Total Recall [P,Solo]

Do you know much about sled dogs? Well, they run and run all their lives with nothing but an uncut trial in front of them and the open sky above them. Indeed, they often spend more days running than anything else save for perhaps eating. So, when a sled dog is cut from the team they flounder about without a purpose; their life up until the cut had been running, but then they have nothing. All too often this ultimately leads to the dog's death, the sad result of a lack of purpose and the loss of comradery inherent to a sled team.

With her new title as Deputy Hokage made official by the village council and no small amount of paperwork, she had been removed from active duty with Konoha's black ops. The whole process lacked any personal touch in the slightest as she actually received the order in writing from Captain Eagle. Moreover, being the acting Kage, she had to sign off on her own decommissioning. Truthfully? It was probably the most painful signature she ever signed.

All that, however, had been a day ago, though to the Inuzuka female it felt much longer. Today the agenda, as Ashi's secretary constantly reminded her of much to her annoyance, called for the drafting of a recall order of Konohagakure's shinobi. While Sunagakure's fate was still unclear one thing was clear: Konoha needed to keep track of its shinobi. Hopefully, along with the return of her shinobi, a better picture of what happened in Konohagakure's sister village could be formulated.

Picking up a pen, she began...

With the uncertain fate of Sunagakure, all active shinobi are required to report back to Konohagakure. You will be debriefed on arrival for any information relevant to recent events. Do not delay in your return for any shinobi who do not heed this order will be treated as traitors.

No, she really wasn't all that good at writing, but that would no doubt come in time. For the moment, her terse order would be enough. Later in the day one of her assistants would pick up the order, copy it down, and relay it through the most secure of methods, messenger shinobi. The messengers would require an authentic Leaf village headband to be presented before giving the message out. It wasn't perfect, but it would have to do.

Next up...funding approval for an expansion of Konohagakure's academy.
