The only thing he could give the white haired female before she left was a small smile before waving her off and once she was out of earshot? It would happen. The staff began to creak and moan as if it was getting heavier...but it was. Under the weight of his pain. His sadness. His anger. All of it flowed into the staff as he pushed deeper and deeper into the rock side, cracking and indenting it but before it could breakthrough and break one of the faces he took in a deep breath and slid down it. He needed to go before he did something he would regret. Touching the staff it would return to normal as he grabbed it, setting it onto his shoulder and walking down the stairs that had guided him up to where he once was.
