The hinges of his door in the hut opened with a scream. The Jounin entered, holding a sledgehammer in his hand. He put it down momentarily and moved to get the table out of the way and then the carpet. The floor was not wood but concrete.
Steel touched the stone in a soft thud as the warrior measured the distance. He lifted the sledgehammer into the air above his head, with both hands, almost touching the ceiling. It smashed into the concrete floor, leaving a small crater behind. Then another swing followed and then another, and soon the ground was full of holes.
Something was underneath it, like some hidden treasure. “Exactly where I put it.” He thought and continued until only dirt, and small rubble remained upon the area of the wooden box. Yohei dropped the sledgehammer and cast aside the newly formed rocks with his bare hands. They finally wipe the dirt.
He would have pulled the box entirely if he could, but the cement went too deep, and that would take him days. Instead, he pulled a lever and opened the lid of the treasure box.
There was no treasure inside thought, nor gold or silver. But steel, an armor it was, full of nicks and scars, trophies of old battles its wearer had been in. A steel katana inside its sheath. And many other peripherals. All the equipment Yohei had stored inside the day he retired. It was time to use them again, for better worse.
