Day Before (Snow)
Sat Jun 10, 2017 2:49 am
His meeting with Maku lasted quite a bit. Kyson still had some work to do before the big trip tomorrow. Wouldn't necessarily call it vacation though, but it was probably the last time he'll be in Suna for a while. Seeing as he was moving to an unknown home he had never visited. Sitting on the highest building in Suna again. He lays up there as he thinks about how he's gonna get everything done. He has to make sure a letter a sent to every Suna civilian in the village. Stating they are free to go where ever they want and that they are not force to stay. Also make sure he chooses the right men for the job. A lot to be done in so little time.
Laying down probably wasn't the best idea, but it helps him think and clear his mind a bit. Getting all these political and business situations off of his mind. He didn't really like his first job as being Kage. Hopefully he'll never go through that again. He rather be in charge of a small group of people more than an entire village. But at his age, he still has a lot of growing up to do.

While it has been a long day for a certain Hozuki male, the one known as Kira Akudachi had also been through quite the ringer. She’d have just finish up having drinks with what she supposed he could call her boyfriend now, the famous lycan from Konohagakure. At this point, she was pretty damn tipsy from throwing back alcohol with not only Sal, but Maku as well; but it nothing that would leave it’s mark on her in the morning. After all, she’d be saying goodbye to her home for an indefinite amount of time.
The girl let her mind wander about the events of today as she rested in bed, dressed in something a little more comfortable than her dress from before. She wore a pair of white loose sweatpants and a maroon tank top. Her mind swirled not because of her buzz, but because her world has essentially been turned upside down. She was angry at the world but she did her best to keep her cool. She needed to be strong now more than ever.
Unable to sleep, the girl removed herself from the comfort of her bed and made her way out the door for a nightly stroll to clear her mind. The village was still quite despite the day’s events. It was peaceful as if nothing had ever happened. She could envision Koroshi still watching over the village, stronger than ever... but that was no longer the case. The girl found herself on the tallest building, a place she figured many came to in order to think. She personally loved to just watched the village below, or use it to work on her tan in peace. To her surprise, she found Kyson lying near the edge. “Can’t sleep either huh?” She asked, approaching him from behind before taking a seat on roof’s edge. Her hair hung free, getting blown by the gentle breezes that passed them by. She’d let the silence build between them after his answer, just needing a moment to find a place to even begin.

Laying down just day dreaming. There was so much on his mind, he didn't even sense Kira approaching him. All this stuff going on is making him lose his edge a bit. It was normal due to everything he's been through. But in this world that could easily get you killed. It was the first time he saw her since "That day." She didn't really say much at the meeting. So he really has no idea what's on her mind right now. Hell, the boy doesn't even know what's on his mind. As she spoke to Kyson, the boy didn't respond for a few seconds. It been kind of hard to start a convo with anyone lately. Especially since he felt everything that happen was his fault.
"Just had a long meeting with Maku, lasted about four hours. Man that guy can talk." Kyson would say mentioning the meeting. He didn't realize how much stuff had to be prepared. So much political stuff that was going on. Like damn, Kyson just became a Jounin not too long ago. But there's a lot to be done today. So he still has to figure how everything is going to pan out.

“Hmm yeah, he mentioned he would be meeting with you.” The girl spoke with soft words. The conversation that took place between the two seemed like mere small talk as none of the elephants in the room seemed to be getting addressed. She wobbled her feet that hung off the edge as she simply stared up into the skies. “You ready to leave this place?” She asked, referring to how the two would shortly be heading off to unknown lands. The next time they would see Suna was unknown. Hell, it was possible they would never see it again.
There was something Kira had to get off her chest, she just didn’t know how to begin saying it. “Ky...” She started off, searching for the right words to express herself. “Let’s always remember that we’re on the same side.” Things were hectic, and tensions were high, so the last thing they needed was to be targeting one another when they had a common enemy. There would be times that they would test each other’s limits, and the Uzumaki had already committed herself to gaining Maku’s trust by any means possible, but she also didn’t want to lose her allies in the process. She only hoped the fellow ex-suna ninja could read between the lines and see that whatever took place in this future journey of theirs, they were fighting for a similar cause.

Seemed like Maku told Kira that he was going to meet with him. Kyson already knew they had a little meeting of their own. The way Maku spoke, he made it seem like she couldn't stand Kyson. But then again, why would Kyson believe the enemy. The man who took everything from him. But who knows, meeting him.. he did seem like a truthful guy. But it wouldn't be the best thing to get too close. Looking down at the village. Kyson would just think about the first time he came to Suna. New place, new environment, and he was leaving it for a long time. The young Hozuki took a deep breathe as he looked down at it.
Kyson would then hear Kira say his name, telling him that they were on the same time and not at competition. Kyson smirked as he looked up towards the sun. Even though he was leaving home, a small part of it was still going to be behind. Her, Royalty, and nobunaga. So he wasn't handling this on his own. It actually made him cool down a bit. "Yeah.. at this point.. we're all we got." Kyson would say in response. The few suna shinobi that were tagging along was that was gonna be left. But as Maku appointed her to second in command. I guess it would be best to tell her everything that was going on and all of the politics behind it. He would explain to her why they were moving to Hoshi. The marriage alliance and basically everything Maku told him. So she was caught up the speed. But of course it wasn't as nearly as in depth as Maku's explanation. Kyson's explanation lasted about 10 minutes rather than 4 hours like Maku's. After he caught her up. Kyson would have a few more things to say.
"Oh and by the way. He also stated where something a bit more professional. He tends to wear black and red so I think we'll go with those colors." Kyson would say in a jokingly way. As he stood up and began to stretch. He would then reach in his pocket and take out her share of the ryo Maku ordered him to give to her. It was a small bag filled with big bills. "He told me to give you this. Don't spend it all once. I know how girls be when they shop. See you tomorrow morning." Kyson would say as he smiled and jumped off the roof of the building. He would begin to run down the wall of the building and jumping from roof to roof as he was getting closer to ground level. And head out to get everything prepared before they were off on their trip.

The Uzumaki took in all the information the Kyson told her. It was mainly just a summary of events, but it would be all she’d need for now. Surely she’d get more exact details at a later date, but they were pretty stretched for time with them needed to leaving in the morning and all. The next thing he mentioned was how they would have to be wearing more specific colors. It didn’t have to be said that Kira was quite the fashionista, so telling her she could wear only two of the various colors in the world was like telling her she’d be locked up in a room for the rest of her life to never see the outside world. At lease she could still work with different shades and hues. “I’ll keep that in mine when planning my outfits.” She said in a lighthearted tone, her eyes locked on the horizon deep out into the desert. She could almost see the sun beginning to poke out it’s head.
The girl turned her heard towards Kyson as his hand was placed out towards her. She seemed a little perplexed at first before she realized that those were probably a portion of Suna’s remaining funds. The girl calmly took the pouch and placed it into her own pockets as chuckle left her lips. “Now, now, easier said than done.” She retorted before waving him off. She leaped off the building herself, making a gentle landing on Suna’s floors. It was about a five minute walk towards her apartment. Upon reaching it, she realized that getting any sleep would be near impossible so she dusted off her sewing machine that she hadn’t used once and pulled out some red thread and began sewing up an old black garb that she had. Working off of memory, she began to sew the red clouds she had seen and Maku’s attire earlier, using white thread for the outlines. It would be the crack of dawn by the time she finished where she would then collect the rest of her belongings. While this was all very real, she couldn’t believe that this was goodbye.
