Library Shenanigans (P,NK,Ashie)
Wed Feb 10, 2016 1:32 pm
It had been a week since Kyoto first made her armor and her sword and she was now searching for more information about the Ametsuchi in the library seeing as her father was cooped up in the Hokage office drifting away from the world. Sure her father was one of the last Ametsuchi alongside her and the rest of her siblings but he never talked much about his clan. She had always assumed that it was a hard subject for him to speak on."You know as long as I have been following your father, I never heard him speak of the clan, though I might've been asleep at moments when he was talking about it." said Tartarus, the entity within her body who apparently had been following her father for years. As much as he had been around her father, Kyoto was quite annoyed that he did not know much about him. He was a golddigger, only following her father because of being attracted to his chakra.”Would you just shut up Tartarus, I am trying to read a book.” said Kyoto within her mind as she would keep a blank expression on her face not wanting anyone to think she was crazy. She was currently reading a book about Kumogakure 15 years ago, her father was one of the reigning kage there in the past. Which made her begin thinking who exactly did he leave the position of Lightning Master to.
Was it one of her siblings, who her father always talked about were extremely powerful? Or was it some random villager who had messed up the Ametsuchi progression of being Raikage. She would then begin to think about her father’s position as Hokage. Could one of her siblings be in charge of the leaf in a few years? Or would be some random villager who had took over upon her dad’s leaving. Shaking her head from the thoughts she would lean back in the wooden chair which was quite hard to do in her metal armor.

Ashie was just walking in to return some books to the library. Her stack of books in her arms was so high you couldn't see who she was until she placed it on the counter. Many of the books were about pressure points, chakra points, Konoha's history and a scroll that she had accidently left on the top. She leapt up and snatched her scroll tucking it in her light blue haori. She had explained to the librarian that she was returning the books and apologizing that it took her too long to return them. The librarian chuckled at her and held out her hand to the little ninja as she held up one hundred ryo for the late fees.
The librarian just took the coin and bowed her head to the little ninja as she was now walking through the library over to the section where there were more books about clan histories. Using her finger she traced the titles until she came across one with a hyuuga symbol on it and one with an Uchiha symbol. Once the books were nestled in her arm she walked over to a chair that was facing away from any of the other inhabitants of the library, she knew she was already receiving some stares and whispers of awe from her presence.
She hated it, it was like no one had seen a young ninja before. Well...I guess Ashie could understand it, her father was God, and a former Hokage...and the Head of one of the most powerful clans that Konoha had to offer. She was also extremely young for a Chuunin. With the progress she was making learning about the Shinobi world she was aspiring to lead the Leaf into greatness when she became older, wiser, stronger!
She flipped through her books taking on a propper posture of her father whenever he was reading in his study. But now he was in Asgard healing his wounds of her late uncles. Sad. But Ashie needed to be here, needed to further her knowledge, further her strength.

As Kyoto lay back in her chair her eyes facing the ceiling. She would not see anyone come in or leave but had begun to hear mumbling. She caught the voice of someone saying, that is the daughter of the Hokage. This would cause her to straighten up in the chair, she was quite tired of people only recognizing her as the daughter of the Hokage and nothing else. Though not many people knew since her father Kurisu had only been recently elected to the seat do to the death of their previous leader. Jason Senju a horrible leader who did not lead the village to greatness like the previous legendary Hokage. Kyoto would still begin to hear mumurs as she would see a very short girl with hair as black as the universe itself walk in the hallway of desks and chairs where Kyoto was. Upon looking around Kyoto would see that no one was looking at her but at the girl who had sat at a table with a couple of books."That is Viper's daughter." said a random person from the hallways next to her own. Viper? Their was only one Viper she had heard of, and only one Viper that had been an Hokage.
Could it be? No, she had never heard of the most powerful of Hokage have a child. She would eye the small girl, she did have the black hair like the man, the same skin color as well. Kyoto kept hearing mumurs causing her to scream saying "Shut the hell up, we are in a library for god's sake." after saying her words she would stand from her chair leaving the books on the table as she would head for the girl's table. The girl's back was turned towards Kyoto so she was not sure if the girl would hear her or not."Hello?" said Kyoto questionly not knowing if the girl was shy or not. After saying hello Kyoto would walk around the girl's table and stand in front of the girl, the two girls now facing each other. Taking a seat at the only other chair at the table Kyoto would speak and say "My name is Kyoto Ametsuchi, ignore those civilians and ninja. They are quite annoying from time to time." said Kyoto smiling.

Ashie heard a harsh voice yell out to silence the whispers of the other surrounding individuals. She untensed settling into the words written on the papers in front of her. She heard a voice, soft, another girl. Probably older than her, sounded like it. She didn't think someone was talking to her though, she was use to people keeping their distance from her. Until someone had sat in the chair right across from her. She looked up, stunned silent, it was another girl, definitely older, with beautiful scarlet hair. Kyoto she said her name was? Though the last name didn't sound familiar to Ashie, there was still a lot of clans she needed to know. The girl was clad in armor, maybe she was aspiring to be a body guard? Ashie wasn't use to seeing other Shinobi in armor. It was like in the books that Ashie's mother had read to her, except...gender bent.
She watched the girl as she sat down, reassuring that Ashie wasn't the only one annoyed by everyone's awe. She offered a soft smile to Kyoto, "Ashie...Ashie Uchiha. Daughter of Viper Uchiha as you just heard. I'm use to it, I've learned to tune it out myself. Are you a shinobi too? I haven't seen you around before. I must've missed a lot since the passing of Navi Yamaki." Her tone got quiet mentioning her uncle's name, it was really hard on Ashie when she found out he had passed, but now she was use to the sting of sadness his death left behind.

As Kyoto would sit down it would look like the child was pleased by her presence. The smile the kid had shown made hearts appear in her eyes as she screamed "Oh my god you're so cute!" she would have jumped across the table and begun squeezing the kid's cheeks but she still upon hearing the little girl say "Ashie...Ashie Uchiha. Daughter of Viper Uchiha as you just heard. I'm use to it, I've learned to tune it out myself. Are you a shinobi too? I haven't seen you around before. I must've missed a lot since the passing of Navi Yamaki." causing Kyoto to nod as she would say "Good to meet you Ashie, I am a Shinobi as well. Just ranked up to Genin actually." said Kyoto. Wait the girl said too? Did that mean she was a Shinobi as well, and if she was how powerful was she. Kyoto would eye the girl as she realized the girl had said she must have missed a lot after the passing of Viper. If Kyoto remembered correctly that was 2 or 3 years ago, where exactly had the girl been for 3 years? Hopefully not put inside a cave by her parents to go and train until she became a teenager or something along the lines of that. Deciding to give the little girl some advice she would say "Hey don't worry by the way. You do not have to seclude yourself from others due to the people always calling you the daughter of Viper. My dad has only been Hokage for some months though already people have been referring me as the daughter of the Hokage." said Kyoto as she would lean back in her chair hearing the metal of her arming clapping together making loud sounds within the library.
Even after quieting down most of the people within the library she still heard people not minding their own business. She would lean in to the girl as she would whisper saying "Hey how bout after you get finish reading your books we go for a walk or something."

The girl nodded, she was a shinobi, brand new too, Ashie had gotten her Chuunin rank awhile ago, and as soon as her brother had gotten better she was going to train with him so they can become Jounins. She closed her book leaving them on the table. Hearing the girl tell her not to worry about secluding herself from people her smile would fade, and her tone would adopt to something more serious.
"It's not that, I want to seclude myself, I am trying to seperate my feelings from my duty as a Shinobi of the Leaf." She stopped there, she didn't want to give too much information about herself. she listened to the girl as she leaned a little to close for comfort, she heard her mention going somewhere else. She was probably sick of the gossip, Ashie giggled, the girl may be older than Ashie but she still had a lot to learn. Not that it was a bad thing, even Ashie had tons of things to learn.
Befriending humans was one of them. "We can go now if you would like, I don't mind coming back for these books later. Where would you like to go?" She asked as she got off the chair, of course she was a little taller than the chair, realizing the height difference between her and Kyoto was....s-staggering.

As Kyoto leaned back waiting for the girl to answer she would see her lips move as words would form."It's not that, I want to seclude myself, I am trying to separate my feelings from my duty as a Shinobi of the Leaf." said the small girl, she sounded as if she had been a ninja for years? Kyoto did not know what gave the girl the ability to seclude herself. Even though herself had not seen people become evil and non loving for secluding themselves she had heard stories, many of them. Kyoto would see the girl arise from her seat in the chair. "We can go now if you would like, I don't mind coming back for these books later. Where would you like to go?" said the girl directing her questions to Kyoto.
Kyoto would nod and say "Maybe we can go to the trains grounds. I want to show you that secluding yourself is not as good as you think, no matter how much you think it is. I have heard about many people becoming evil from secluding themselves and I don't want you to stray down that path. Even though I just met you I can see that you have good in yourself." said Kyoto as she smiled at the young girl. She would give the girl some time to reply, after the girl would reply Kyoto would speak saying "How bout you lead the way out and to the training grounds, Ashie."

Ashie simply listened, she wanted to at least think about what she had to say to Kyoto before she said it. There was no intentions of becoming evil, even when she did, Ashie at one point wanted to burn the world for putting so much strain on her and her family. But that didn't matter anymore, she was going to bring honor to her family, and the fallen ones, by protecting the leaf, no matter what the cost. She nodded her head when she offered for Ashie to lead the way, she started to walk, out the door making sure to hold the door open until Kyoto was in reach of it. She walked out into the streets as she spoke,
"I do recognize your concern, I had began down the path of wrath and hate, but that was slowly quelled by my own father's faith in me. You see, up until recently, all I was to my family is an extra body. A shield for my brother, who is destined to become the head of the Uchiha clan. We were already being treated like mutts by our branches of clans. Both the Uchiha and Hyuuga dispised us, because we both are proof of their bloodlines combining and becoming one singular entity. We felt as if the world were responsible for our uncle's deaths, because everyone had feared our strength. But now that my uncle has shown even God-Like strength can be overcome by humans, the world has forgotten about us, and focused on honing there own strength."
She cleared her throat, she had become so honest lately, but she needed to educate her fellow shinobi, especially the one's who aspire to do the right thing. "My father had told me that my uncle's died to protect what they loved, to bring peace. So now I'm going to carry on their wishes. Navi Yamaki was my father's and mother's best friend, he was my angel. Watched over me..." She paused as her right hand unconsciously rubbed the back of her neck, she wasn't naive she knew Navi had put a seal on her neck so he could watch over her. However, Ashie knew it was just a way of showing how much he really cared about her, but now that he has passed the seal should have faded by now. "My Uncle, the great Echo Uchiha, had died protecting the village from a demon. He was almost like a father to me and Samuru, teaching us, protecting us while our father tended to other business as Hokage and even further as a former Hokage."
She stopped in her tracks just outside the training grounds, turning to face the girl behind her, "I am sorry I have rambled on so much, I must've put you to sleep."

The young girl would start to walk causing Kyoto to follow her out of the desk and chair filled hallway to the front of the library out of the door. As they began to walk towards the training grounds through the carpet of snow that was on the ground the young girl Ashie would say "I do recognize your concern, I had began down the path of wrath and hate, but that was slowly quelled by my own father's faith in me. You see, up until recently, all I was to my family is an extra body. A shield for my brother, who is destined to become the head of the Uchiha clan. But now that my uncle has shown even God-Like strength can be overcome by humans, the world has forgotten about us, and focused on honing there own strength." Kyoto would only be surprised by what the girl said and was also quite surprised that she had revealed such a secret to her. Kyoto and Ashie were alike in many ways, from what Ashie told Kyoto she was the fusion child of two clans with also their bloodlines fusing. So what did that make her? Hyuha? Kyoto would give a quick smirk. Kyoto was also a fusion child. She had the blood of three clans within her the Takami, Hoshimura, and Hiyu but she did not know which bloodline of the clans she would obtain.
From what Ashie told her, she had the fusion of both the Hyuuga and Uchiha bloodline, and the only bloodline that the two had were the Byakugan from the Hyuuga and Sharingan from the Uchiha. Even one of the doujutsu were powerful, imagine the power that they had fused. Kyoto would let out a sigh as she was about to give her reply but was interrupted by Ashie who said "My father had told me that my uncle's died to protect what they loved, to bring peace. So now I'm going to carry on their wishes. Navi Yamaki was my father's and mother's best friend, he was my angel. Watched over me..." Kyoto realized that she had said "uncles" which meant more than one. Who exactly was the other one. She had revealed to him that the 5th Hokage, Navi Yamaki was her uncle so who was the other. Even though Kyoto wanted to know these things, she was not one to pressure someone into telling her something.
Ashie would rub the back of her small neck as she would say "My Uncle, the great Echo Uchiha, had died protecting the village from a demon. He was almost like a father to me and Samuru, teaching us, protecting us while our father tended to other business as Hokage and even further as a former Hokage." in a small voice, Kyoto had slowed down her walking, though Ashi would probably not have realized that seeing as she was already walking behind her. Echo Uchiha? The name had rung a bell in her mind though it was quite fuzzy, ignoring the name she would say "I am pleased to see that you told me all of this. But why me out of all people, Ashie?" asked Kyoto as she really wanted to know the answer. Most people did not tell people if they had a bloodline. No one told anyone if they had a powerful bloodline as their were many black market dealers in the world. They had soon come to the training grounds, but Ashie had stopped in front of them as she would turn around and face Kyoto."I am sorry I have rambled on so much, I must've put you to sleep." said Ashie causing Kyoto to smile and shake her head for no.

Ashie once she heard Kyoto ask her why she was disclosing all this information to her. It was funny, Ashie knew she shouldn't trust people so easily, but truth be told she was sick of being feared, Ashie wasn't a monster, she was part human too, even if her other half of her blood was God. She gave a soft smile to the girl, "I'm telling you and other's my story because I don't want people to continue fearing my family anymore. I don't want to lose another uncle or worse my father because people cannot understand that even God-like shinobi can love, can protect. Just as my uncles did for Konoha. My brother who has gotten the worst of the disgust of the village because of our combined bloodlines, my father and mother who are wracked with grief, need a light in this dark like many others. I will become such. I will be a pillar of strength, for both humans and my family." She looked at the training grounds remembering all the times she had trained here.
