Eylin of Hoshi, Eylin the Courier[Private, IO.]

He's a swift man, he is no Shinobi or even a Kingsman, but he has been running for all of his life, ever since he was a boy and was first given his Father's task and proud duty.
He has lived long and proud inside of the walls of Sungagakure for many weeks before he traveled for his home in the City of Stars, he's never feared the paths.
For among mortals, he is swift.
He does not tire, for he has ran all of his life, he does not fear for his feet shall carry him through the danger and he does not cower for his Will is that of his Lord's.
And his Lord's do not Falter.

The deserts of the Wind Country are some of the harshest lands he's traveled, but this is where the noble Pendragon have made their home. After they left the lands of Haven, after they roamed over Tengakure and after they finally settled in Sunagakure, the Pendragon have once again began to flourish.
Which is why the harsh weather and terrain makes so much sense, Knight's flourish under hardship, grow strong as the pressure builds up, tempered like steel under heat and hardship.
And as long as the Pendragon symbol is settled over his heart? So must he, so he doesn't stop running until he reaches the gates, taking a long drink from a flask of water before he moves and takes a knee before the guards.

"Under the direction of the Silver Dragon, Prince Arthur Pendragon, I have come bearing a message for his Lordship, the Kazekage of Sunagakure no sato, Lord Koroshi Subete Uchiha! Please allow me audience so I may attend to the reply with haste!"

He declares loudly, voice reedy, but firm with duty, eyes ablaze with pride as he speaks the name of the Silver Dragon, who has made him his personal Courier after finding something in his character that pleased him.
If he's allowed passage, he's soon escorted to the Kazekage's Tower and hopefully to the Kazekage so he may deliver his message.
