seen nor sensed anyone of the sort was weird. Had they all gone to other villages or died out of sheer coincidence? It wasn't entirely out of the question. It might indeed be the case that many had taken the path of the other Kumo nin he had seen at the Konoha gates... running to the more prosperous villages for aid, or perhaps sanctuary.
At this point, it occurred to him that he was doing what was called "small talk". He thought that it was mildly enjoyable, to an extent.
"I am, indeed, merely a medical ninja." He didn't talk about any of his other particular talents, such as his sensory prowess, but left such thought within his mind.
"And you? Are you also a medical nin, or do you seek to become one?" This was just a casual question with no particular intent behind it, which was somewhat strange for Kozai.

"Not yet although that's what i was wanting to research in the village." The young man states deciding to have a seat on a log near by. "Hmm would you mind helping me out in learning the arts of medical ninja?" He asked after he was seated and looking back at the man.

With a brief movement of his right arm, Kozai would take the Seed, and lightly brush it over the boy's hair. This movement would be done at what was a casual speed for Kozai (about 85), but would be undetectable for the lad. Interesting... it appeared that there was something out of the ordinary here. He'd have to ask the kid later. Returning the Seed to his coat in the same, undetectable manner, he'd sigh.
"Very well, then. I suppose I didn't have anything else to do. To start, we need to find a human body. Freshly dead, if possible."
He cocked his head slightly, looking at the boy.
"Know where we could find one?"

"Fresh dead bodies....not off the top of my head although i rekon we could always make one." he said looking around for any passer by that may be on their way to or from the village. Seeing no one right off hand he looked back at the man before him. "dont see any one around to where we can do that though." He spoke trying to think of a place where he might be able to get a dead body maybe even a live one.

"Well then..." Kozai turned, looking at the dark horizon. He had a corpse on him, but he'd rather not use that at the moment. It was something he'd need to return to Li Dian when he got the chance. Corin... he had barely known her, but he felt a sense of responsibility for her body.
"It looks like we're going to have to go for a little trip. Follow me." With that, he'd set off toward a point that he'd been at earlier on. Those bandits he killed had been preserved and stashed in a safe spot.
"I just remembered that I have about three or so bodies stored away around here. Scoundrels, you understand."
He'd be going at a decent pace for walking.
"Keep up, now."

Ryuk followed the man as he said they would go on a trip to get a few bodies. "Scoundrels work just as well as anything i rekon." he said not caring who it was this man had killed as it didnt matter to him they were ninja their lives were always at a risk of being short. He would do his best to keep up with the man in front of him and for now it seemed he was doing a fine job albeit a little slow but it couldn't be helped right now.

After a few seconds, they reached hollow tree, from which Kozai produced a rather fresh-ish corpse. With the efficiency that he was so used to, he placed it on rather broad stump that seemed to be the approximate dimensions of your average operating table (what? How had THAT come about?). Looking up at the boy, he tossed him a packet of disinfectant.
"Clean your hands."
He would do the same before settling down by the side of the corpse.
"Before we start, I'd like to know your name."
He raised his right hand slightly, pointing the fingers down toward the corpse's torso. Chakra would begin to flow through his arm as he prepared to use the chakra scalpel.

A hollow tree is where they came to upon which the man pulled out a corpse and handed him some kind of disinfectant. Using the cleanser he made sure that his hands were thoroughly clean before answering the man. "Ryuk Uzumaki and you?" He asked wondering if the man would have any idea of the clan he came from. He watched the man as he began to flow chakra into his fingertips and point them down at the corpse he had set out on a very conveniently sized tree stump that seemed to look like an operating table weird.

So, Ryuk. That was the boy's name.
"Kozai Yuki. Good to meet you."
With that, his hand buzzed with chakra as the chakra scalpel activated, and Kozai used it to make a careful incision in the abdomen of the corpse. The body was still fresh, but that didn't prevent the smell of blood and internals from drifting upwards. However, such things were not the only things. Formaldehyde, which had been used to ensure that the parts didn't rot quickly, was also among the aromas.
"Now, Ryuk..."
He reached into the body and made a couple of quick cuts.
He pulled out a kidney.
"Now, this is clearly a kidney, right? .... Now, what do you think this does?"

Ryuk watched in awe as the mans hand began to cut through the skin like it was no more than paper. The smell of blood and guts filled the air followed by some other smell that was rather rank. Kozai, as the man had introduced himself, pulled out a pink almost bean shaped organ out of the body and identified the organ as a kidney. "Kidney it filters blood if i remember what i read in a book Kozai." He spoke knowing of it only due to him having read 'Human Body, The Ultimate Machine' and knew only that it hurt like hell if someone was hit there. A thought crossed through his mind as he watched the man go to work and he began to let all the knowledge the man was giving him all sink in.
