Takeshi has his first opponent (NK)

Takeshi was feeling extra spry one morning, the clouds were out and it looked as though it was going to rain at any moment. Takeshi hopped out of his bed and he decided to do his stretching at home. Takeshi grabbed all of his combat equipment, and he sharpened each one of his knives. Takeshi checked his outfit, ensuring that there were no flaws or weak points. Once Takeshi felt that his outfit was ready for battle. Takeshi tightened his weapon pouch, and grabbed his backpack. Takeshi walked to the front door, and he looked at the sign. "Prove her wrong." Takeshi readied his mind and headed to the training ground.

Takeshi arrived at the training ground and he couldn't tell why, but he felt as though today was going to be different in some way. Whether it was the rain that had begun to fall, or maybe there was something bigger that was in store for these grounds. Takeshi waited underneath the big pine tree on the far side of  the training grounds. Takeshi loved this spot. The total area was 100 m in diameter in a perfect circle. Takeshi was standing in the middle of the training ground plot and he watched as the rain began to fall and soaked the ground. The ground was flat, and was completely covered in dirt. Not a stone pathway to interrupt the entire plot. Takeshi continued to stare into the clouds as the rain came down, and he continued his warm ups.

It was a no mystery how the black spiky haired woke up early today. Most days, he wakes up late. He would set alive the candles and lamps til the next morning, studying mysteries. Last night happen to be an exception. He slept like a baby and woke up like a warrior today.


Energetically, he got out of his bed. The young hyuuga hadn't spar in a while. One of the reasons he visited his bed early yesternight was so he could leave early to go to the training ground. He could have meet with his teammates for a spar, but that would be later. The young boy got dressed in his ninja attire,  a long sleeve black jacket, v neck white inner, black short, black shinobi sandals and his village forehead protector sat firmly  on his head. The boy would carry his ninja bag across his body and tighten his weapon pouch. He was ready to face the day and off he goes. 



The hyuuga stepped out of the house and the with energy blazing furiously In him. He would walk to the training. The bright of the sky dims  gradually as it appears it would rain any moment from now. 



Sakuragi loves rain. It reminded him how he use to play alone  in the rain as a little boy. He would play for hours at the backyard. 


Well, those days are gone. He's more matured now, tho he still loves rain.
Sakuragi would enter into the arena. It was a really big one,  100 meters in diameter in a circle. Sakuragi saw a figure standing under what looks like a pine tree. He had already starting raining and the ground is about to have large drink of water. Sakuragi walked close to the pine tree, only to see his teammates Takeshi.  “ What's up Takeshi, didn't know you will be coming here today. I've come for a spar and luckily you're the only one here. So let's get started friend”  he said once he was 20 metres away from his team mate. 


“You may attack ” the black haired said calmly, waiting for Takeshi to attack first. The spiky haired stood there like  a pillar of wood with no fear or anxiety of wining or losing. Whatever the outcome is will still add to his growth and experience. So winning or losing isn't really the goal in this fight, but getting to know his team mate better.

The black haired boy remain stilled  like a pillar of wood. The request for spar seems  to boil some blood in Takeshi . Definitely not out of envy but of exciment. Of course,  the feeling is mutual. 



Sakuragi activated his byakugan as he watched Takeshi  walked towards him until he was 10 metres away from him before taking a bow.  Initially, he thought Takeshi would swing into action as he walked, but that was not his intentions obviously. 



Courtesy demands that Takeshi took a bow before he attack. The black spiky boy smirked, his eyes narrowed as he calmly watched Takeshi took a bow. It wasn't out anger or envy that fueled this, the black spiky haired had seriousness and focus  flowing through his veins and arteries. He knew the next thing after that bow. He sure knew attacking would be next, so he wouldn't let his guard down. 



Just as the spiky haired proposed. Takeshi swung into action. His opponent would perform the hidden mist tech. In an instant  , a thick mist had covered the arena.  To Sakuragi,  he wasn't sure Takeshi knew what he was doing. He sure knew he had the byakugan too, so why would he be trying to  mock him by using a mist tech against an hyuuga?.  “ How foolish”  he said to himself as the mist covers the arena. Sakuragi had his dojutsu activated. He could see Takeshi and he wasn't blinded by the mist at all. 



Takeshi would not stop at that, he would body flicker behind 1/2 meter behind Sakuragi. Though normal eyes couldn't have seen Takeshi as he moved, but with the byakugan, nothing is hidden to the spiky haired. Sakuragi could see Takeshi as he flickered behind him to close the gap between the two hyuuga. 



That was  Sakuragi’s chance and Takeshi brought it to him. The black spiky haired could see Takeshi with his byakugan even before he appeared behind him.  Just before Takeshi appeared  half meter behind him, without looking backward,  the black spiky haired would spin, chakra in spinning motion would be release from his tenketsu an inch away from his body before spreading out 5 metres in all direction . By the time Sakuragi began Spining, Takeshi would have appeared behind him.  If Takeshi continue his action of stretching out his hand to tap or touch him, he would be toss by the jutsu before his hand can even touch him. Unless Takeshi manage to get out of the way in time or evade or use some tricks up his sleeves,  he would be tossed by the jutsu across the battlefield. However, sakuragi would be careful not to injure or hurt his friend, so the  power of the jutsu was reduced 20, may be increased if there's need to.  Anymore than that could injure him badly. Being at such close range to each other, the chances of Takeshi escaping is slim to none. 



The rain was beating the two hyuuga, the drops of rain cooled the boiling blood of the excited shinobis. It appears it would be raining for a long time. The sky keep getting darker. But all of these didn't affect  the two hyuuga shinobis. The dojustu they possessed made them immune to the mist and rain.

The battle had only just begun. It's hard to tell who will win this fight.  The two hyuugas would give it all they've got. The rain beating the arena,  the weather got cold, yet the two would continue to spar without the worry of their clothes getting wet. This was only a spar, the black spiky haired would try not to hurt his friend. He didn't not overestimate himself nor Underestimate his opponent, he never let his guard down. His eyes could see quite well the blur movement of Takeshi when he flickered behind him. Sakuragi spined and his jutsu forced Takeshi to move some metres back, six meters. Of course the black spiky haired did not expect the fight to end so quickly. So even though he used that, he expected his friend Takeshi to somehow evade his jutsu and fortunately, he did. 

Sakuragi starting his spining with his back facing Takeshi. He didn't look back when he began spining. Sakuragi wouldn't be sure  what forced Takeshi to move back 6 meters backwards, whether it was the fear of getting tossed away or that Takeshi couldn't  defend himself from the expanding barrier at such close range or if that was just some weird tactics. 


Well, the reason for that doesn't matter now. Sakuragi was glad that Takeshi wasn't tossed by his jutsu. Tho, He did not want to hurt his friend, he didn't come here to lose. He would have to somehow incapacitated himself. Though, it's pretty hard to do, with the the right tactics and combos , there would be an opening to incapacitated Takeshi or probably make him go unconscious real quick.


Takeshi moved backward six meters, but he wouldn't stop. He would attempt to thrust his palm into Sakuragi’s torso thinking that the back of the black spiky haired would be facing him by the time he stopped spinning. By the time Sakuragi stopped spinning, the direction he was facing initially had changed. His back didn't face Takeshi, his right arm was what faced Takeshi. Sakuragi was facing the right hand side and his back, the left hand side of Takeshi. Since Takeshi who was  6 meters away moved towards the black spiky haired at a speed of 100, Sakuragi would  dash 5 ft 5 inches forward, simultaneously carefully pulling out a kunai from his pouch, he would throw it at Takeshi as he moved forward aiming for his opponent’s chest, just above the heart.  The kunai was intended to somehow slow him  down. Once he has dashed the desired distance, he would turn his body in twisting motion to face the boy, if he would continue moving towards him, simultaneously stretching out his left hand, slightly dragging it from behind,  his elbow joint slightly bent as he turned till it straightened out in a strike into Takeshi’s right ribcage  and another consecutive  strike with his right hand to the torso. The two strikes would be delivered at a speed of 135. 



Sakuragi believed this was the easiest way to end the fight without having to inflict much pain on his friend. Though, he knew there's every possibility of his teammates evading if he moved backwards or does some tricks to avoid getting hit. By the time the kunai would hit Takeshi, he would probably be 3 metres away from Sakuragi if he continued moving towards him,  giving the black spiky haired the chance to execute the above strikes.

Kuniko was still in the training grounds learning medical ninjutsu when he decided to walk about the area and observe what he could. It didn't take long before he saw some action in the far distance. While standing 600 meters away, Kuniko activated his Byakugan and focused in on the fight unfolding.

The black spiky haired was intrigued when Takeshi evaded his palm revolving heaven counter attack. There was no doubt that Takeshi was slightly faster than sakuragi. The black spiky haired had noticed how fast he had been moving since the beginning of the battle.


Sakuragi threw a kunai as he moved forward, facing Takeshi’s right side. He knew Takeshi would wanna dodge the kunai. The flying kunai itself wasn't the real attack, it was only a distraction to the gentle fist tech he would use. 


Unfortunately, in his attempt to dodge the kunai flying towards him, Takeshi would run into  the kunai. Sakuragi would not throw the kunai with lesser power/ sharpness as he proposed initially. The Kunai having a sharpness / power of 60, would pierce through the chest of Takeshi, just above his heart. The damage the kunai would deal to his body is enough to numb  him since it is greater than his health. The kunai damage would not kill him, it would however render him unable to continue the fight. 



Sakuragi thought the flying kunai was something Takeshi would dodge easily. Luckily for Sakuragi, it  pierced his opponent.  



Therefore, sakuragi would cancel his gentle fist attack to prevent any further damage to the boy.

Kuniko continued to watch the fight from such a distance that neither combatants would notice him. Both ninjas were moving at such high speeds that Kuniko couldn’t even keep track of them. When Sakuragi used his gentle fist techniques, Kuniko couldn’t even see his hands. Takeshi was just gone from his sight though entirely.

The fight worried Kuniko, his comrades were moving at such speed with such power that they were liable to seriously harm each other. If they were to slam into each other it would be all over. All Kuniko could do was watch, for they were too fast for him to see.
