Back to Kumo

Fuck Hoshi.
Yeah, that’s right, I said it. Komori was heading towards the gates, passing them as soon as he could. He was no longer drunk so he could not be vagued into whatever the hell he would have been for the sake of a joke. But that did not matter anymore. He was leaving this shitstain of a village that had brought him nothing but trouble. It was boring and it basically killed any and all remnants of his motivation for anything ever. So yeah, fuck Hoshi and like ninety percent of the people in it. It’s basically the equivalent of King’s Landing, but that’s only true because of how many two faced and shitty people there are, like a certain magical girl, among many, many others. This was rather odd for Komori, but he was going directly home. With or without Komon, who he was sure could catch up. The two were jounin now, so it is not like they absolutely HAD to watch each other’s backs. Komon was a grown up and he could take care of himself. Komori just knew that it was an absolute necessity for him to get out of this place. It was probably slowly driving him mad. He had been here, or at least stuck in the vicinity for what felt like months. Time is a funny thing, especially since he was going to arrive in the Kumo gates specifically in time for something important to happen. Maybe the fact that everyone in this place thought they were super special or something had finally rubbed off on Komori and he was going to become a more conceited jackass than he already was. He might even fit in with all the Hoshi folk if he did so. Although unlike some people here, he had taken risks before. He had to work hard to get where he was now, instead of relying on cheap tricks and just overall plot induced stupidity. Komori was like a statue. With one exception. Unlike many statues, he was actually well endowed. In fact, he was easily more well endowed than all of Hoshi and their cowardice. He arrived at the gates and for a moment turned back around towards the city, taking a deep breath. He then spit on the ground. I hope you all burn, he thought to himself. Please note that this is all introspection and therefore cannot be magically known by anyone who would somehow conveniently want to stop him at the gates for whatever reason they can shit out.
With that, the jounin took off, planning to go far away from the village. Komori ran through the cold desert or whatever the hell nobody could agree on what the terrain actually was outside of the village. His arms were flying backwards because why not, it totally made him feel like he was running faster. It did not matter really, because either way, he was running fast enough that he could have, if he had decided to hop through each of the countries and comment on them all, but nah, he took a more subtle route in the hopes that he would not be ambushed. Not like there would be any people waiting around to take a cheap shot at him because he was walking alone or anything. No, nobody was like that, surely. It would take a real scummy piece of shit human being to cheap shot simply because they have no balls to actually do anything. Step 1 to being a shinobi: don’t care about your own life. If the shinobi did not care so much about dying, then he or she would only grow as they survived life threatening situations instead of just taking an easy and lame way out. Komori had to fight five prisoners that were much stronger than he was in order to gain his promotion to chuunin, meanwhile it seemed as though some Hoshi chuunin got to become jounin from a simple sparring match where they could easily collude with their opponent. Being a Kumo nin took some actual balls and hard work, something that place could learn.
The desert eventually gave way to an icy landscape as well as a barren one and a forest. The regions and small countries varied greatly, particularly in their landscape. Of course, it’s really useless to comment about what so many people probably have said before but here we go. The snowy biome he had come across only helped to remind him of the cold shoulder he had given everyone at Hoshi. His hope originally was to train with others there and broaden his horizons, until he realized that he did not really care for many people there. There had just been a lot of buildup that was poorly received. Any hopes and dreams he had as a shinobi died in that village. However, he was a jounin now, so he should put that to some use at the very least. Protecting his village for example. He would gladly give his life if it meant saving his home, which is more than many people in Hoshi could really say. Maybe. People probably told Komori that he did not listen all the time, but hey, he never heard any complaints. So this was his truth. He needed something to get him back in the spirit because he was in quite the slump. Home was exactly what he needed to get back to in some effort to reinvigorate him. And luckily, nobody would take advantage of what Kumo had been doing to try to take over the village itself right? Surely nobody is that cheap. Right? Or maybe he was wrong? The mountains of the Land of Lightning had made themselves known, as the Hozuki expertly maneuvered through them with a practiced ease. He was almost there. So close he could almost taste it. Before long he could make out the buildings of his home village, and the multiple walls that apparently everyone in Hoshi knew about with their magic library or something. A spare copy of a report someone did had been found out in the streets! Almost like if you mass distribute something, almost anybody can find it. Komori made a troubled face. Best not to think about them anymore. He was home.

[Travel needs to be posted in the borders and one must successfully exit the village beforehand. You will need to repost this. You may use the same WC, but I have to warn you not to swear and insult others in an OOC context. I will be more strict if this repeats. Needless to say, your invade of the Kumogakure's attack thread is voided as well.]

So, komori go fuck yourself.
You talk all this shit about Hikari got promoted to jounin, how did you get it again? You work real hard for that free rank up. If I remember correctly you beat up some statless peoples from a non-existent village, while Tak and Maku did all the work in Suna. Remind me how difficult your rank up was. I don't know if you've been called a whiney lil bitch, so I won't be the first to call you it.
