Fire on the Mountain, Run Boys, Run (P, Nk)
Wed Mar 01, 2017 1:57 am
It was a rare day that Rakka wasn't secluded in her hut, training by herself. Recently, her study of Juinjutsu had led her no fruit, which had frustrated her immensely. In her anger, she decided to take a break from studying seals for a while, to return to her Ninjutsu and Genjutsu practices. She had done little with her Hyoton jutsu in a while, having much preferred to work with Katon as of late, which seemed ironic to her. The powers she gained from her clan were often ignored for the raw power of Katon. Now, however, she was working on her genjutsu, which had once required her to return to Ice. Now, however, she could employ both, which felt to be a happy medium for her.
She was wearing rather casual attire, as she had little interest in physical training today, namely a leather jacket with a red scarf, a yellow tank top underneath, and a pair of ripped jeans. Essentially, she had just thrown on all the clothes she found when exiting her house in order to look halfway decent while practicing her ninjutsu.
She stood on the training grounds alone. Around her, several of her own ice mirrors littered the field at varying degrees of damage. Rakka stood at the center of these mirrors, currently making a tiger seal, and blasting her own mirrors with fire that she spit in place of lyrics. The katon cascaded against the ice magnificently, and seemed to glow in many different colors as it did so

Kenshi was frustrated, he had been trying to perfect the Bunshin for a week now. The answers still evade him. He kept racking his brain for what he was doing wrong, but to no avail. He was currently heading towards his normal training ground, it isn't usually occupied so he decided to use it.
He was wearing clothing for some physical training to blow off some steam. Just a simple white short sleeve shirt and tan-colored shorts. He wasn't expecting to stumble across a Jounin occupying the training grounds. He watched in slight awe as the flames licked away at the ice mirrors.

As Rakka weaved genjutsu into her flames, the onlooker would likely find himself entranced by the flames; Luckily for him, the genjutsu was quite weak at the moment, and wouldn't be able to entrance him completely as its predecessor could. Clapping her hands together in a tiger seal, Rakka would take a a deep breath before spitting out the last of her katon, spinning on her heels and hitting every individual mirror, leaving nothing left when she finished but steam.
Wiping her brow, she noticed the onlooker now.
"Umm, hello there." She said, looking rather surprised, and a little flustered. "Can I help you?"

Kenshi watched as the entrancing flames flickered out of existence. He watched the steam fly out of where the mirrors once were. He finally snapped out of the light trance when he was addressed by the jounin. He blinked his eyes to clear his vision. "Oh, uhh no, I just came here to train, this training ground is usually not occupied," Kenshi said in response his voice wavering slightly from the after-effects. Kenshi felt the sudden urge to ask a question, "What kind of genjutsu was that? I could barely even think properly."

Rakka's concerns would rise as the boy seemed to be entranced by her genjutsu, commenting that he could barely even think.
"Uh, that's not good. I'm just testing this technique, I've never really seen how it affects people. If it's bothering you that much, maybe we should get you some help." Rakka said, scratching her head. She didn't really know what to do, as she didn't know how dangerous this genjutsu would be to someone of his experience. Just to be on the safe side, Rakka decided she'd best find someone to help. The only person that came to mind was Naoki, she wasn't sure why, but she really didn't know anybody else in Kirigakure besides Altar and Xyxer. Naoki was gone, so that was out of the picture. Altar was probably useless. That left Xyxer. Rakka sighed.
"Come with me. I'll see if we can get you some help." She'd say, grabbing him by the arm and guiding him if necessary. He was under an unstable genjutsu, so she didn't want to risk hurting him or making him crash into something.

As the boy stood there, motionless, Rakka would sigh. He really was brain dead. The genjutsu's effects were worse than she'd feared. Scooping him up and carrying him as if he were the bride at a wedding, she'd haul the boy away to the Mizukage's office.
