Granted Lucien had created the barrier around his opponent, and not necessarily himself. This would mean that he was basically .2 seconds from leaving the barrier. Just in case as well, he'd change his right hand at top speed, which was already outside the barrier to the seal of confrontation as well, allowing him to keep the jutsu afloat with two sources. 

Flying out of the barrier, he'd spit quickly at his top speed to his opponent's eyes. If they would turn to look at him, their vision would be at least for a moment.

Grabbing him now would be the stupidiest thing to do, he could just switch his left hand into an offensive mode and load her chest full of chakra bolts set to kill.

If anything didn't go as planned, Nito would change his actions accordingly.

His opponent was too full of themselves in their action and failed to notice something specific.
Keyword, being before he "fully escaped the barrier."  At the moment she grabbed, Nito's body was 99% out of the barrier by then, all that was left his very tip of his left sandal, which, he could easily retract anyway.

Granted she'd be above him, she'd still have to grab all the way down to his foot which would be nearly impossible granted he was less than less than moments out of the barrier. 

He'd change his actions if required, otherwise, he'd continue with his original plan landing and using the kunai etc.

Granted his opponent was stumped by her poor-perceiving of the dimensions of his barrier, Nito would take this advantage to end the fight for what it had became. 

As soon as he'd land on the roof, he'd do his plan from before. At the moment, both hands were in the confrontation hand sign. At his top speed, he's remove his left hand's hand sign and still keep the right. Backing about 1 meter away from the barrier on the roof at his top speed without falling off the roof, Nito kept his right hand or the barrier-holding hand to his right side. 

"As I said. I never lied. A duel to the death it has been. For how fast you are... you're lacking in jutsu and battle smarts. I underestimated still to some degree." Nito would say as he rose his, now free, left arm upwards in the direction of his trapped foe at 33 speed. 

All at his top speed, Nito would equip his left hand with 1 kunai wrapped with 2 bomb tags, and 4 more kunai all lodged in different spots in his left hand, with one having to be across. 

Just as fast, he'd throw them at his top speed. First 2 normal kunai directly at her chest, next simultaneously one kunai to her left by 10 inches, and another below her by 12 inches. Finally, the combo would be completed when he threw the bomb tagged one into the center. 

All done at the same speed, it would be set to detonate in the very center of the barrier.

Still holding his barrier, Lucien would go at his top speed and grab 3 shuriken with the left hand only. He'd proceed to throw them into the smoke of the explosion, one to the left of the barrier, one to the right, one to the top right. All set in the middle of center to the closest parallel surface. 

Finally, Nito lifted his left hand to his opponent at 33 speed and aimed it directly into the sphere. 
He'd charge a Dark River Breaking Seal on his left hand before releasing 5 bolts back to back all in different directions. With his Nekoto eyes, he'd wait to see anything that was displacing the smoke from within, if their were multiple displacings, he'd take the largest which would logically be her.

5 shots all to the center of the target or what Nito would think to be the target. If he couldn't find one, he'd just shoot one through the center, one to the bottom left, one to the bottom right, one to the left, one to the right. 

If his attack went through as plan, his opponent should have been dead.

From the way things look, Yuri would assume some form of marginal disadvantage since she is now trapped in the barrier. However, from the way things are Yuri doubted his honesty about taking her seriously, she could tell the difference from one of the kunai in his left hand from the way he chose to hold it from her view. Next thing, she could see 4 kunais thrown at her with quick succession with the different kunai included. She decided to deal with them the moment they entered the barrier while taking note on one of the kunai's position. From her experience, it would likely be a commonly used explosive.

Assuming if that kunai would explode before entering the barrier, she would be jumping to the opposite side of the barrier trying to get hold or block the incoming kunai if necessary. However, he might always try to blow it up inside the barrier. Should that happen, Yuri would flanked the first 2 kunai the moment they entered the barrier from below at full speed and before the next 2 kunai entered. She would attempt to possess them and continue her run left for a few more steps to evade the next 2 kunai. At the same time while making that few steps, she would turn around to check on the other incoming kunai which one of time should be an explosive. If that kunai would explode, she would jump, land and balance on the opposite side of the sphere with her front looking at him, deflecting the other kunai and sharpnel if necessary. Otherwise, she would throw a kunai from her right hand aiming for the explosive from making it into the barrier and ignore the other since it would have went past her. Should he try anymore range attacks, Yuri would try to do the same if weapons are coming to her or try evading what comes next.

Yuri was expecting more weapons to come within the confines of the barrier to bombard her in order to knock her out for good but somewhat the barrier on Yuri got released. Instead of trying to stop the incoming attacks by intercepting them, she decides to use the gravity to her advantage simply by lowering herself and dropping down to evade his ranged attacks. She still had a close call with one of the kunai that was sent to the bottom of the barrier. The drop also gives her room for the run immediately as she begins dropping down to the alley's ground floor from 2 floors above. If it was cleaner environment she would have broken her bones with no help to cushion her landing. As it seems, the alley has always filled itself with some form waste in forms of trash bags and cans. Yuri could easily tell which of it would be of aid to her should she go real close to ground level in a few seconds time. Not hesitating to have a safer landing, Yuri quickly finished the five handseals needed to switch her place with a bag of trash that was stacked on top of other trash bags to secure her landing. At this moment, bags of trash compressed themselves, absorbing the accumulated energy from her falling. She thought she might have been too relaxed for a practice fight this time round after thinking back that he keep harping about a real fight. On the other hand, it might have been him taking a practice fight too seriously. Whichever is the case, Yuri needs to expand her knowledge of jutsus that had not been keeping up her physical capabilities time after time again. With the process of keeping her fall safe completed, she would now make a run for it at full speed, using a ram handseal to get away for the alley as fast as possible.
