First, the clone technique.
The voice spoke in Kiichi's head, prompting him to sit up in bed. That voice in his head... was it a memory, or was it something else? Either way, he assented to it inwardly and stood up from his bed. The window was open, and the very early morning breeze ruffled the curtains ever so slightly, sending a slight chill over his body. The chill gave him clarity, pushed him away from the threshold of slumber. Good. He was ready. His fellow academy students knew that he was no genius, and this was true... but the talent of his chakra was exceptional.
With this going for him, there was no way in hell that he'd ever fall behind. The magnitude of his power was such that all he needed to do was think about the task ahead of him rather than merely power up. So, the clone technique. Its function was to create image copies of him. Intangible, and as such, not all that useful... well, for the moment, it would be. The other academy students around him were mostly too stupid to tell the difference. Somehow, even though he had to manage his own upbringing, Kiichi had managed to somehow excel. Strange how that worked.
Three handseals, and he knew them well. His fingers moved slowly but expertly, his muscle memory having already been conditioned to these movements. First, the ram handseal, with the first two fingers on his left hand extended upwards. The snake handseal, with the fingers interlocked. Lastly, the Tiger seal, which was like a combination of the first two, with the finger on each hand extended upwards while the rest of them interlocked. With these three handseals complete, he had all the necessary conditions ready to perform the jutsu. Now for the chakra.
The massive power within Kiichi pulsed slightly, and just like that, everything was primed and ready. However, he couldn't just dump his power out into the world and hope that it would do something worth while. No, he had to think. The goal of this whole thing was to create two visual copies of himself. Not only that, but the clones copied his actions. Every twitch, every wind, every small motion... however, on the bright side, he didn't need to worry about sound or solidity. His eyes moved, noting his own appearance in the mirror. Mentally remembering to flip the image of course, he proceeded to allow his chakra to move out of his body.
Hazy at first, but then becoming more solid... no, not solid of course. More defined, more resolved. The two images to either side of him began to take form, gaining color, then depth. Not bad, he thought to himself. He wondered how long it had taken his other "friends" to produce the same results. From that point onwards, he thought to himself, there was no point in having friends if they just dragged him down. A team was only as strong as its weakest link, after all.
He took an experimental step forward with his right foot, and the two clones followed suit, the same dispassionate look on their face as was on his own. Frowning slightly, he took another step, this time with his left. Sound emanated from his motion, but not from those of the clones. The frown vanished like dust, to be replaced by a grin. He'd done it. He'd managed to perform the clone technique with ease, too. Well then... one down, one to go. Then, he could try to become a genin. A feeling of elation rushed through him.

Next up was the transformation technique.
Learn it. These are trivial things.
Another memory? Kozogami pressed his palm to his forehead. Since he's started using more and more of his chakra lately, these strange visions had been coming through. Or rather, not vision. More like instructions. Still, they'd done well for him so far. Why not keep going? There was no time for him to stop and rest. Hell, if he could get done with this before the sun rose, he could go right in and sign up for those sweet genin exams. Then, his life would truly begin.
In truth, Kiichi had a good idea of how this technique worked as well. Was he using his large chakra (relatively, of course) as some kind of crutch? He sure as hell hoped not. Either way, when he reached a higher level of power and crossed a few thresholds, he would be good to go as far as ability was concerned. He just needed to gain more experience once he became a genin. And how could he not become a genin? There was no reason why he of all people should fail. He had been gifted by heaven with some kind of extreme talent, after all...
Now, as for the transformation jutsu. Simply put, all he had to do was look like something or someone else... overall, there were many out there who could detect that he was using this technique, or hell, even see right through it. That didn't mean it was useless, however. Even if it was, he still needed it to get out of the academy and into actual ninja life, so he needed to get it down pat now. He expected the best of himself, as anyone should under these circumstances. Once he had become a genin, he'd be able to start looking for hints about his own past... and about what he had been placed in this world for.
Now, the transformation jutsu also required a sequence of hand seals. Easy enough, he thought to himself. There were three here. Dog, boar, then ram. Kiichi started with the dog handseal, the motions coming easy to him, despite how slow his fingers were. This one was simple, with the palm of his left hand resting on the back of his right fist. The next handseal was the boar. This one was also somewhat simple, with both semi fists inverted and adjacent to each other. Finally, the standard ram handseal. Ha! No interlocking fingers with this one.
Now that he had performed the handseals, the rest was a piece of cake. His chakra welled up again, and he felt it seep out of him, covering him and granting him a new temporary appearance. The landlord from downstairs, of course. Someone who might have been himself in the future, if his hair was darker. That man didn't quite understand why these intrusive shinobi had established themselves in the village, but Kiichi didn't particularly care about what normal humans thought. They lacked power, so didn't get to have a say in things. Whether that was right or wrong wasn't up to him to decide.
