Let's be a bit more practical here

Shinjirama's Genin exam was right around the corner, and he had been studying long and hard for it. He had already trained for three different jutsu. Now, as he was sitting in class, he was twiddling his thumbs as the teacher was talking about the upcoming tests. The teacher looked over to Shinjirama, who was distracted by the outdoor view. "Shinjirama, may I ask why you are not paying attention?" Shinjirama was caught off guard by this, and looked around a little confused, "Uhh... Sorry, sir. But, I already know about when the test is, and what it is about. So, if I might ask, can we learn something new? Something more... practical? Like Genjutsu Release."
The teacher was thinking to himself momentarily, before responding "Very well. But. This is your lesson here, Shinjirama. Then, you will be taking your Genin exam." Shinjirama nodded at what the teacher had said. The class had moved outside of the school to their miniature training grounds. The teacher told them "Alright everyone, listen up! In order to perform the Genjutsu Release technique, one must first form the Tiger handsign. Shinjirama, since this was your idea, you will be the guinea pig. I will use a simple genjutsu, that with minimal effort, you can break free of." Shinirama stepped up and formed the Tiger handsign. The teacher then said, "When you know you are in the genjutsu, you will, while holding the handsign, force your chakra throughout your body at very high speeds." Shinjirama had seen a crow, similar to the one he seen the other day. It flew right towards him, attacking his face. Shinjirama was getting upset, as it was again, disrupting his training. This time however, when Shinjirama waved his hands to send it off, he felt like he was not hitting anything. Then it hit him. This was a genjutsu. Shinjirama formed the Tiger handsign, disrupting his chakra to get rid of the illusion before him. At first, the crow began to turn transparent. Then after a few more moments of holding the handsign, it had finally dispersed. But then when he turned around to look at his fellow students, all of them had kunai sticking out of their backs, with nothing but blood everywhere. At first this caught Shinjirama off guard, thinking what in oblivion had happened to them. Then he remembered that this was breaking out of a genjutsu training, and this was possible. Shinjirama regained his train of thought, and reformed the Tiger seal. "Genjutsu Release" he said. At first, nothing happened. "This can't be. Why isn't it working?" He kept on holding the seal.
The teacher was behind a rock, thinking that perhaps he had overdone the genjutsu, when he felt his grip on Shinjirama becoming lesser. Then he remembered that he is a Senju, and can break out of higher level stuff easier than other students can. Shinjirama had finally broken through, when he witnessed all of his peers standing there perfectly fine. The teacher walked up and told him "Well done. I believe you will do great on your Genin exam. Alright everyone, class is dismissed." Shinjirama smiled, as he walked home, to prepare for his Genin exam.
