Helping Da Noobs (Kaguya)

The sun hung low, leaving the morning sky and the few wispy clouds an orange-pinkish tint. After a relatively early morning training session that involved trying to punch her way through a tree stump on the edge of the training ground, she decided pass out on the spot. Sitting propped up against said tree stump, her head hung low and a slight uneven snore could be heard emanating from the girl. Her knuckles were bloody from the practice, but she had read in a few old scrolls that people could strengthen their punches by repeatedly punching hard stuff. The stump its self had a little of her blood on the center ring, but ultimately she made no progress on the stump its self. 

After about an hour, she woke up again and stood over the top of the stump, punching the shit out of the center of it. After a hundred or so more punches, the pain caught up to her, and tears could be seen being built up in her eyes. Of course, she wasn't just silent during all these punches, she grunting pretty hard breh. 

Anyway, unless someone came along relatively soon, she would probably punch the stump until her hands were little bloody nubs.

Kaguya was out in her usual attire. The young kunoichi had managed to sneak away from her estate and her bodyguard. She always hated being escorted around 24/7. She had been studying academy jutsu scrolls in her room all morning long and she was getting bored. So Kaguya had changed out of her kimono and into her going out attire then snuck out through the roof of her bedroom and out of the estate. However, her body guard managed to catch on and chased after Kaguya until she managed to give him the slip when she entered the ladies restroom in a shop in the village. From there, she climbed out the bathroom window that just just big enough for her to fit through that was in a back alley. Kaguya made a speedy getaway headed for the village's training grounds.

Upon reaching the training grounds, the young kunoichi would find she was not alone. There was a red headed girl who was punching the shit out of a tree stump while grunting loudly. Kaguya didn't even need her byakugan to see that the girl's hand were quite bloody. Kaguya contemplated on stopping the girl before her hands became a pair of nothing but bloody nubs. "Um... It might be a good idea to stop punching the crap out of that stump before your hands become a couple of bloody nubs." Kaguya called out to the red headed woman.

"That's probably true." Using her wrist, Risako wiped away the first tear to fall, and her knuckles on her black shirt before looking up at the girl who stopped her. Analyzing the girl, she immediately noticed two things: The girl was Hyuuga, and a bit older than Risako. The attire kinda gave it away, but ultimately it was the eyes that let Risako know she was Hyuuga. Risako slowly produced a roll of bandage from her weapon pouch, located on her thigh. As she wrapped her knuckles, she introduced her self. "I'm Risako." Pausing long enough to let the stranger do the same, she would then continue, "So... here to train?" Risako smiled, "Or are you here to mess around? Lemme tell ya, the boys don't get here until around noon." 

Biting and tearing the roll of bandage in half, she tied the end off on her left hand and started wrapping her right. While she did that, she noticed the lack of a headband. Tying off the bandage on the right hand, Risako flashed her headband, which was tied loosely around her neck, and asked the girl "Where's yours?" Risako was a prying little shit and pretty much wanted to know if the girl was a ninja or not.

Kaguya watched as the girl stopped and replied to her. She watched as the girl took out a roll of bandage from her weapon pouch and wrapped it around her knuckles. Kaguya was relieved that she stopped before any permanent damage could be done.  The dark haired girl introduced herself as Risako. "I'm Kaguya, nice to meet you Risako-san" Risako then asked if she was there to train, Kaguya nodded in response. However, the girl's follow up question confused the kunoichi. Why would Kaguya come to the training grounds to mess around? It honestly made no sense. However, she just pushed the thought to the back of her mind as she watched Risako flashed a shinobi headband around her neck. It took Kaguya a bit by surprise. She'd never seen someone do that before. Risako asked where Kaguya's headband was and she just shook her head. "I don't have my headband yet, I'm still only an academy student. I actually came out here to practice the jutsus I have to learn in order to graduate." She said with a simple smile on her face. Maybe Risako could help her train, she figured it couldn't hurt to ask. "Risako-san, would you be willing to assist me in my training?" she would ask then wait for her to respond.

Risako thought about it for a second, then smiled and shrugged, "Sure! Why not?" Risako always held a soft spot for the academy students. Holding out her hand for a shake, she would continue, "Lighten up though, just call me Risako. After you graduate, we'll spar or something. Maybe do a mission, I dunno." She would take a few steps away from both Kaguya and the stump, and close her eyes, trying to remember the jutsu necessary to graduate... Clone, Transformation, and Substitute? Sounds about right.

Whipping around rather quickly, Risako said "Alright, let's start with the clone technique. It's pretty simple, watch." She held up her hands, and performed the hand signs ridiculously fast. In under a second, two clones would poof into existence, mirroring all of Risako's movements. Risako would point, and say "You try! The hardest part is attention to detail, but you got those Hyuuga eyes, so that shouldn't be too difficult for ya." The clones would do the same, except sound wouldn't come from the clones, due to the fact that they're just projections of the original. "There's nothing to it." With that, she would dispel the clones in two poofs of smoke, and wait for Kaguya to give it a try.

Risako agreed to help Kaguya with her training. Risako held out her hand for Kaguya to shake and she did. When Risako told her to lighten up, it was a huge relief to the kunoichi. She watched as Risako took a few steps back and closed her eyes. Risako muttered the names of the two graduation jutsu plus one more. Risako decided to start with the clone technique. After instructing Kaguya to watch her, in under a second she performed the hand signs in rapid succession and two clones appeared in puffs of smoke. Naturally, with Kaguya's eyes, she had no trouble following the hand signs that Risako made. Kaguya listened to the girl explain about the clones. Even though this was all old news that she had learned from her teachers at the academy and the scrolls with the Justus in it, she just nodded. Risako dispersed the clones and told Kaguya to give it a try herself. Kaguya nodded and gave herself some space. After watching Risako, she had the hand signs down pat in her memory. She performed them just as Risako had though not quite as fast, for her, it took her about two seconds to finish the hand signs and in the nex instant, two exact copies of Kaguya appeared in puffs of smoke like with Risako. Kaguya had successfully performed the jutsu on her first try which really wasn't that hard to do. She quickly dispersed her clones and grinned at Risako. "you're right Risako, that was easy! I think we should move onto the transformation technique next."

Risako nodded and said "Alright then! Let's move on." She performed the handsigns for the transformation technique, again, rather quickly, and transformed her appearance in another quick poof of smoke so that she looked like Kaguya. 

"Same as last time," she said, "Attention to detail." Risako neglected to transform her eyes though, because she chose too. In yet another poof of smoke and a quick flurry of handsigns, (there's seems to be a lot of those), she transformed herself into what Risako thought she would look like as an adult... which aside from being a few inches taller, and a slightly more filled out figure, she did not look all too different from her normal self. 

"Or you can replace the details with creativity, like you can be amy thing you can imagine." In the final poof of wispy smoke, she transformed back into her regular self, "The only catch on this one is that it's hard to do under pressure." She placed her hands on her hips and watched Kaguya's results expectantly.

Lemme apologize for not posting yesterday, I fell asleep late, and then I only got 3 hours of sleep.]

Kaguya watched as Risako performed the hand signs for the transformation jutsu this time. In a puff of smoke, Kaguya was looking at a copy of herself only without her byakugan. Kaguya was a bit impressed by the likeness.

In another flurry of hand signs and a poof of smoke, Risako transformed into what looked like a more gown up version of herself which looked about the same as normal Risako, only differences were that she was now a bit taller with a more filled out figure.

Kaguya watched as Risako transformed back to her normal self in another puff of wispy smoke. She had told Kaguya to pay attention to detail and also, that this jutsu was harder to pressure. She simply nodded to show she understood. Now it would Kaguya's turn to perform the jutsu.

After having watched Risako perform the hand signs twice, it was easy enough for her to memorize them. She took a step back and in a rather fast flurry, though not as fast as Risako, she performed the hand signs and transformed herself into Risako, even transformed her eyes.

In another quick flurry, she transformed herself again, though this time, she transformed into an older version of herself with an even more filled out figure than she already had. Then in another puff of smoke she turned back to normal.

"I think that wasn't too bad for my first try, wouldn't you say Risako?" She said grinning widely at her.

Risako watched as Kaguya performed the jutsu. She nodded, "That was good enough. Remember though, the hard part is trying to hold that transformation under pressure, such as trying to run or fight" Risako thought about Kaguya's performance for a moment, and decided she performed the tasks well enough. Waving her hand in a follow motion, she turned to the direction of the academy, and started walking. "If you're an Academy student then follow me, I think you earned something." 

If Kaguya followed, Risako would remain silent during the walk to the academy. Upon arrival she would thrust open the door, almost knocking down a teacher, and after apologizing, she would walk to the store room. After rummaging around for a moment, she pulled a shiny new headband from a box, and pull a teacher aside. "I, Risako Akara, a Konoha Chuunin, hereby promote Kaguya Hyuuga to genin." With that, and the teacher's witness, she would throw the head band to Kaguya. "Congrats." After that, she would walk past Kaguya, give her a quick pat on the back, and say "Well that's that. I'll see you around." Risako would then go on to exit the building and wander around Konoha, causing hijinks and leaving debauchery and ruin in her wake.

Kaguya was led back to the academy by Risako. There she was given a shiny new headband proving her graduation from Academy Student to Genin. Kaguya could barely hide her excitement as tears fell down her cheek. After Risako had tossed her the headband with a teacher as a witness, she walked past Kaguya, gave her a pat on the back and said "Well that's that. I'll see you around." and left. After that, Kaguya bowed to the teacher out of respect and the teacher returned her bow. Kaguya then ran off to go straight home to the estate to tell her parents the amazing news. She ran at top speed through the village with her brand new shinobi headband, clutched in her hand. Finally after 7 years of training, she was finally a ninja. Upon reaching the estate, her parents were standing at the front gates, ready to scold her for getting away from her bodyguard, however, when she showed them her headband and told them that she was now a genin, they praised Kaguya. However, she ended up being grounded regardless due to the fact that she had run off on her own. Now, Kaguya could officially go on missions.
