A distracting scene

Shinoskay would enter the thread in the way he traveled in his previous border thread.

"Speaking of locations, the boy wasnt a fool. He knew that out here there were many and great risks that threatened all who would step aimlessly... naivety and innocents did not survive outside of the village walls... not for long anyways. Shinoskay had long since activated Clone jutsu, Rock Clone, and had his puppet out and ready. Given that Rock clone mimicked his items, in the context of all inclusive equipment and belongings, they each would have been formed with their own cloned version of 'The Last Puppet' and each would walk with a puppet next to them while each would also have the clone jutsu active since that had been utilized first. This bolstering of numbers would be absolutely pointless, of course, if it all looked its default and so each humanoid figured would be dressed head to toe in a thick travelers cloak like hooded poncho that had an inner face wrap to cover everything but the eyes... and each figure would be wearing mundane goggles (not to be mistake with the actual item goggles) so that it was unclear what was puppet and what was clone or what was Shinoskay... of course, the puppets had rather large barrel like bodies so there would be 3 figures with extremely bulbous torso's. The only exceptions here was that there would be one Shinoskay in the lead, a Rock Clone, that would be Un robed and in standard wear... and the rear Shinoskay, also a rock clone, would have the puppeteers tail leading out from the bottom back of its cloak to arc back, then up, to leave the menacing and bladed tip to hange about a meter above, and roughly half a meter forward, over its head with roughly a meter gap behind the same between its head and the extendable and flexible section of the blade known as puppeteers tail. All three Shinoskay's would appear to be 3 people cleanly and exactly walking in line, clearly clones up close but it was possible from a distance to mistake this as 9 people and 3 particularly large and oddly shaped people. The Puppet would be led behind each Shinosaky... While, if one looked, each puppet would hold a green cocoon creature with eyes.... only the lead Shinoskay's puppet would actually hold the real creature, likewise, the center Shinoskay was the one with the original puppet.

All 12 figures walked in roughtly a 6 meter line, about 3 meters between the three shinoskay's and each would be scanning their surroundings in separate patterns so as that one could catch what the other two would miss."

Villages are good places to rest, particularly for someone who isnt a criminal. Just outside of a village is the best place to rest whether a criminal or not. The only thing to remember is to either make your approach incredibly obvious and obviously none hostile or to make sure they dont know you are there. This way, if conflict breaks out then their is usually back up not far away, while it is unlikely they will help any one side they will at least take both sides in and no one dies. The reason why it can be best to not enter the village is because often times there are corrupt leaderships, if not paranoid ones, and entry can either leave you without your belongings or with the ultimatum of serve or die.

Shinoskay had survived his journeys between village destructions, and on his way to konoha, through this discovery and so when he came across this dilapidated swamp village he immediately knew that he both would want to find raised ground to stay out of the swampy sinks and he'd want to find solid, earthly ground with places so that he could both hide from general observation as well as to easily slip into the ground if there was trouble.

There was a few places around the village that matched this, of course and likely by design, and thankfully due to the lack of manpower most of them weren't being used as lookout points. Shinoskay chose one that was second closest to the roads, figuring the closest one would be the idea spot for a look out and so would avoid it to avoid conflict or discovery. The second best option wasnt exactly ideal, maybe the fourth best, but the spot he found was a good 20 meters up off the ground, and so those on the ground would easily miss anyone hiding in to due to it being well above their eye level, and it had a fair amount of rock formation with enough room to stand in. It wasnt ideal for a look out, the angle gave him a view of the village but it was treacherous to get an angle of the road or most of the surrounding area.

He was able to slip into the spot by using surface walking and traveling up the side of the rock formation from the road side, his skill in infiltration and his silencing boots made moving quickly and quietly an easy task, no one was on patrol at the time so he wouldn't be seen and 'some rando' was skirting the village so their focus would be inward rather then outward. Speaking of 'rando person', it was when the boy finished slipping into his hiding spot that he noticed the Uchiha, of course Shinoskay wouldnt know they were an uchiha, skirting around the village to gauge it. Under his mask, the orphan would smirk at the site as he could easily tell this person was just inexperienced. The Uchiha made no real effort of stealth, he walked to where he could see the towers and just lackadaisically moved around the village. no notions of concern or caution other then to glance warily up at the towers and smugly at the wall. He was clearly plotting something but it was none of the orphans business.

For now, One of Shinoskay's clones rock clones would switch places with him the moment they got into the hiding spot with him, taking over the task of peeking out to watch the situation with the village while minimizing their profile to barely the side of their head. From the 100+ or so meters it would be a difficult task to see the silhouette in the rocks and the sun was already low so the shadow's of the individuals would not cast itself into site to reveal them. The other Rock Clone would use surface walking to move to the other side of the rock formation and closer to the top so that they could get a view point of the road as well as to overlook the rest of the walling leading to the hiding spot. Shinoskay, himself, would retrieve a kunai with an explosive seal on it from the road watching clone and would ready the tag so that if he needed to fight then he could throw the kunai while igniting the tag to retaliate explosively on any threats that tried to ambush his position. Between the two clones, they could easily see the way up to the spot, and about 300 meters out, given that they were near a village, thanks to that most of the obstructions had been cleared, except for the stone rises, to give scouts and guards good visibility.

No npc's available to this thread would be in the spot where shinoskay was, none would be making way to the spot, and the nearest npc's would be at the village and with absolutely no interest in going to the spot he was in. the base of the risen stone spot was about 25 meters wide and it only narrowed to about 15 meters and no less then 10. he was an easy 30 meters above the village with a good view to across to the other side of the village due to how much swamps tend to flatten land out and because this is a small village. The nearby stone rises are minimal 50 meters, about the same height up, and none of them have a good angle of view to his nor is shinoskay's spot exposed to any of their fields of view... though, they were partially exposed to the field of view of his clones where where both angled enough to see out without exposing more then their heads. The stone rise shinoskay was on was; not hollow, it was all stone and earthly, it was all stable, nothing in the area was poisonous and there are no traps.

nothing Shinoskay had done would interact, interfere, or otherwise be noticed up to this point as no sensory had been used.
