A Shady Target

Tadashi would use his full speed to rush diagonally forward, towards the warehouse just before Kizaru performed Hiding Like a Mole. Concurrently, he'd force chakra in his nervous system, subconsciously opening-up his Mind's Eye; called Mind's Eye of the Kagura. Seeing Yoi's expression just before he darted off towards the enemy's whereabouts, it was evident that the boy had unlocked and was using the sensory technique. A metaphorical anvil of pressure was lifted off from the young Namikaze, seeing that with both of the puppeteers and the prodigal Yuki's efforts, the three of them had a strong chance of coming out victorious. As Tadashi dashed at his top speed to the warehouse, about 20 meters away from the left side of it, he'd feel a sporadic updraft of wind nearly slap him across the face, heavily contrasted by the previously calm breeze that soothingly batted against the Fire Country Borders. The sporadic wind felt like the same updraft from his time in Dorei Town, but something else felt more akin to the Town's atmosphere...

"Bloodlust?!" The ginger thought as sweat fearingly dripped down from his quivering expression. He could sense the three chakra signatures that were not Kizaru and Yoi increase their chakra levels tenfold and unleash their bloodlust on the incoming "prey." "They already sensed us? Damn it. It seems that there are some proficient Ninjutsu users there..." Konoha's Ace tried to rationalize the situation internally due to not wanting to get cold feet on the most pivotal part of the mission. His next actions would be the difference between success, failure, or death. He'd stop just to the upper left corner of the warehouse, away from the windows to prevent the targets to not see him. Breath in, breath out. As if possessed by unholy puppet strings by a masterful composer, Jubaku would shoot out of his sheath as Tadashi gripped it with his left hand this time. Due to being ambidextrous, he wanted to use his left hand for practice.

"GO!!!" Tadashi roared to the extent that his light-tanned throat could yell, intentionally getting the attention to his teammates and the targets to catch them off guard. A shining ray of light radiated from Jubaku's sword, creating a flash of light that was the signal for Kizaru and Yoi to begin the hunt. Hopefully, the two Genin would keep their bloodlust in check to not kill the targets. He'd place an explosive tag on the left side wall, fusing it with chakra as he stepped back. BOOM!!! The tag blew off the left side of the warehouse, revealing three hooded figures with black trenchcoats. Each were adult men, around 18-20 with large amounts of chakra signatures. The supposed leader who stood in the middle with golden embroidery around his trenchcoat had a chakra signature as potent as Yensung Aburame, Tadashi estimated. But, to conserve more energy for the battle, the ginger deactivated Mind's Eye of the Kagura before clearing his throat.

"Good day, sirs. It appears that you three have the exact descriptions and locations of the Black Ones, suspected of bringing illicit goods and drugs in Konohagakure no Sato, unwanted gang violence in the village, and human trafficking of Konoha citizens. They, or more probable, YOU people performed these actions under the guise of sincere merchants. As a shinobi of Konoha, along with my fellow teammates, we have come here to take the three of you to the village alive. But if hostile, we have all permission to eliminate you scum off the face of the Ninja World." Tadashi explained, a hint of venom in his resolute words with his Sapphirine eyes darkening in contrast to his crimson hair.  


"Now, we can do this the easy way or the hard way, the choice is yours. However, I implore you to take the easier way, since all of you guys will fall by the hands of us." The room was silent for a moment, soundless enough to hear the buzzing of cicadas in the environment. Tadashi would take this time to see how empty and spacious the warehouse was, measuring about 100 meters large in a cubical fashion. Suddenly, a cackle echoed throughout the room, seemingly radiating throughout the whole area. It came from one of the henchmen, substantially taller and bulkier than the leader. "Don't make me laugh, carrottop! How retarded is Konoha to send young boys to their doom against me, Goro Ukonzaemon!" The hooded man laughed with malice, revealing a lock of brown hair as he walked towards Tadashi. The ginger made no motion to the man as Goro grabbed Tadashi's shirt, lifting the boy off the ground, upwards. Surprisingly, Tadashi felt no fear towards the man, having seen and fought demons in human skin and fought strong enemies. 


"This man... Is nothing compared to what I have done." Konoha's Ace pondered for a moment, his breathing and expression was plain, seeing Goro as nothing more than what he truly was, trash. This angered Goro, tightening his grip on Tadashi, threatening to rip the boy's shirt and neck off. "You think you're hard, ginger-bitch?! I've killed more men, women, and stupid than you've known, tortured more weaklings of your kind than anyone else. What makes you think I won't kill you, carrottop? You're weak, just like every single one of you Konoha scum and citizens that get high off of Leaf Cocaine when life isn't doing so well!" At that moment, Goro regretted those words, seeing Tadashi starting to hold Jubaku on his left hand with a reverse-hand grip. SLICE! The ginger drove his blade across the man's throat with a swift cut, as Goro fell to the ground, blood spurting around the wound. His pharynx was ruptured, knocking the man out. The next time Goro woke up, it'd be probable that he wouldn't speak again for weeks, even months without proper recovery time. The leader and other henchmen blinked, seeing that it was an instant that Goro was knocked out.


"Don't make a mockery out of shinobi, we've saved and wiped your sorry asses for years," Tadashi said darkly. With that, Konoha's Ace would take a few steps back, seeing what Yoi and Kizaru would do to defeat the other men. If anything went south, Tadashi would jump in.

Yoi saw Tadashi take the lead in the battle. Yoi zeroed in on his target prepared to fight. Yoi, sadly, with both hands finished the handseals for Freezing Aura. He saw tree leaves wilt due to the cold, but he kept on using the technique. Yoi ran as fast he could straight towards his opponent. His opponent looked at Yoi, and with a sneer activated what appeared to be a Three Tomoe Sharingan. Sadly, he was slow in activating his Sharingan, as Yoi had almost moved in. By the time the man’s Sharingan activated and he had been able to see Yoi’s Freezing Aura, he would have felt the incredible cold that the Yuki clan possessed. The man started running backwards, but by the time he had picked up his pace, Yoi had already gotten to him. The man stood there, mid-run, petrified as an ice statue. Yoi used Weapons of Ice to create 2 pairs of handcuffs. He put a pair on his current target. Once Kizaru was done dealing with his target, Yoi would give them to him. Yoi walked into Tadashi talking with a man. As the man started talking about Leaf Cocaine, Tadashi swiftly cut him off. Yoi jokingly said to Tadashi, “Come on man! I wanted some of that Leaf Cocaine. I was gonna buy some. Your no fun.” Yoi made a fake pouty face. Yoi continued talking, “Yeah, I got my guy dealt with. Now do your crazy weapon creation shit and handcuff that guy. I don’t want a chance of these guys escaping. I’m not getting yelled at again for another screwed up mission.” Yoi grabbed his own criminal and lifted him over his shoulder.

Tadashi's flash of light signalled the start of their attack. As Tadashi burst through the wall and drew attention to himself, Kizaru would slowly creep around still underground. One of the men picked up the redheaded shinobi, and Kiz began to worry. He trusted in his partners' skill but should he really just stand by and let something happen? He needed to do something and fast. In that moment Yoi would also make his appearance. Charging at one of the other two men with icy intent.

As quietly as he could, the puppeteer would rise up from the cold concrete floor. He would be holding Alucard in one hand and Rake in the other. From this position he was only about 5 meters away from one of their targets. It seemed like everyone in the room was focused on the situation unfolding around Tadashi which gave Kiz plenty of room to make his attack quick and clean. He prepared himself to launch an attack when the thwip of a blade and the sound of gargling blood would fill the room. Kizaru was shocked at how quickly Tadashi had dispatched the man holding him. There was very little fear in the leaf shinobi's eyes. It made Kiz wonder what sort of things his comrade had seen before in the line of duty?

He couldnt afford to stand there dazed by the thug's sudden death. If he waited any longer he would be waiting the opportunity Tadashi had opened for him. The puppeteer activated Rakes chakra jets and sent the puppet hurdling towards the criminal in front of him. Rake would zoom towards the man at high speeds, ready to slice him to ribbons on contact with the puppet's claws. His sneak attack failed to go as planned however, when the thug quickly spun around and leapt over the charging Rake. He must have detected Kizaru's chakra signature and been waiting to counter. Luckily the fool placed himself in a terrible position, the air. Before his target could land back on the ground Kiz would launch out Alucards chains and ensnare his prey.

"Dammit! Dammit dammit dammit!" The thug cursed as he thudded to the floor wrapped in chains.

Kizaru let out a sigh of relief before beginning to reel in his catch. The chains would retract and the rogue shinobi would be stuck in both the metal binding and a bear hug from Alucard. "Please don't struggle any more. I really don't want to have to kill you." Kizaru would say to the man, positioning Alucard's fanged mouth over his throat. "Try anything funny and the puppet's mouth snaps shut." The boy had never killed anyone before, but he already experienced what happens when you hesitate against a monster. He never wanted to feel like that again.

With Tadashi's mark killed, Yoi's frozen and cuffed, and Kizaru's in chains their surprise attack was a success. "I cant believe we did it!" Kiz would sigh. He was certain it would have gone a lot bloodier had they not attempted a sneak attack. The three shinobi would take their catches back to the village where the torture and interrogation squad could handle the rest.
