Let's teach some noobs

Today marked the second day of his mission spree, the male looking forward to this one a little more than yesterdays. For some reason he had been delegated to teach another ninja along with the rest of the academy a jutsu of his own device, something that he was weary about but in the end decided to do. Mo-ri , the male with one name and the immortal zombie with the patience of the stick of truth made his way into the academy with his torn and frayed cloak that obscured he real clothing.

Carrying his usual staff with him he made slow yet strong strides toward academy room #4 and opened the door with the staff to see a few academy students sitting there before his eyes saw theirs meet his. The one key and often nice point about his features were his cross shaped eyes, the blue orbs looking into theirs as he made his way to the board and wrote his name out on it," Sup. Name's Mo-ri Jin and i'm going to be teaching you a juts of min along with the other person that should be coming in. Should be a nice lesson so long as you pay attention but lets wait on the other before we get into it alright?," with that he hopped on the teachers desk and crossed his legs to wait for the other person to come in.

Cole was walking into the academy grounds. It had been a while since he was here. At least it felt like it had really it had only been a few months but so much had happened in those few months. “Were does the time go” he said to himself as he opened the door into the academy. He had been given a mission the day before to go and meet a man named Mo-ri Jin in room #4. Cole wasn't sure what was going on, and all they told him was that he was a promising genin. They told cole that he could probably learn something from him, as Mo-ri Jin had a lot of life experience that cole did not.

Cole walked down the halls reading over the mission details. Not a lot of info was given but it did give him the description of who to look for. Name Mo-ri Jin wears a frayed cloak that covers most of his cloths and has cross shaped eyes, he normally can be seen with a staff.

It had a sketch of what he would look like. Cole had been given one before to look at and although their not perfect sketch's they are pretty close. At least close enough for you to get they idea of what they look like. Cole arrived at room 4 in the academy he remembered going down to room 5 for most of his time here, but had a friend or two that went to this room. He opened the door with his right hand and stepped into the room with his white main of hair flowing down his back and a few of the bangs falling into this face hiding the real details in them.

Cole was wearing his normal blue/green pants with sash and belt pouches. Boots and his gray cloak he wore. He had tribal going down his right arm and on his face that matched his pants. He wore the tribal because of an accident he had as a kid that put a nasty cut on the right of his chin and he didn't like people seeing it. The cloak didn't cover much and you could clearly see that he was not wearing a shirt which was normal for cole has he hated shirts. They kept getting holes in them.


Cole would walk into the room nodding at the students and standing beside Mo-ri Jin. “Hello everyone my name is Cole, and I'm here to help Mo-ri Jin” he would then extend a hand to Mo-ri has a sign of friendship.

The male continued to sit idle on the desk as he eyed some of the students and they looked back at him, some of the commenting on his choice of clothes. Some of the commenting on how cool he looked while others were skeptical of if he was even a ninja or not. He had no head band so of course that was sort of an indication of not being a "ninja" per se, but there had been a reason he had not capitalized on becoming a Hoshi ninja. All of this was like a free sample of new ramen a store was offering. A test to see if he would like or not and if he did how long term it was going to be. At some point he would need to go back to his old "home" to dig up more information which might have taken him weeks or months in the end but...for now who knew? During his whole thinking process he would hear the door beginning to open as his eyes turned toward it, seeing the person who had just coming in. This might've been the +1 for the mission but he wasn't sure until they had said something.

 Sure enough they had spoken even telling the class the males name whom he had just introduced his own self to...not impressed but not ruined. The male looked at the others hand for a moment  before turning to the class and blinking," Save that for the final assessment. I don't shake hands of people I don't know fully, you ninja are a shifty lot," there was a small smile on his face which was no indication of if he was joking or not but since the other male had shown himself, Mo-ri decided to hop off the desk and look toward the class. Clearing his throat he would look into the crowd of students in their desk and begin to speak rather robustly," Alrighty. Since the +1 is here this should be either a nice, clean demonstration or a rather long one. Either way let's get into it. You've probably learned about Taijutsu but never fully went into learning techniques of it so i'm going to show you the most basic of basics of it," as he said this he sat the staff down right on top of the desk and almost immediately the desk began to groan under its weight.

Moving to the side he was on he faced it and took a deep breath before turning his body slowly so that the class saw his demonstration flawlessly.

The first kick, the low kick, swept against the foundation and legs of the desk causing it to rise into the air, suspended but not spiraling as it should have but when applied with the almost direct and quickly succeeded high kick, Mo-ri added a twist to his kick by simply changing the angle of his foot causing the desk to spiral hopelessly into the air. As it did he pointed to it while addressing the class," Even simple movements in a tai technique can shape the way an opponent is taken care of. With this desk for example i simply altered his position and center of gravity before sending it spiraling into the air," stepping just under its path he would hold his right hand up and stop it from falling to the ground, moving just slightly so that he could sit it down with his staff still on it.

Mo-ri Jin didn't shake coles hand, but he didn't take any offense to it he had grown used to it being in hoshi and a ninja. A lot of the people here didn't trust easy and cole understood. He took it in stride and gave the class a smile playing it off like it was planned. Even though he had never met Mo-ri till today the class didn't know that, and cole thought it would be good for the class to see that being a shinobi wasn't all just missions and paper work all the time. You could have fun with your work as well, and its always good to help people in need. Thats why you become a ninja in the first place he thought. That way you could help protect your village from outside and sometimes even inside threats.

Cole noticed that the table moaned when the staff was placed on it. This gave cole a moments pause has he wondered just how heavy the staff was. He snapped back into it before anyone could notice though. He watched as Mo-ri did the demonstration. He recognized the technique as the Leaf Whirlwind jutsu. Cole had been meaning to learn it at some point but had been to busy with other stuff to really practice it. He figured that this would be as good a time as any to give it a shot. Plus he could make it out like he was trying to help the kids understand the jutsu as well.


“From my understanding on the Leaf Whirlwind jutsu the high kick is mostly just a feint for the low kick” cole would face the class while keeping also keeping Mo-ri in his vision as well. He would leave it open ended so that Mo-ri could add to it. If he didn't than Cole would offer to be the target in a slow motion demonstration.

"Yes and no. The high kick is but a set up for the lower kicks. Depending on the practitioner they start with either the low as the feint or the high. It simply depends on the situation. You wouldn't want to start of an attack with your body half in the air initiating a high kick now would you? You leave way too many openings and it simply does not help advance your attacks," the words came out as more of a factly manner but then again he wasn't "trying" to be malicious with it. Instead he hopped back onto the desk and picked up the staff placing it back onto his shoulders. Looking to the class which had been waiting for the next display, he looked at cole and then motioned to the class," Well don't keep them waiting, kids do get bored easily." From there he would watch and wait for the males display and take mental notes on it for later.

Cole listened to Mo-ri explanation while watching the class making sure they understood what he was saying. Most of the class understood as it was one of the more basic taijutsu moves. You could learn and as such would make a good starter move. Cole watched as Mo-ri finished his explanation and then jumped up to sit on the table putting his staff on his shoulders. Cole figured that this would be a good time to show the kids how to roll a move into a different taijutsu move.

“Ok” cole would say has Mo-ri tells him to hurry cause kids get bord easly. Cole walked over to one side of the room “So kids ill show you how a basic way to combine one jutsu into another. Ill use the body flicker jutsu to close the distance inorder to the leaf whirlwind jutsu” cole says while walking acrossthe room. Once cole gets to the wall he tells the students that he will keep his speed down while using the body flicker jutsu so the students can see everything clearly.

Cole makes a single hand sign for the body flicker jutsu. He summons his chakra into his legs and feet and runs across the room at a speed of 20. Stopping about mid ways through the room already crouched down for a low kick to the sheens/ calfs. “At this point the opponent would either take the hit or move out of the way” cole would say as he spinned around and launced a high kick stright into the air at an angle to show that you could kick at an angle as well to make up for opponents moving.


After the move cole would stand up, and move back over to the desk. “That is just one way that you can combine moves to make a combo. They only limitation is you imagination” cole would say as he stood next to the desk giving the floor back to Mo-ri.

The male watched the others demonstration, the blue eyes focusing on the hand seal rather than anything else as he smiled and nodded his head," Such a simplistic technique in practice though I wonder if I could do something more with it...Hmmm," the thought was mostly to himself as he scratched his head and continued to watch and when the male was done he shrugged and looked back to the class. "Well it seems you have some homework today. You've learned both a taijutsu technique and a ninjutsu technique in the same day. Its obvious you all will have a bit to go when it comes to learning both but do try to get better at them and not run into any walls. Anyways if nothing else is needed class is dismissed," the male stood and moved off of the table, staff on his shoulder as he walked out of the class and waved to the kids. Probably off to do Mo-ri things.
