Chocolate coated confessions [p,Kyson]

It was important, at least to her, but so hard to do that she felt the weight of it on her shoulder weighing her down like she was carrying a boulder around with her. It felt strange to lift so heavy but having nothing or barely nothing in her hands. The last day she had been driving her brother nuts with her occupation of the kitchen, but it had been necessary to create what she was holding onto now. Her heart skipped a beat when she thought about it. Being semi smart she had asked around for his home address. Not because of the reason she was here today but under the guise that she wanted to ask him how the Hiyu was doing that had told her to ask him, if she ever was worried. Sure she would worry a lot but the giant could handle himself at least that was what she believed. But at some point someone had given her directions and so she came to be in front of a home, in front of a door. Her body was lightly shaking because she did not really know how this would be reacted to, but she needed to be brave and that bravery would be rewarded, in fairytales at least.

So with a deep breath to calm her racing heart she would raise her hand to gently knock against the door which was right in front of her. His door and when she thought about it her mind mocked her. What she thought she was doing her, but she wanted to do this even if after this she would always melt in embarrassment or something like that. She was sure she could do it, at least to an extent. Her eyes looked at the door while she almost entirely held her breath waiting.

As the young hozuki had just woke up from out his bed. As he just finished getting ready and washed up. As he was putting some clothes, he looked at the mini bed that was right next to his bed. He saw Keiko laying there having the nap of a lifetime. Laying on his bed without a care in the world.

Keiko sleeping:

"This is unbelievable. Sleeping like he just finished working 72 hours straight. Panda's are something else.. acting like he pays bills around here, boy I tell ya." He said as he just shook his head. As he was looking to see what was on his schedule today. It seemed like he didn't have much planned until tonight. Which was fine with him, gave him time to do whatever he wanted to do. Since Maku was kinda of well, somewhere... All the work was left on Kyson. As he was still getting ready, the only thing he didn't have on at the time was his shirt. As he was looking for his top, he couldn't remember where he had put it.

He then heard knocking on his door. Who could that be? He wondered. Heading towards his staircase after leaving his room. He would head to the front door to see who was knocking. As he opened his door he saw it was the girl he had spoken to the other day. "Yasumi, wasn't expecting to see you hear. What's up." The boy would say with no shirt on.

Yasumi was on edge. She had prepared this chocolate and she was confident about its taste but now standing here waiting for him to open was dreadful. What if he was on a mission or worse what if he was with someone else, it was the day for it after all. Her heart began racing for its life as she heard the steps closing in on the door. He was there and he would open soon, what should she say? But then the door opened and then her mind went blank. There he stood and he did not even have a shirt on. She could feel her head burning with red as her eyes trailed over his body and she audibly gulped down while her eyes still tried to focus on his face again.

When their eyes finally met she took a deep breath and smiled at him with brightly red cheeks. "Sorry to disturb you, but I have something for you", she would take out the small box she had hidden in her hand behind her back. It was a white box with a neatly tied blue bow around it. Inside the chocolate heart she had made with the light chocolate music note on it. She had really fiddled to get this right. "Because well it is Valentine's day", she then said a little quieter still audible but shy. Now wandering if he would get the meaning of this or not.

The hand with the box she was extending to him shook a little because of her nervousness so he could hear the inside rattle a little and still her face was glowing.

As he opened the door and saw her at the door. He wasn't expecting to see her, it was probably a bit awkward since he didn't have a shirt on or anything. But for now he just had to go with it. It seemed she had something for him, judging from her posture and her coming all the way out here. As she showed him what was behind her back, he saw it was a gift. It looked neatly done, he could tell she made it. She seemed like that type of girl. "Oh... well you didn't have to give me this." He said with a slight chuckle. 

When she mentioned it was valentines day, he was a bit shocked. He didn't even know. But nonetheless, it really meant a lot since she came all the way out here. "Oh, it is? Well, thanks for bringing me something. It means a lot. Its the first time someone got me something on this day honestly." He said with a smile. As he slowly opened the box neatly, making sure he doesn't damage the box itself. He looked inside and saw chocolate. With musical notes on them, with his little study of music during the time he was in Hoshi. He knew what each note was and meant. As he picked one up and tasted one, he couldn't believe it. It was delicious, how good they were would show all over his face. "Did you make these yourself?" He asked, because they were really good. 

"Now I feel bad since I don't have anything to give to you. Come inside, its the least I can do since you came all the way out here." He said was he gave her permission to enter his household. His place would be neat and clean. In which he always tries to keep it that way. to the left would be the the living room, to the right was the kitchen and the stairs to the second floor were straight ahead. "I'll make us some tea if you don't mind? You can have a seat in the living room." He said. On the table in the middle of the living room, would be a picture of him and Royalty when they were younger. And another picture when he was a squad leader in Suna.
