Hitsuyo Aku Enters!

The man stood there contemplatively, looking down at his target from the perch he selected upon the rocks. Fitting that he would stand here, where he watched his love put to death, when it was finally time for Hitsuyo Aku to move. The Black Market was but a stone’s throw from where Kazuo had grown up. Hidden in the woods, the criminal scum did their business, laughing and drinking as vagabonds and ruffians did. Not all were so happy, but Kazuo knew that well. He had lived there, among the worst humanity had to offer, for quite some time. He knew them.

He had sent for a few of his allies to rendezvous with him here, about a half a mile from their camp. It was important that their numbers were great enough to fight off any threat that might come their way, but Kazuo knew that some of his entourage was not fit for this mission. As such, he’d ordered just a few to meet with him, and collected information from his allies that remained in the black market.

He watched from above now, waiting for his allies to assemble around him. He was carrying all of his equipment. Three blades at each side, a Tanto across his chest, and a wakizashi on his back. His jacket was adorned with many pieces of equipment, namely two pouches of ninja gear, kunai and the like. He doubted he’d need them, but they were useful to carry. The boots he wore would silence his movements, if he had need for such things.

When the summons had come Alice responded quickly, unthinking and without hesitation. The last few weeks had changed her in a variety of ways, mostly small, subtle changes at first, but getting much more obvious as the days went by. Her lust for power was slowly being doused by the feelings of camaraderie and companionship she was beginning to feel with the other members of Hitsuyo Aku. She had come to respect Kazuo and his leadership as of late, her resentment toward him from the initial mention of him being in charge faded quickly after their first meeting atop that cold, snowy mountain. Of course she still had some reservations, still had her own goals which she had yet to share with her leader or any of the others, but it wasn't an overly pressing matter for her. For now, Alice just wanted to stand at Kazuo's right hand, advising him and sailing along with the flow of things to see how it would all unfold. So, within minutes of receiving her summons, she was at the rendezvous point. 

Stepping out of the shadows at Kazuo's right, the Nara came into focus. Her hand was sitting atop the hilt of Royal's Edge at her right hip, the eye patch still covering her discolored eye and masking her presence. A soft breeze blew her raven hair across her face for a moment, her focus never coming off of the target they would soon be engaging. "Is it time yet?" Her voice was a soft whisper, only loud enough for Kaz to hear fer from the few inches away he was standing. She knew it was, but needed him to say it. It would be unwise to make her move before their leader had ordered it.

His two subordinates would arrive. Kazuo nodded as Alice stepped from the shadows to his side. He noted that Ryu was already in the village, too eager to even meet at the correct rendezvous point, but at least he was displaying initiative. His azure-tinged maroon eyes moved to Alice's new sword for a moment, before falling upon her solitary crimson eye. For a moment, he lingered there, pondering the order he was about to give. 
"Let's go." He would say to her simply, hardly above a whisper as he moved down the cliff, chakra suppressed, zigzagging down the rock face and across the forest, leaping through the canopy until he arrived at the rooftop opposite to Ryu.

Hopefully Alice had followed him, as per her orders, at which point, Kazuo would speak via their telepathy seal.
Get ready to move. I will take point. Alice, watch my back. Ryu, I'd like you to keep our target on his toes. Don't give them a moment to collect themselves. Try not to burn the two of us alive while you're doing it. he transmitted.

Holding the final seal for the jutsu, Ryu would watch as Kazuo and Maybe Alice arrived on the rooftops across from him. He wouldn’t wave however as he hands had a purpose now. After Kazuo gave them orders through the seal Ryu would nod his head in agreeance. Kazuo could probably see the nod due to the heightened senses of a ninja.

My control is on point, yo. Ryu would think as if he would burn his allies alive. He could move his orbs in any direction and any which way he wanted. But he would now not make huge stream of fire or summon a clone. There was but a single target and with enough focus he would be taken down with ease. Hopefully, they didn’t plan to kill this dude otherwise things would get weird. Weirder than usual if the jounin had to rush to tag the guy and teleport to the Suna prison. You know if it still existed or something.


Aww… Now I’m sad. But puppies.

There was a small pause for a moment before Kazuo gave the signal to move. With practiced movements, Alice made her way across the rooftops with all the agility of a cat. She came to a stop on the rooftop opposite their partner, Ryu, and stood again at Kaz's right awaiting her orders. They came via telepathy link, a smart move to make when the need for stealth was at hand. 

She was to watch their leader's back, working in tandem with him as they began what some might call a 'coup d'etat'. Ryu was meant to keep raining fire down on whatever opponents the trio may face, not even giving them a moments reprieve from what was sure to be an overwhelming onslaught. With the boy's nod of acknowledgement they were ready. It was time to begin.

Anything happening with this or can I just claim the Npc's death due to lack of Npc'er?

Sitting atop a log situated around a campfire, the revered criminal parleyed with his subordinates. As of late, things had been getting rather difficult to maintain. News of potential rebellions and takeovers came to him all the time, causing him to rethink his allies and his safest footholds in this world. Tatsuyo was often captured by these thoughts, contemplating.. for it was all he could do. His reputation as a difficult man to kill had served him well, earning him the moniker of "The Immortal" after so many years of coming close to death, yet somehow.. someway, managing to survive against the odds. His body had become a macabre canvas of scar tissue, his face showing the stories of a hundred blades and nicks. Rumours go even as far as to suggest the man was a servant of Jashin in his longevity, which always caused him to laugh. However, just as he was about to speak to his companions, who currently spoke about the most vulnerable treasuries that were ripe for the taking, Tatsuyo noticed something weird fluctuate in the distance.

His head didn't move nor did he flinch as his sensory worked to pick up what was happening in the distance; two unfamiliar, yet rather potent chakra signatures had appeared close by one another. That was interesting.. given that Tatsuyo went out of his way to know the people he worked with as it inspired more loyalty in his peers. Yet these.. unfamiliar chakra signatures, did not appear to be doing much at the moment. He couldn't discern their exact location, nor could he actually tell there were two different people once they got close to one another. It was, however, a cause for mild alert, but Tatsuyo was not a man to be undone. He'd wait to see what play was to be made, or if his paranoia was merely inspired by the flames that flickered 5 feet ahead of him in the darkness.

Having taken the short drop to the ground from his perch, Kazuo would begin approaching the light in the distance. The one they were searching for, the one they called "The immortal." The rumors said he couldn't be killed, that he might even be a servant to the deity known as Jashin, but such rumors only served to fuel Kazuo's drive to face him in battle. To kill him. He knew wholeheartedly that someone was going to die today, and he was prepared for it. In his left hand, he held a standard Katana, of the many blades sheathed at his side. In his right hand, he held the blade that was to be imbued with his own Yuumei, with grooves etched into the steel to facilitate his blade's songs. 

He would begin to walk at a leisurely pace (Let's say 1 speed), striding along towards the man's campfire. The building he had perched upon was about 50 meters away from the man, his blades held at his side as he walked. He trusted his allies would follow along with him, and would continue on whether or not they did.

When he reached a point about 30 meters away, his battle aura would activate, as the visage of an armored warrior resting upon a horse, the beast's flesh decaying and falling away, a creature of the plague. The warrior's visage would draw a long, curved blade, holding it out towards the man who was marked for death by Kazuo, as if to challenge him. 

"Tatsuyo Tanaka, your time has come." Kazuo would say forbiddingly, each step drawing him nearer to the man. "Your sins are unforgivable. By your hand, the blood of innocents has been shed, and by mine shall you find their recompense."
As he said this, Kazuo's own right blade would rise, pointed towards the man's throat, at this point, Kazuo was about 25 meters away. 

Of course, Kazuo's actions would change based on how Tatsuyo reacted to his arrival.

Ryu would sbe 25M’s behind Kazuo remaining on top of one of the buildings. He crouched down low, his sunglasses peaking behind a chimney. If he needed to flee he was able to, if he needed to send in waves of flame he was in position to. How this battle happened would be determined by people that he couldn’t let be hit moving into the path. Luckily, he had the telepathy seal.

Touching the seal Ryu would channel energy into it to send out a message. “Creating a suppression seal around myself. You won’t be able to detect my jutsu from inside, but neither will they. So, stay on comms and I’ll let you know what is coming your way.” After that he would make the seal of suppression around himself, possibly covering Alice pending her position.


He would then form seals for Phoenix Force, but not activate the jutsu until he was needed.
