The heat had been blazing on the part of the sun that Kushimaru had been inhabiting, his crimson eyes looking outward toward the ocean and its dark blue depths. He still didn't know how he had been transported to this mysterious plane, but the force albeit nice vacation was something he would not complain about. As it stood however he did wonder what had the ability to pull someone from their own home to a separate dimension. The Jounin's senses were on high alert, but the Yuumei within him, Tsuki-onna, urged her conjoined host for peace and relaxation. The inner entity didn't remember how long it had been since they had felt the subtle salty winds of the ocean on their skin and they wanted to enjoy this for what it was worth. Shrugging at the feeling of something being wrong, the shirtless male would simply relax and leave it be. At the current moment he had been wearing was a pair of white shorts and a jacket which wasn't his traditional style, but the clothes had felt nice. Whomever brought him here had a flair for style and he appreciated that instead. Taking in a deep breath he would listen to the sound of people running by and playing. Frolicking and tossing water and other things at one another in an attempt to have fun. The elder Shinkou thought things such as this were a little...childish but did not knock those for having fun their own way. As the sun began to beat down on his almost porcelain skin, he wondered if anyone else from the village had been here. Considering he only knew of Guren as a ninja of the village it wouldn't be an odd question of if he had already seen someone from the village, but because he did not know who they were it just completely passed over him. Minutes slowly passed as he kept his eyes closed and moved to grab a bottle that had been beside him on his right, and as he brought it to his lips he would take a few sips before sitting it back down into the warm sand.

What he had not come to realize immediately had been the eerie silence that had slowly fallen onto the beach. With the immediate area of 5 meters, silence had fallen upon everyone that had been around him. There had been no sounds of cheering and laughing. No sort of feet piddling through the sand or any sand being thrown into the air by the scuffing of feet. In fact it was as if the beach was suddenly put on pause. Opening his eyes he would sit up from his towel and look around. People were still there just...not moving. It was odd in the sense that they were all lively and yet now they are stuck. Lethargic as if something had happened to them. Getting up he would walk over to one of the people closest to him and snap his fingers," Anyone in there? You okay?," the lights were indeed home but no one was answering the front door. Sighing he would look up and around to see if he could find anyone with any sort of cognitive motion.
