Mission Details

On day ten of working hard with virtually no rest, Kujaku Uchiha decided to take an easy quest. Today's mission consisted of helping an elderly woman with her grocery shopping, something that Kujaku was used to doing for villagers of Hoshigakure. After he recieved the mission voucher he set off into the village.

Kujaku was provided an address for Ms. Ibachi, the provider of the mission. He was to go there and obtain the grocery shopping list from her, then go and perform his duties. Kujaku rushed to the address given, his military stim ration just kicking in. Kujaku ran from roof top to roof top and quickly made his way to the Ibachi household.

Ms. Ibachi was a kind old woman. She was a spinster and had a bunch of cats for Kujaku to pet. Kujaku liked Ms. Ibachi. Her house was falling apart though. "I can't afford to fix it, I can't even shop on my own." She told Kujaku who was frowning. "Never mind that Kujaku," Ms Ibachi told the shinobi. "Go get my shopping done! Give me back Kimmy!" Ms. Ibachi gently took the cat Kujaku had in his hands.

"Alright.." Kujaku said to Ms. Ibachi, feeling a bit dejected. He wanted to help her, and was thinking of any way he could. As Kujaku exited the Ibachi houshold he meowed at some kittens that were following tail to nose in single file back into the house. Some of the cats meowed back to Kujaku.

"Hurry!" Ms. Ibachi called out to Kujaku, who quickly used Shunshin jutsu and teleported far away from Ms. Ibachi's house.

Once Kujaku had flash stepped four times he had made it to the shopping center where Ms. Ibachi instructed him to purchase the items on her shopping list. It was a bustling joint, with lots of people going in and out of the grocery store. Kujaku sighed, he hated busy shopping centers. Though he did have to admit to see so many people in one place was a great reminder of how beautiful Hoshigakure no Sato was.

Kujaku dove head first into the grocery bonanza. First he had to pick up the appropriate vegetables and fruit. Kujaku carefully felt the ripeness of each peach and avocado, making sure they were ripe for the picking. Once all of the produce had been procured Kujaku headed east in the store, looking for bread.

Much of what Ms. Ibachi had ordered was bread. Long hard crusty loaves, short frumpy sourdoughs, all sorts of bread really. Ms. Ibachi particularly ordered lots of flat bread. Kujaku wondered what she paired it with. He had never had hummus, which Ms. Ibachi also ordered a lot of.

Next up was meats. Ms. Ibachi was picky, she said so herself. She requested only chicken cutlets, boneless and skinless. Once Kujaku found where the bags of frozen breasts were, he put four into his basket.

Kujaku was having fun shopping, despite the place being absolutely packed. Ms. Ibachi requested lots of sardines, canned and packed in tin cans. Kujaku got her mustard and oil variations, and after the coffee he was done with her shopping list.

Kujaku loaded up his paid for groceries in a big wooden box he wore on his back, and proceeded to flash step back to MS. Ibachi's home. The woman was pleasantly pleased with Kujaku and signed off on his voucher happily. With the proof of his completed mission Kujaku bid adiue to all of the cats and headed back to the office. He turned in his mission and set forward onto the next one.

He was getting a bit sleepy though.
