We're going to have to put those claims on hold for now, considering I don't see much here warranting a rank up. 

Since I know this is going to require further discussion, I prefer to keep the conversation public and in this thread on the site, but you all have my discord to message me.

The expression Kutari wore looked to be one of boredom, even after taking a bloody glob of saliva and mucus to the face from the poor deluded woman. There was an infuriating indifference to the man’s entire persona as he sauntered over and knelt beside the broken woman’s body. What was worse than being completely overpowered and having her control completely taken away from her, was the smirk on Kenshin’s face as he watched the scene unfold from above. It was easy for her to make out the Demon from here with her byakugan. Knowing what she did about the man, it was unlikely he’d step in and stop this madness. Especially with how much he seemed to be enjoying this disgusting sight.

Alice had brought this upon herself, picking a fight with one of her supposed allies, and she knew that. But she still wasn’t about to just lay there and relinquish her control so easily. She wasn’t just going to allow herself to continue to be tortured like this, or worse, for her to live forever delimbed with this trauma stuck in her head. No, she was going to take back some control of her life the only way she still could. Nature energy once again flooded her being as she enhanced herself for the last time. The kunai the seemingly emotionless man held hovering above Alice’s eye was the trigger. He thought he had her under his control to do as he pleased, but she would not give that to him. Never again would she be at the mercy of this cruel world or the hands of another. The man that she had allied herself with, the pale-faced demon whom had demolished an entire country and had plans to do the same for the rest of the world still remained at his perch enjoying this unfolding scene before him. With one quick motion the Widow shoved her head forward as fast as she could with all her might, seeing the blade of the shinobi weapon enter her skull as the last sight she would ever behold. And with that, the girl took her last breath with a smile on her face, free from anything that could hurt her ever again.

Claiming Alice’s death at the hands of Kutari and herself

So Sakana, what's the verdict on my claims now that Alice is dead and Kenshin's gone due to this entire fiasco? You want your warrant, Kutari killed Alice, and no for anyone watching this wasn't a last ditch effort to try and make a convincing argument on Jace's accord by helping me for the war to come, quite frankly my plans for the war have deviated immensely alongside my muse for it.

Though I've been made painfully just how worthless and irrelevant visual evidence is received by staff, I feel I should at least make an attempt to provide evidence in this public discussion to shed some light on how my prior comment about the validity of Alice's actions were in fact sound and justified. However at the rate and direction this is going, I doubt it's presence will do much.



If Sakana’s ruling is against Kutari earning B rank power, I’d kindly like to ask for a second opinion in relation to the situation.

Kutari would be hanging over the girl as he was so close to begin this torture method he created on the fly, his twisted and warped mentality a perfect catalyst to creating such excruiating pain and struggle scenarios for those he captures in the line of battle, or for that matter anyone he dare lay his eyes upon. He took note of a person or being behind him as they seemed to watch from afar and take note of the situation unfolding, though unsure of the identification of who it was, Kutari was under the impression they had no intent of getting in the way of what Kutari was doing to the poor girl underneath him, the torture he would soon inflict upon them as they seemed to be present there for quite some time, this knowledge due to his hardened experience as a fighter for such a long period of time, the years he took honing his skillset and becoming a powerhouse in the world of Shinobi. For this reason, he’d allow them to stay there for a bit longer, taking note of whether they would try to do any quick movements or save the girl at any time, or for that reason getting involved with the girl’s recognized predicament. Regardless, he’d direct his attention back to the girl as he watched the scene unfold, taking clear note of her actions as he continued to set up his elaborate torture mechanisms, having the kunai lodged in place and carrying out his intent as he stripped away her values and confidence rendering her similar to a lost pup, the shame she’d experience an overwhelming sight to behold, likely on top of how whoever this person was also had a hand in watching the scene unfold, her eye focused and pulsating the veins around an indicator of the Byakugan in effect. 

Holding his position, Kutari would continue to watch the girl as he began to read the girl’s apparent rights as he devised this entire plan, though before he could finish such a ludicrous concept, she seemed to have a greater idea in the works as he noticed the surge of chakra that resonated with Kutari’s core operate once more, a last ditch effort as her skills bolstered and she gained more power, Kutari instinctively hesitating his movements and operating in full gear to devise a plan to combat this, his reaction time fluid and fully responsive at this beacon of hope she made, unsure of her next course of action as he watched with accuracy, his instincts dictating him to back away somewhat and rise a bit from his position alongside his arms and what have you. Though he gained a hold of his instincts instantly as he knew she had very few options left, unless she contained something inside her very being it mattered not what she was capable of, her limbs were severed and she was unable to grasp for anything, though he was still on high alert as she seemed to possess mysterious capabilities that Kutari still had little clue how it involved him. 

Soon enough, he was seeing the scene unfold with pure precision, her movements so slow it bestowed ample time for him to recover and move as such. It seemed she intended to commit suicide in order to get out of this unfortunate scenario and relinquish herself to an eternal sleep, such determination and will to go out upon your own terms just to secure the few amounts of sanity one possessed. He felt somewhat odd about these terms, knowing full well what it meant and just how crazy she must’ve been to not want to live any longer given her current predicament, it seemed she figured the cards were against her and this was the only option she had left. He could respect those wishes, and knew he couldn’t move the kunai in time she intended to headbutt despite the small distance the two gained to properly secure her life, now seeing just how far she was willing to go out on her own terms. Kutari though would manipulate his hand in due time to make it to where she wouldn’t die as she intended, tilting his hand slightly against her own speed to have the kunai point avoid the Byakugan eye entirely but still pierce through her skin due to the nature of her headbutt and puncture through the skull and into her brain, killing her upon impact as the shock alongside everything else and the level of injury was enough to put her out of her misery. The byakugan and other important organs would be preserved, and the match would be over as he saw the smile that rained upon her face as he was the last thing she ever saw again. 

With this unforeseen situation having taken place,  Kutari would rise from the situation as he now saw the kunai lodged partially above her eyebrows and into her forehead area, looking back to see the idle Kenshin now present, the person that was behind him the entire time. He had no words to share or intent behind the recently made actions, Kutari would act as if he hadn’t seen Kenshin at all, beginning to get the body parts of the girl and bring them all together where her torso was. At the very least, the Uchiha could get a bit of ryo out of ending the snake within their garden, the one who could be a pain in their backside for the future to come. He’d collect the body parts and put them where the torso and such would’ve been, retrieving his kunai before placing the entire body and parts of the girl in a corpse scroll and putting it in storage displacement, alongside any ryo that the girl had possession of in it’s own satchel or bag of sorts as he’s done many times before. Kutari figured Kenshin wouldn’t want to make many deals at the moment due to the nature of what transpired, likely having to make adjustments for the battles to come now losing an ally from the entire event, though he figured Kenshin wouldn’t care personally about the girls death, seeing as he was watching the entire time and seemed content with how Kutari was treating her. 

Rising from his position, Kutari would begin to make his walk home, a long way ahead, having finally made it back to what he initially felt like doing before the entire fiasco that just happened. He saw little to reason to wave or gesture over to Kenshin despite what all transpired, he could tell the man was fully aware of the scenario and what just happened, and would need time to process it all, or for that matter saw no need to even gesture to the man. He knew how the world worked and what transpired during it, the hell they lived in and how foolish people could be and their effects. Kutari would simply go about his business, sure to bring up how he killed the girl and was going to go sell off the body sometime in the near future if possible. He wondered about the sort of infamy she gained throughout her time as a criminal, the feats she accomplished if any, sure she did something with that mysterious power she had at her disposal. Though he didn’t reckon it was anything too extreme, since she was such an easy combatant to defeat and had little reason to continue on, breaking down and killing herself with Kutari’s weapon before he had the chance to truly act in time, her only option to remain control over he life. Kutari had to withstand years of torment and torture which in no way even compared to what Kutari had decided to do, she was a frail thing to the multitude of people who were within the facilities for so long and had little reason to continue going on, in such a predicament Kutari would likely shriek little or even budge, accepting the torment with clear eyes and going about his day once done. He was an effective machine, manufactured by a gruesome company that required little failure or malfunctions to occur during their daily tasks at hand, she was utterly weak and could never amount to the sheer power Kutari held within him, and for that matter being able to combat Kenshin and defeat him being another task unable to be beaten if she planned to actually betray them.

During his walk he had much to think about, the time to make it to the home he resided within being a long one given the speed he was going, though of course he assumed he’d be doing as such as long as everything remained sound and there were no other things he could hear around him or perceive for that matter. The power that girl used was one he wanted to understand and comprehend, as his own feelings and thoughts began to come clear as to what he was experiencing throughout that fight as his powers became stronger or at least he was beginning to lose control of his emotions. He hadn’t understood where it was coming from at the time or from what reaction, but could tell as he was beginning to walk and felt his power take on that of a berserker as he lost himself once more, without the need of an annoying little girl bickering and trying to heckle him, that it was something internal. He presumed this came from the transplants he received earlier, as he was perfectly fine before receiving as such, his internal organs operating perfectly with his senses as he felt the overwhelming power quite literally, though it seemed to have an effect on the control of emotions and unraveled them. He would need to work on this, and used the girl as some form of a network to derive his ideas from, he very well couldn’t ask her any longer but could figure out she was using such a form of chakra perfectly and with refined precision, as if she could control it naturally. Be it before she received the transplant as well or after, she was quite powerful with the focused intent of her abilities. He began to work as a detective as he always had before, trying to decipher how she controlled this ability before he lost his emotions and went berserk, an assassin falling victim to such disarray being a fool and useless in all forms of life, it was a necessity to understand how she devised her power and manipulated it as such. Now home after his long thoughts of how to properly apply this chakra that he was sensing before it became out of control, Kutari had an idea and went straight to work.
 
Kutari would focus intently upon that chakra he experienced earlier, unsure of where it came from or how he had such a connection with it, though he figured it had something to do with the transplants he received, making an effort to mimic it and bring forth what was within him. Soon after, he found what he was looking for at his home, and was able to bring forth such expansive power it made him overjoyed at it’s presence, the sheer amount of strength that overwashed his body a true catalyst waiting to perform itself on the world around, power that he couldn’t wait to spew on his enemies. It was one of the few things this character he hadn’t even known the name of showed him and made him aware of before her final days, and with that he grew ever more powerful, though wondered what else she could’ve brought to the table with her power. It mattered not, as someone of her willpower would fail to preserve much in the battles to come, she being more effective as a corpse at that point. Kutari did this by first focusing upon the chakra that was rummaging throughout his entire being and resonating with his soul, pulsating waiting to spring out. The process was difficult, but he had a clear view as to what needed to be done or how he would have to orchestrate such chakra due to his own previous power bolstering jutsu, such as Gale’s Embrace. He would think about how he used Gale’s Embrace and the power that it bestowed upon him previously, and would apply the same logic and effort to this new form of jutsu, mimicking its appliance alongside using his own bodily reserves as a catalyst to hone in on the bodily sensations he’d experience. 

It took many days, and at times he felt he was doing it incorrectly as he lost control of his own reserves and would go berserk, the pain was immeasurable as he saw how imperfect his jutsu forming truly was in this regard, what he was controlling being a grand phenomenon in it’s own right to properly dictate, though he knew he’d have to understand how to use this chakra unless he’d fall short of his own capabilities. Before long, he finally understood and applied it with finesse, honing that newfound muscle so he could utilize it for the many efforts to come in the future of his true battle aptitude.
