Rip me a new one (io)

Thor laid there in the gazebo out for a late night walk. He brought only his headband and a sleeveless white tee shirt. He didn’t plan to be out late and infact was planning on going home soon. But he just couldn’t stay inside on a beautiful night like tonight with the gusts of wind and the thousands of stars glistening overhead. He laid alone in the winter breeze. Waiting for it to be his time to go.

With a small yet serene smile upon his stitched and scarred face Kenshin would stroll casually through the moonlit streets of Hoshigakure. His destination was a place that he had not visited since... his Genin days, now that he thought about it. He truly had not realized just how long it had actually been since he last gone to the rather well known Gazebo of Hoshigakure. The pale skinned teen had not avoided the place, he simply hadn't really felt drawn to the area in quite a long time... not since before the creation of the Tachibana Wildlife Reserves in fact. Hmm, come to think of it that was probably the main reason he had not come back, as to him the reserve was everything that the gazebo was and more. 

Unfortunately when the silver haired youth got within 100 meters of the Gazebo he would feel a relatively unfamiliar chakra signature right on top of it. He had to admit that the thought of simply turning away and heading home for the night was more than a little tempting, but he wasn't about to let himself be scared away by whoever this was. Yes, he wanted peace and quiet on this windy night, but he could still have that even with another person in the area... provided they understood that he did not wish to speak with them. But then again, why would they wish to speak to him, most tended to avoid so much  as looking at the rather well known mad scientist of Hoshigakure. 

As per usual the silver haired youth was clad in a pair of dark grey pants and an off white button up shirt. On his hands were a pair of fingerless, black gloves and on his feet were a relatively new set of grey shinobi sandals. To complete the look he was wearing a long black trench cloak, and a black tie. His hair was styled in the same way as it always was, with his long silver  mane being allowed to flow freely down his back and stopping at his upper thighs. The only hint of styling given to the hair was the single braid that could be seen on the right side of his face, reaching down to his mid chest.

If one were to look at his face they would more than likely take note of the fact that his left eye was stitched shut. His right eye on the other hand had obviously been damaged at some point in the past, at least if the scar he bore was any indication. It would be obvious to any who looked that the scar that started at Kenshin's upper cheek and stopped just beneath his hairline, going through both the eye and the brow, was deep. So deep that it may make one wonder just how Kenshin still possessed an eye at all.

But now that he had given his posting partner more than enough information to base a decent post off Kenshin would finally arrive at the Gazebo. His steel grey eye would come to rest upon the figure relaxing within the Gazebo, and it would narrow in thought as he vaguely recognized the young man. 

Despite the fact that he usually found it hard to recognise people based off their looks he had no issues remembering this boy, after all...

Not even he could simply forget an arm like that.

Thor was lying there in the gazebo the wind blowing fiercely the chill causing his arm to ache fiercely. He heard a noise and looked up from his peaceful slumber, feeling the deep stench of chakra emanating off of the shinobi. He also recognized him from a rather brief encounter at the gates of Hoshigakure. Thor had gotten his directions mixed up and almost went to the borders of haven county not the borders of the village silly him. The man was wearing attire that takes a certain attitude to wear and this man certainly had it, he walked the want of a man filled with power true power. The hair he had exuded more confidence than he had in his intire body. When the man arrived Thor would calm down the threads in his back hoping they would be semi Hiden and lay back down. When the wan arived Thor would allow his threads in the eyebrow as he thought nothing of it but he would only give a half hearted “hey” no more than a mumble when the shinobi arrived.

The silver haired youth would allow his single visible eye to trail over the form of the youth that lay before him in the Gazebo. The state of the young redheads left arm was definitely the first thing that would catch most peoples attention due to it being around half the size of his right. He possessed relatively long, shaggy red hair and had extremely pale yet freckled skin. But what caught Kenshin's attention most after the arm was the scar above his brow, or more specificly, the threads that almost seemed to be holding that scar together. He was of course unable to see the threads on the younger teens back as said teen was currently lying down, but that stitched scar told Kenshin what he neeeded to know.

"Hey" the boy would say in the lightest of mumbles, but to Kenshin's experienced ears the words were as clear as day, perks of being a Jounin and all that. 

"Are you Thorfinn?" the Jounin would ask with a completely blank look on his heavily scarred face, getting straight to the point. If this child was indeeed the new Tau that had joined the village... and been spilling the secrets of Earth Grudge Fear to the people who lived here, then they needed to have a long overdue conversation.

Thor sat there watching the man look over him, but why Thor had met the man once at a small encounter. The man reacted when Thor said hey this supprised him terribly he had barely spoken. This must be a ninja far above his skill level, were they even in the same ball park.

Then the man asked his name with the look of nothing thor couldn’t get a read on the man and this frightened Thor to no end he knew me. “I’m Thorfinn what is it to you?”

"I'm Thorfinn, what is it to you?" he would ask, his words almost seeming to be irritated at Kenshin for some reason, and that in turn would cause the Jounin's eyes to narrow on the foolish teen. Great, now he had to deal with some uppity little shit when all he had wanted was some peace and quiet, perhaps he should just stick to the Wildlife Reserve next time.

"Mind your words boy." he would say in a rather testy tone, as his single visible eye narrowed rather dangeously on the young cripple. He was not about to let some aarrogant little shit talk to him in such a way, so he had issueed a rather simple warning... and if the boy was stupid enough to ignore said warning then he would suffer the consequences. 

"I am Kenshin Uzumaki, Jounin of Hoshigakure. You are a carrier of the Earth Grudge Fear are you not?" the albino would ask shortly after the warning, his eye still narrowed on the form of the young redhead. He saw no point in beating around the bush here, he was only speaking to the boy to give him a warning if he was indeeed the Thorfinn that was spilling the secrets of his trump card to the people of Hoshigakure.

Thorfinn was sitting there and he saw the man become angry at his words. He was quite sorry to have offended the man as he was rather strong. “Sorry I didn’t mean anything by it.” Then he would sit up the threads on his back showing.

Then the man got to the point he stated that he was a jounin and knew of Thor’s bloodline. Thor’s jaw dropped what must have looked like a foot. Then he stammered out “ I’m sorry sir I didn’t mean anything by my words and yes I am a carrier of the earth grudge fear bloodline. But I prefer member of the tau clan rather than carrier it is such a dirty word.” Then he looked closer and saw stitches on the boy’s eye, he had stitches on his eye. Could this man be like him. He had a hearth attack.

"Sorry, I didn't mean anything by it." the red haired teen would say almost immediately after Kenshin gave his warning, earning a small smirk from the Jounin. He found it more than a little amusing when the arrogant ones realised that their big mouths may have gotten them in more trouble than they could handle. Their stammered apologies were simply hilarious, and that was not even metioning the terrified faces that they tended to make. Now despite the amusement that Kenshin felt towards the boys reaction to his little warning, he would continue on with what he had written in the previous post, and ask if this young cripple was indeed the carrier of the Earth Grudge Fear that he was looking for. He would completely ignore the rather supid reaction the boy gave, and instead wait for him to speak.

"I'm sorry sir I didn't mean anything by my words and yes I am a carrier of the Earth Grudge Fear bloodline. But I prefer member of the Tau clan rather than carrier it is such a dirty word." the boy would then say, causing Kenshin to pause for a split second. This boy was very unlucky, to be both physically and mentally handicapped, but alas, life was cruel, and there was nothing that he could really do about it... not that he would even if he could. He didn't exactly care in what way this Thorfinn was handicapped, he just had to make sure that he understood not to give out the secrets of the Earth Grudge Fear.

"I don't particularly care if you prefer to be known as a 'member of the Tau Clan', I prefer the term Carrier of the Earth Grudge Fear, so deal with it." the scar faced youth would say in an obviously annoyed tone. His mood was slowly deteriorating with each second he spent in this fools company, but he needed to tough it out for a little longer. 

"I don't want to ve in your company any longer than I have to be, so I'll get right to the point. Since you first arrived in Hoshigakure you have been spreading around information about the Earth Grudge Fear... information that I have gone to great lengths ot keep secret. You are going to stop doing that, or there will be severe consequences. Is that understood?" he would ask in an obviously threatening tone.

The man didn’t care what so ever what Thor thought and he could understand why. Then he wouldn’t speak again Thor needed to listen at this point. Then he explained that he had gone through great trouble keeping the earth grudge fear bloodline secret and Thor had come in and munched everything up. Then he asked if Thor understood Thor responded “yes sir I’ll do my best.” This man scared him in his regular tone let alone his angered tone that was currently in use. Then he would stand up slowly with his hands showing hoping to show the man that he meant no harm. Then he Would talk “I thorfinn solemnly swear to guard the secrets of the earth grudge fear with my life until such point as it is deemed worthy by you directly.” Hoping the formal gesture would persuade the man to not kill Thor or worse take away his booze.

The silver haired Jounin would simply give a nod at the young cripples words. He had originally been planning to tear the boys crippled arm off before using his newly developed Mystical Palm Aura to regrow the limb without its abnormality. This would have served to show Thorfinn that it was a lot more beneficial to have Kenshin as an ally than an enemy.

But due to Thorfinn's suicide in another topic, and Kenshin's own confusion at whether this happened before or after said suicide, the scar faced teen would simply turn and walk away, heading back home.
