The sun rose slowly above the small black market town, sending rays of pale light scattering across the street. The cobblestone road tapped lightly beneath the feet of Amaterasu Akari as she proceeded to walk, destination already in mind and walking with an air of confidence. She had met with Kamiko Koutaishi the other day, a very interesting young woman, but now, she decided to try and meet other people she might find in the area. Ninja? Samurai? The girl had no idea- but that was what made it fun. Her cape fluttered behind her, and she half wanted to bask in the suns rays or half wanted to rip the damn thing off her armor so it'd stop doing that. With a flick of her wrist, a kunai came into her hand. She spun it around on the tip of her finger a bit, eyeing the numerous buildings she passed as she did so. Eventually, however, she came to a small bounty board. Wanted: Yurei and Damon Uchiha. Reward.... she skimmed the rest of the piece of wood for any contracts that would interest her, and ended up removing a small contract for assassination. It was located in a small village somewhere- not that she cared. It had decent pay, and wasn't located too far from where she was presently, which made it more than worth it for her. Eventually, however, she came to a small tavern. Opening the door, the young Akari stepped inside and made a beeline towards a seat in the back corner, where she would be able to get a good look at everybody who entered. The seat was made of creaky wood. A waitress came over with a glass of water, and after checking it over for any poisons, she began to sip at it slowly.

Next, she pulled out a few jutsu scroll from her Storage Displacement jutsu- namely, Great Fireball Shower and Chidori. She quite frankly had no idea how to work with the latter, but the former was a fire jutsu and thus came rather easily to the former Wind Country noble. She scratched the side of her head and began reading. Hand seals, whatever, chakra placement, blech... Eventually, she found herself dozing off a little- time to put them away? Eventually, after removing all the scrolls and papers from the table, well, booth, really- at which she sat, she figured she could remain there for a few minutes. She kept a steady eye on the door of the tavern, relaxing into her seat. The sun was shining, the wine (water?) was flowing... Surely today was the start of a relaxing, non intrusive day.

A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK] Empty Re: A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK]

What a wonderful day to wake up to, the skies clear as the early birds chirped and began their hunting for survival. Leafs and bushes fluttering around as the light breeze echoed throughout the lands. The sighting of sun rays dominating the terrain as it slowly rose to its natural position within it’s everlasting cycle, taking the reins of its satellite counterpart having clocked out but hours ago. This would be but a perfect day to wake up to within the comfort of a soft mattress, a light blanket to shield away from the coming autumn air, and a nifty home to remind oneself of all the joys life had to offer. Soft rays of light ignoring the curtains, tickling the skin as it urged you to return to such a glamorous lifestyle.

To some king or fortunate fool this would be an everyday occurrence, however to Kutari it’d be nothing more then a piped up dream.

In truth, the sadist barely obtained any sleep the night before the sun rose, cursing the lunar presence for leaving his side and reminding him of his terrible health habits, a feeling of restlessness overshadowing his being, the nightmares keeping him at bay from reaching the dreamland. His past traumas and difficulties forever etched within his subconscious, surfacing whenever he closed his eyes wishing to obtain some sense of relaxation, the hellish life he lived would but come alive to seize the opportunity. The tears he once wept long since dried up as such a trait came to those who could be described as alive, he could barely recognize himself as human anymore after what all he done.

Alas, the young male would wait for the sun to rise as much as he loathed the bright light, it giving him a minor headache as his retinas would obtain further exercise.  He had business to take care of when the living were typically conscious, a contract he had to complete in order to receive his pay, the task of reaping someone of their life after betraying one too many accomplices. Funny as it was, Kutari just so happened to be one of the many that had it in for this fellow, making it much more important to help the double-crosser receive the most painful death he could think of within a vial, courtesy of one of his associates. For an honest day of theft, he expected to receive his pay, even if it would come in the form of a life.

This would bring him to his current destination, a nearby tavern. The streets looked vastly different during the daytime, much more traffic and activity as people kept to themselves and went about their daily lives. Some vendors selling “grand” artifacts with haste while others aimed to convince others of the possible mystical capabilities others had in hand. Kutari would keep on his schedule as his brown shaggy-like hair would swing with purpose as it followed the motions of his body. His ambar eyes would examine the terrain around, making sure to not lose his footing as the poor pavement included several uneven obstacles. His typical uniform would be present as he neared the tavern.

Entering the building with a casual swing of the door, he’d be welcomed to a much more calm version of the tavern compared solely to it’s nightlife, receiving visitors of several backgrounds with actions to match. Skimming the area lightly, he’d rest his eyes upon the huge man which took his place at the main bar as he rested upon a stool, accompanied by a few pals sharing a drink together. It was unorthodox to see him so mellow as he received his name Thundering Tatsu, derived from his loud footsteps and even louder voice. Kutari recalled his ability with the lightning element but gave it little credit, seeing much better lightning wielders in action. Fixing his eyes upon Tatsu, he’d nonchalantly beam towards the man, as to not raise attention towards the people in his immediate area. Their were few individuals standing around which would make him easy to follow, the boy could only hope no one paid much attention and was simply taken as someone trying to order a drink. Kutari would be behind Tatsu as he faced the bar, his pals being to his left as it seemed Tatsu needed the vacant space to his right, though it’d be likely someone was present there before Tatsu pushed them aside, nothing more then a bully that thought he was top dog.

Retrieving one of his kunai with his left hand, Kutari would swiftly raise it into the air as the kunai’s blade faced down, plunging it into the wooden counter right beside Tatsu’s resting arms as he leaned on the counter itself, the blade narrowly missing his forearm. Thanks to his large exterior, he wasn’t able to see Kutari or the blade coming until it was rammed into the counter, causing the sudden attack to force him to turn around from where the arm originated from, his buddies following his motion. Just as Tatsu turned, Kutari slipped the vial’s contents within the drink he was having, reaching around with his right hand to release the liquid, Tatsu unable to even see such a thing taking place as he was more focused on who dare try to intimidate him.

Kutari met the oath’s aggravated mug with a cryptic smile as he looked him dead in the eyes, as if wishing to see Tatsu try to attack him. Poison was barely ever his method of attack, favoring getting his hands dirty instead, though the Uchiha knew that such a direct means of attack is looked down upon around these parts, especially so early in the morning. If you have business to settle, take it outside.

With an almost sarcastic tone, Kutari would speak before Tatsu, his slyful tongue working it’s magic.

Hey Tatsu. Didn’t see you there, just really get an itching to stab something whenever I’m reminded of a hairy oath like yourself who always seems to forget where he put my money. Speaking of, you remember yet?

Kutari would keep his position, staring down the increasingly volatile anger within the eyes of this man as he was insulted, an egoistic image circling around his head which needed to be upheld around his friends, already prepared to swing. Though once Kutari brought up the money he owed, his anger seemed to suddenly disappear, Kutari feeding him control of the situation as some supposed scrawny kid wanted money for a job he did. The black beard of Tatsu would begin to twitch, before producing a hearty laugh which rang in the tavern, no other sound could be heard in the dead quakes of the morning as the overpowered snob bolstered his confidence. He spoke admirable, showing off to his lackies in the process.

Look boys, little kid wants his pay for a small job. Grow up kid, I could of did your work with my eyes closed and that’s without using one arm, but if you want your pay so badly how about you start by shining my boots and I might give you daddy’s approval.

He’d finish off his insult by grabbing his brewed beer by the handle and taking a nice gulp with his pals, Kutari’s arm already leaving the crime scene as it was only a matter of time. They all laughed and drank in what seemed to be a rehearsed unison before Tatsu continued on.

Now beat it kid, I got a drink to finish. If you wanna get scammed again just let me know, I’ll take good care of ya.

Retrieving his kunai, the boy would begin to have the kunai dance for him as it flickered around his hand, a nice series of tricks he learned throughout his many years living with blades. Acting completely oblivious to all in which he just done, he left with some parting words as the countdown for the man’s wasted life would surely come to an end, though at a more precise tone projected towards Tatsu and his posse.

That’s alright actually, pretty sure I got all the approval I needed a few days ago with that older gal that kept looking my way on the last job we did. Fine lass, all in the right places of course. Makes me think of that wife of yours you introduced me to at the time, pity she ran out on you like all the other filth you seem to attract in your life. A lot in common between those two, eyes, hair and all. For some reason she kept hollering about needing a young guy that can actually keep up with her. But anyways, I gotta head out. Catch you around.

With that, he’d turn to scan the area for a seat. He’d get paid soon enough but would loiter in the tavern to see the beauty which would soon take place. The words he spewed would hit home as Kutari knew Tatsu’s wife walked out on him and they had met before, though he’d add in some lies to enrage Tatsu due to the sheer hatred he had for the man, also knowing what entered his body would take quicker effect with adrenaline through a nice bar fight with such a pathetic man. Kutari would never embark in such a relationship with someone, more so unsure if he even had the emotions to truly feel anything necessary for it all, and lacked little interest in acting it out. Sadly, Tatsu kept to himself, be it not wishing to face the potential truth, or simply feeling he bested Kutari this time with his friends laughter. Looking throughout the space within the tavern, he’d make note of the plane at hand.

Upon entering the establishment, you’d typically look straight at the main bar which had several stools to sit on, and the perimeter several booths lined up for people to sit in groups. Some tables would be stationed throughout the spacious distance between the outskirts booths, but for the most part it would be a typical tavern with nothing special, too small to really make itself unique as of yet, at least to Kutari’s eye. Skimming the scene after taking care of the main target, he’d see the various booths behind Tatsu were taken, though once eyeing a few that were vacant the boy realized he much rather see the face of Tatsu in his last seconds, looking him in the eye as he would try to project his confession through the yellow visuals.

He’d much rather sit in one of the back corner booths, hoping to get a seat to look directly at Tatsu as he realized his life withering away. With another glance or two, he could find not one booth to fit his quota, however what he did see was much more interesting. One of the accomplices he worked with only but a few days ago in the back booths, keeping to herself as she seemed to be eyeing the immediate area. If he recalled correctly, her name would be Amaterasu, the unusual colored hair she had being the first thing he spotted amongst the many mundane faces around him. He couldn’t tell whether or not it was because he knew the face or what she did that night they worked together, but he was interested to find her at such a place this early in the morning. His headache and restlessness gone as he was now fired up from the earlier festivities, he’d walk towards her booth in order to take a seat opposite of her as he did before, though this time he’d actually be forced to face her. Though as he neared her booth, he remembered about the “kind” act she did, feeling somewhat fearful as to what she wished to gain from aiding him, be it getting in his favor or wishing to have someone in her debt, he had no clue what it may be. All he knew is he would have to study this girl more carefully, she not being a typical personality that would be easy to decipher.

Taking a seat down as intended, he would make no conversation as he continued his gesture, now multitasking between watching this girl and waiting for a long overdue death to occur. He’d pay no mind to the waitress that placed a glass of water before him, sitting at the edge of the booth and making no effort to scoot in, his left leg hanging just outside the exit of the booth, his left arm up on the back rest which defined the border connecting to the other booth behind him, his right hand by his side. An unorthodox position to be in, though with what he had planned it was just precautions. He’d glance over every now and then, though make conversation with Amaterasu nonchalantly as he lacked true interest in her at the time, more focused on seeing his target fall. They could chat later, though he’d pay attention to the words he said and what she would say though his heart wasn’t fully invested in the conversation to be had.

I wasn’t expecting to see your face again. What brings you to this tavern so early?

"What am I gonna do...?" A girl muttered to herself, walking about the small border village. She and Ashe didn't quite have any money left, at least nothing that would buy them food. She was gonna need to find something to do if the two of them were gonna eat soon. Hopefully, if she did have to resort to something less moral, she could keep it from Ashe. That's when she came to the bounty board. Though maybe she wasn't ready for bounty hunting work, she felt desperate enough. Maybe she'd get lucky and manage to pick off a petty serial thief, get enough money out of it to live for a bit. Though, despite it being out her league, she couldn't take her eyes off of one notice in particular. A reward for killing two rogue, Uchiha brothers.

She didn't feel as though she needed to hunt them down herself. But she still felt compelled enough by the flier to take it from the notice board and begin to fold it up to take with her. Though just as she would she'd feel a presence behind her, causing Shoku to look over her shoulder and up to see a tall woman with long, blonde hair looking down at her, her full lips curled into a smile before she'd speak up.
"Do you think I could ask you a few questions...?"

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was a loud crack of the tavern door slamming into the wall beside its frame, a young girl stumbling through it quickly, her back hitting against the side of the main bar's counter, almost as if shoved or kicked inside. The impact shook the counter somewhat, the spectacle itself drawing the attention of a majority of the tavern's patrons, perhaps even distracting Tatsu from his spiked drink. If one were to assume that the black haired girl was indeed struck and forced inside, then they could also assume that the woman walking inside afterwards was the one to do it. Her arms were placed behind her back as she carried herself with a sense of confidence, a smirk on her face as she spoke towards Shoku.

"So, one more time, and please do keep playing dumb and making this fun for me. Where are they?"

The Uchiha girl raised an arm up to the counter, pushing down against it to help her stand up from the floor. She let out a groan, her free hand now holding her stomach as she looked up at the blonde as she stood in the doorway."We could speed this up a little if you just told me how many times I have to say I don't know until you believe me ya know.". She took in a deep breath after speaking. It was kind of hard to breathe, what with having just taken a boot to her stomach. After an initial cheap shot, she couldn't very well retaliate. Though she didn't know if she even could've fought back very well, considering this woman seemed to hit like a ton of bricks.

The barkeep quickly tried to interject, though not physically. They moved over to the inner edge of the bar counter, "Sera, you can't do this right now, you're going to scare off all my customers!". She spoke towards the blonde with a sense of familiarity. Though, she'd only seem to be met with Sera bringing an index finger to her own lips as she'd hush the woman. "She was going to try and hide in here anyway, this won't take more than just a moment sweet pea~"

Sera stepped towards Shoku and picked her off the ground by the collar of her shirt, seemingly with ease. "One more time love, with feeling now. Where can I find them?"

A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK] Empty Re: A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK]

It had been another sleep deprived night for the self-titled Priestess; being awoken by yet another nightmare delivered onto her by Zyarae as a constant reminder of the influence of the dark spirit on Kamiko's mind. She had not slept a full night in what felt like weeks now, yet she always forced herself out of bed and into her holy vestments in order to spend yet another long day giving sermon after sermon both within her Church and throughout the Marketplace in an attempt to draw more followers. In truth, it was more-so for fear of what she would see when she slept than it was out of any sort of reverence toward Zyarae themselves, seeing as the spirit saw it fit to dig itself deeply within the subconscious of the Priestess in order to prey upon each and every little facet of herself that she was both aware and unaware of and using the resulting fear as a method to control and manipulate her into doing whatever twisted task they asked of her in order to sate their typically dark desires.

Wiping a bead of sweat from her forehead, Kamiko would go about dressing herself properly in her flowing religious robes that she so typically wore before then moving out of the door to her small chambers within the Church and moved out of the building while internally speaking to the Spirit of Zyarae within her mind:

"What is it you wish of me today, Goddess?" She asked with a dulled voice and expression, her typical demeanor still drained from the night of improper rest as she made her way down one of the many pathways of the Marketplace. "Followers." Zyarae replied with a sharpness that made Kamiko wince ever-so-slightly from the chill she felt creep throughout her mind accompanying the metaphorical grasping she could feel Zyarae placing on the young woman's mind. She expected such an answer, but it did not make hearing such any better than it would be if she had not been; Zyarae had been growing restless as of late and Kamiko almost felt as if the Spirit was purposefully preventing her from training and improving her physical abilities in order to devote herself more completely to the art of sermons and speeches in order to convert more individuals to their Following, which had been growing, if admittedly at a dreadfully slow pace.

Steeling herself, Kamiko would find the strength to answer Zyarae internally with a more neutral tone as she forced herself externally to adopt a more welcoming expression such that she would appear more approachable to strangers and those she came across in order to lure them into her trap of words and promises. "Then it is Followers I shall deliver onto you, Goddess." She responded with a confidence that, subconsciously, she was unsure whether or not it was real or fake; though whatever the case, the feeling of Zyarae drawing themselves back from the forefront of her mind made Kamiko believe that the spirit had at least deemed this answer acceptable and for the time being, that was enough.

She had been scouting the area for several minutes until hearing a commotion not too far away which demanded her attention: There was a clamoring of voices, among which she could have sworn that she recognized one in-particular and would arrive to see a familiar face in Shoku -- who appeared to be booted through a door just as Kamiko approached by a tall woman with blonde hair resembling her own and a demeanor that suggested a calm sinisterness to it that the Priestess was all too familiar with from her abundance of time spent among the outcasts of her former village along with the few that attended her Sermons. This was not a very controlled scene, yet Kamiko saw an opportunity to enter in such a fashion that she may be able to draw some attention and possibly even Followers out of the whole ordeal.

Entering the Tavern, Kamiko would see the familiar Shoku being lifted from the ground by the aforementioned blonde woman and the Priestess would quickly adopt a gentle expression while approaching the scuffle with her long sleeves covering her arms and hands as she held them interlocked at chest-height in what was a typical religious pose:

"Now, there is no reason for violence among one another in such a place as this." She would begin to speak, her tone purposefully soft as she moved slowly to the right side of the two. "Or at least, not against those who've seemingly no desire to fight back." She would add in a tone that hinted at mild disgust toward the victim in this circumstance, though internally she had nothing against Shoku and was merely attempting to use her familiarity with words to her advantage. "Surely one such as that is not worth the time, nor are they worth spoiling such an establishment." She would continue to speak, now carefully making her way so that she was fully in the blonde woman's vision.

"Do you not agree?" She would then ask after a short pause, giving a slight sideways tilt of her head as her red eyes looked toward the stranger while slowly presenting her hands palm-upward after drawing them from the long sleeves of her holy vestments in a gesture that seemed to be offering her hands toward the stranger with a faint smile on her lips. "Come now, let us not spill blood on such a beautiful morning as this." She would add in a tone that was intended as more sweet than even her previous soft voice, doing so in an attempt to disarm the other individual with her soft-spoken demeanor and gentle voice in the hopes that they would be forced to diffuse even if for only long enough for Kamiko to allow Shoku ample time to retaliate or leave the Tavern before the other woman could go any further.

A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK] Empty Re: A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK]

Thu Aug 09, 2018 7:20 pm
Amaterasu would have loved to say this was a fine morning. At least, it started out that way- before Kutari poisoned a man's drink, nearly stabbed him, and provoked him. And then Kamiko jumped in to a scuffle towards the entrance of the bar. She began to rub her temples, groaning slightly as she did so. She just wanted a relaxing, non obtrusive morning out on the town. But first thing came first, there was someone in danger, and it was her duty to firmly beat down the asses of those who threatened any (potential) allies. She stood up from the table, nodding towards Kutari as she did so with her usual stony expression, before standing up, making her way slowly over to the area on confrontation. She didn't bother hiding her noble regalia nor her footsteps, making sure to draw all the attention she could. This was her territory- and those who tried to encroach on it needed a reminder. She stopped two meters or so away from the strangers (and Kamiko). As soon as Kamiko finished talking, she would tilt her head and speak up. "I would recommend listening to the priestess." she spoke softly, yet every word carried across the tavern. The threat rang unspoken through the room, and it seemed like a few other patrons knew what she was getting at as well. Her height was not particularly astonishing- she had to look up to meet the taller woman in the eyes. But her posture was straightened with an aura of regal confidence, and her expression didn't waver. Her head tilted slightly to the left, and a subtle change in expression was displayed. It went from completely stoic to a sense of superiority, as if she knew that the offending woman in front of her would not be able to match her. She'd killed greater men for worse reasons- contracts were contracts, after all, regardless of who created them.

Next, should the black haired stranger permit it, she would investigate her body for any wounds. Should there be any of note, including bruises, she would walk up to the bartender without a word and request ice to reduce swelling. "It's quite dangerous to be out here alone, you realize." she spoke after a moment. "That woman is hardly the worst the black market has to offer. My name is Amaterasu." she continued. "Will you grant me the pleasure of knowing yours?" Should Shoku reply, she would nod simply. "That is a good name." Should she neglect to reply, her response would differ. "To each their own. I understand your reasoning." next, she would turn to Kamiko. "Kamiko," she greeted. "How have these past days treated you? Well, I trust?" Amaterasu nodded at her response. A brown haired figure caught her attention out of the corner of her eye. "And Kutari. I believe it was only last night we met." she said. "Would you three object to joining me? I believe I saw an empty booth towards the back of the establishment."

A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK] Empty Re: A Relaxing, Non Obtrusive Thread [IO, NK]

The assassination was intended to be a swift, easy kill. Distract the target as you cunningly spike the drink of an unsuspecting pile of garbage, watch him drink the whole case down and enjoy the show featuring misery and despair. Maybe converse with a recent accomplice as you laugh in the face of your victim, and call the rest of it a day. Sunshine and rainbows all around.

That was the expected turn of events to take place, though when did anything ever go as planned, especially for the likes of Kutari. No, in fact, everything seemed to fall apart, this day turning more and more into an unnecessary nuisance to his returning headache. Not even a full minute past since he left Tatsu to himself before the door to the tavern suddenly crashed open the morning air rushing in with an unexpected triumph against the artificial lighting of the inner building. The wooden door he walked through not but three minutes ago now blown to the side as it’s typical use of turning the knob and pulling backwards was too civilized for the force in question. This unorthodox method of entering wasn’t to be expected until much later in the day, there’d be few situations where such a scenario took place previously and if so - being quite serious.

Kutari would look towards the area as a perplexed shock escaped his eyes, waiting to see what the bad news would be, though upon seeing the bruised young girl settled against the counter and a shadow nearing the doorframe, disappointment overtook his being.

A simple bar fight? How boring, he’d scowl in retaliation underneath his breath, though witnessing the degree of damage at hand for the establishment he should of realized sooner the act of passion which laid before him. A rogue hope of excitement seeming to escape through his typical cool and make itself known in the consciousness of Kutari, a fresh idea that he could only hope be true, his thoughts believing they could materialize the desired before his very eyes. In all truth, getting away with his most recent assassination on Tatsu left him sour, impatient to witness the terror concocted through a poison rather fist and blade. Overall, this day would turn into a greater disappointment already, an unique disappointment at most, having little hope for the day to gain any traction.

It came to be a smack in the face to his current thought process as in an instant his disappointment turned into resentment, the beat up girl blocking his view on Tatsu until she was raised up in the air. Kutari could care less about the conversation that was currently being had, likely something along the lines of some tough guy picking on a little shrimp after the little shrimp stole something, feeble bartender tries to step in but too scared to get into the fray as the tough guy is well known around these parts. The weak are typically always ruled by the strong, there’s nothing else to be said about it. Though what truly caught Kutari’s eye was the facial expression belonging to Tatsu: anger beyond belief as he was already riding a line thanks to Kutari’s morning outburst, surely mixed with the adrenaline and poison that likely had a list of side effects beginning to activate, the man probably was ready to explode. This sight would cause Kutari to curse underneath his breath, keeping little track of Amaterasu as he remained focused on the reason behind his visit to the tavern.

As he watched Tatsu gain more irritation as his final morning became more and more hectic, Kutari could only be filled with a similar feeling as he watched the small girl be held up by the much bigger foe. Fearing that this sudden outburst would cause Tatsu to step away from his drink and join in the battle, an empty flame would begin to soar within the male Uchiha as he could only imagine how much longer this poison would take to truly do its job, and the amount of pain Tatsu was unknowingly bargaining out of. All because of this weak little girl getting mixed in the wrong fight in the wrong place and this strong oppressor deciding to attack, if it all happened but two minutes later then maybe Kutari would sip on his water and get comfy in his chair as the fireworks began, his job being complete. He resented the idea of her, hoping she’d get a good beating for the festival she became the main event for.

He’d think the circus show would near an end, unable to become anymore chaotic then the degree that it was already at, until another woman walked through the used-to-be door. Wearing robes with decorations signaling that of a priestess, producing an ill feeling as Kutari’s stomach plummeted far beneath the ground, convinced this was nothing more than a street play gone wild. What sort of freak show was this to witness? The priestess would begin her religious rally with poise, looking the part as she spoke it wonderfully, as if trying to defuse the situation with diplomacy with a hint of almighty justice.

Upon nearing the end of her speech intending to subdue the escalating situation, the screech of a wooden stool could be heard throughout the establishment as a lone man abandoned his silent role, intending to release the increasing frustration which embodied him. It was devastating to realized this person to be Tatsu himself, hoping it was some random fool that wanted to add his own thought to the situation. Believing the man to likely abandon his drink entirely as he went straight to the two that rubbed salt within his open wound, Kutari considered attacking the man head-on, if those two women could suddenly fight in the bar and cause issues why couldn’t Kutari? Retrieving a kunai from his pouch, he’d begin to exit the booth before witnessing Tatsu down the entire glass of beer before everyone around, a sight that filled Kutari with joy and pleasure as the man fully embraced his pending death, his own arrogance and pride amongst his friends needing to be satisfied even if it would cost a painful death. Satisfied with that one simple act, Kutari would refrain from jumping in and continue sitting down, placing his kunai back within it’s pouch.

Tatsu would turn towards the notorious Sera as she held up the seemingly weak girl, cracking his knuckles and smirking as he looked to show off even more what he could do.

All of these youngings passing around disturbing a man and his drink. Time I teach you twerps a lesson, maybe then you’d comprehend the idea of respect.

As he would finish his talk, Amaterasu would already be standing before the flock of pacifist and anarchist that influenced the power struggle around, acting as if she was some important piece to this increasingly difficult situation, a cloak of significance and dignity surrounding her. A similar exterior that Kutari noticed the same night he met her, at first seeing it as pure arrogance, he’d come to a much more sound conclusion that it was well place confidence, at most overconfidence depending on the day, especially since she believed her one voice would calm the situation within the tavern. Kutari would watch with awe, expecting Tatsu to swing on her and begin to start a huge riot of limbs being thrown across the air, the thought itself bringing a pleasant touch to resonate throughout his body. As Amaterasu went to retrieve ice from the bar for the beaten girl, he expected all hell to break loose as she was within arm reach of Tatsu, though as she obtained the ice and went to her nursing station, the oath remained stagnant. A sudden change in his resolve seemed to take place as the previous bravado that the man exclaimed turned into nothing more than a cub’s growl, so much as unable to look the girl dead in her eyes.  The gigantic fool would return to his stool as he squat down with a thump, whispering to the bartender as he ran off to the kegs for what seemed to be another drink, his pals looking in bewilderment at the man’s sudden timid personality.

This entire morning made little sense as this unexpected fiasco sent Kutari’s understanding of the sane world into chaos as Amaterasu’s presence alone would contain one of the more rowdy beast in the building, he’d watch with curiosity and interest as she continued to speak to the smaller girl needing aid and the priestess, one of which she was already familiar with it seemed. For some reason, this petite girl possessed a fearsome personality that caused the majority of others to follow her will, though during his time present in these parts heard little of such a woman having such control over the populous.

The Uchiha boy would look towards the girl with an almost vacant expression, his eyes resting peacefully upon her as he analyzed her entire being, pondering the one question that continued to torment his mind: who was she really? The power this girl exerted through sheer words and presence alone able to move mountains the likes of even Tatsu, an arrogant drunk that takes little orders, eyeing the man as he kept to himself sipping on his new drink. As Amaterasu began to speak to Kutari across the room, he’d half-heartedly listen as he was more focused on the several thoughts rummaging through his mind, answering the girl casually with a more tamed vocal tone, his consciousness off to another realm of mysteries.

I’m not sure why we have to switch booths, but fine.

Kutari would rise up from the booth he just sat himself within just recently, a hint of irritation creeping behind him as he didn’t see the reason behind moving seats, especially as he’d personally classify the one they were once sitting within as the back already. Though the boy decided it’d be best to play nice for now, seeking to learn about this girl as she could prove to be a useful ally in the future, the priestess and the injured girl would lack importance in his actions having yet to prove their worth, though the priestess seemed to be of the manipulative type, likely mixed in with her religious acts.

If all went according to plan, Kutari would follow Amaterasu to whatever booth she had in mind, seating himself ideally on the opposing side of her in order to study the girl more in depth, listening in on whatever proposition or reasoning she had in speaking to them all at once. The Uchiha would make sure to keep a good eye on Tatsu, though his importance was declining as this new target entered the stadium, her influence and prowess an useful bargaining chip.

Can you please link the other threads where you gained previous WC towards a tech? For example, can you link where you got the other 337 words for Paper Release: Paper Ball?
