Appearance: A diamond-shaped medallion cast from shiny bronze, engraved with a symbol befitting its owner. This will most often be the symbol of a village, though some may bear clan emblems or even more obscure symbols. It is attached to a ribbon (the color of which varies).
Backstory: Across the world, various medals and honors are gifted to those who loyally serve their villages or as thanks for other services rendered. This medallion is awarded to those with exceptional mission performance, representing their sterling reputation and ability to garner higher wages for their services.

Description: Upon acquiring this item, the character gains a +200 ryo bonus to their weekly income. This raise is independent of whether they currently have possession of the physical medallion or if they change circumstances (such as leaving or joining a village), representing the character's ability to bring in more money by reputation or savviness. The medallion must be earned to gain these effects - the physical item can be stolen, but it will not result in this bonus for the new owner, and the original owner will retain its benefits.
Should the player earn a higher-ranking medallion, the user will only gain the bonus of that Medallion.
