Mission: Triple Trouble (Solo)

Asuma stood in the administration building before the elders of the village as they were reading the mission details aloud, he was aggravated to receive such a demeaning mission for someone of his talents. “Asuma Uchiha, you are tasked with a simple mission for the better of the village and perhaps even yourself. On this mission you are to watch these triplet infants while the mother is at work at the local hospital, so don’t screw up or she’ll be the very first person to know you messed up.” Asuma scoffed at the elders and then turned from them, he grabbed the stroller filled with the triplets and walked from the building pissed that he wasn’t going on a better mission.

He had made it maybe two blocks from the building when it hit, that awful smell. A smell so bad Asuma’s face looked as though he had opened a bottle of rancid pickles, he began to look around for the smell when it dawned on him. Turning to see the boy on the far right smiling and babbling in baby talk as drool poured from his mouth, Asuma’s nostrils flared in disgust as he reached into the stroller taking the infant out of his seat. The smell was worse at this level, so close to his face it was unbearable. He changed his diaper, gagging and hating his life with every second. Arriving at the home of the children Asuma met his second challenge, crying infant number two who screamed as though he was in intense pain. He looked all around looking for the cause and couldn’t find it, “Why are you crying!?” Asuma was beginning to lose his temper when it occurred to him that he had not fed any of the children yet. “Damn.” The word escaped his lips in a hushed tone as he began to mix a powder milk formula in three seperate bottles, it was ridiculous that this young Uchiha was sitting here on a couch with an infant in his arms feeding it. He was beginning to think the elders done this to insult him as a shinobi, he at this time was feeding the last of the three infants and once finished noticed their heavy eyes. This state did not last long when they erupted in tears and screaming together like the three made a plan to lose their minds. Asuma looked at the instructions the mother had left and noticed he had forgotten to burp the kids after feeding them. He picked up the first kid and placed him over his shoulder patting his lower back, to his surprise the child let out a massive burp that sounded like a man was in his ear. Doing the same for the next two children Asuma finished burping them and laid them in their cribs, he prayed they would sleep this time and not keep him busy much longer. Soon their mother would be home and Asuma would be free of this burden. His luck held out and they slept right up til she arrived, paying Asuma and allowing him to leave and leave he did in quite the hurry.
