I Come Bearing Gifts

Akabayashi arrived at the gate with Momose and Shin. Loghain was gone and replaced by a guard he couldn't remember the name of. The guard knew the Nova however. "Can you bring Enishi here? I have something for him and these two will need to be watched for a bit." He would say indicating the two behind him.

"I will also need a pen and paper to write down some things I learned to be seen by the kage only." Akabayashi would write down what he knew about the events in Rice country there was a ninja village called Tanbogakure. A person killed his own ally in some sort or terror scheme to make them fear him. It was described as a political attack and more info would be arriving about the situation at a later time. I have collected the body and stored it in a storage scroll. Its missing its head and is a Tau with what looks like 3 hearts. He would then write about Shin and Momose. I found these two wandering the borders after this supposed attack making them deserters or just wandering ninja. They knew of the existence of the ninja village, but not the attack. Either a lie or simple convenience. One was headed to Kumo looking for their kage the other said their kage sucked and they were outside their villages fence for drinks and hot springs. My recommendation: Feed them to the wolf. Have Loghain train them and hopefully get more information out of them. What we do with these missing ninja is up to us. I say use them. Also, I need a body guard to head to Kiri and return the favor given to us. If other countries are making moves its best to assert ourselves now rather than wait for another attack.

He would put down the pen and stop writing handing the note to a different guard than the one going to find Enishi.

"Come to the gates? At this time?" Enishi Kurosawa sighed rather tiredly as he was finishing up his ramen at one of Hoshigakure's finest. The Sage of Pleiades just got out of bed today so when realized that he slept until the middle of the afternoon...yeah, he could hear his late adoptive father screaming at him in the afterlife to stop being a bum. After taking his shower and affixing his signature attire to his body, he wanted to get some ramen, but before he could finish his delicious bowl, a few gate guards surrounded him and requested his attendance at the gates. He noticed that they seemed rather respectful of his time; if this happened while he was still a Chuunin, he'd basically be grabbed and thrown at the gates with little to no say about whether he wanted to do it or not. But this time, since the Understudy was recently promoted, it appeared that he got at least some semblance of respect from the higher-ups. Nova perks, he supposed. Seeing that he could reject this request, the blue-eyed Jugo was actually very tempted to, but rationality overtook emotion at this critical juncture. If this were something trivial, the guards wouldn't bother tracking down his chakra signature for a task and would instead just find him wherever he was organic. This was serious.  Besides, it was Akabayashi Terumi — the man who helped him with his curse and search for power on multiple occasions — asking the Understudy for his attendance. Refusing to come was out of the question. "I see, guess I don't have a choice." And soon, Enishi found himself at the gate entrance before the doctor, escorted by the guards. The messengers would soon disperse, leaving him and Akabayashi left to talk about whatever needed to be discussed. Was it something pertaining to the Nova Corps; maybe that would explain why there were two people — who appeared to be foreigners — right behind the man.

Standing in front of the man, the Understudy began with an impassive expression, not sure whether this was supposed to be a simple greeting or something more pernicious at hand — fragile to be exact. "Welcome back, doctor. It appears that you came back from a mission...with two people now? I have my own thoughts about who they could possibly be, but I believe it's better if you just explain now. I don't think the reason you summoned a fellow White Cloak comrade here was just to celebrate your return to the village, after all." Knowing Doctor Terumi, Enishi didn't necessarily know exactly what to expect, so it was best to be vigilant.

The figure of the Shinkou emerged underneath the iron portcullis as his voice thundered in the darkness. The others guards looked anxiously at one other. Their steel headbands shined in the sun. Seto found solace in the dark of the night, but not this time. It had been a while since his last fight, and the Yuumei Engine demanded a sacrifice, and where the Vulture walked, trouble still followed. This Nova Corps member was the safest toss-up regarding stepping his foot into the battlefield yet again. He wasn't like the rest of the Nova Corps, who liked the sound of their white cloaks flapping in the wind and being called sir often. There was a competition within Akabayashi, who made him a master at social climbing and seeing the world for what it was, a cruel dark place where notions of romantic and honorable wars existed in fairy tales.

So when the esteemed Kage requested someone to keep an eye on the Terumi after his escapades and sudden exit from the village had caught Ayato's attention, Seto volunteered. He nodded at Enishi in acknowledgment and then to the vulture, paying no mind to the pray he had captured. Missing Nin, well, no matter, it was all the same towards the end.

"Akabayashi Terumi, by the degree of Hoshigakure, I am officially your bodyguard, sworn to keep you safe."

"Explaining who they are they can do. They will need watched inside the village walls, by a Nova. I am heading elsewhere and figured you would be cut out for the task." The doctor would rummage through his pockets and pull out an Uchiha lung in a jar. "I found this Uchiha lung on someone out there and need it confiscated. That is illegal genetic material right there, can't have it roaming the streets. Some evil person would try replacing their own lung with it." The doctor would pass the jar to the other Nova casually.

He would pull out all his kunai and start marking them with FTG. When Seto Yomiyama showed up his plan was given the go ahead. "We will be taking our leave my mission was just given the go ahead by the kage it seems." He would place all of the kunai back within his pocket. "We will be going now we have work to do."

The doctor would make his exit from the village and into the borders with his bodyguard. He would hand one of the marked kunai to Seto. "In case of emergency." He would say.

Claims: Turning Momose and Shin over to Enishi. Passing my last Uchiha lung over to Enishi. Marking all 30 kunai with FTG marks. Gaining Seto as a body guard and passing them a marked kunai.
Exit into borders.

Very busy it would seem. Approve.

Well, Akabayashi Terumi wouldn't be Akabayashi Terumi if there wasn't a double meaning behind most of what he says. A preserved lung in the jar would be the first thing that caught Enishi's eye as the doctor handed the odd material to him. The doctor found the lung apparently hailing from the corpse of an Uchiha clan member during his travels; while he said he needed it to be confiscated and that it could be considered "illegal genetic material", Enishi was no fool in picking up what the doctor was implying. Remembering distinctly that the doctor during his induction in the Nova Corps told the Sage of Pleiades that he would have "much training to do", perhaps this was an opportunity from Akabaysashi for Enishi to take his true steps in the upper echelons of power. The doctor was no stranger to harvesting the organs of others for gaining more power despite it being strictly illegal to do so within the gates of Hoshigakure, a byproduct of Lord Hogokage's "War on Bloodline Illegalities." Mikumi's recent harvest and transplantation inside of Enishi would be a prime example of the doctor's shady ways, so Enishi felt assured in this instance of trusting the doctor's implication.

Impassively, he spoke. "Probably true. Some evil person would try replacing their own lung with it, right? I'll make sure it doesn't fall into bad hands." Retrieving the Uchiha Lung in the jar, Enishi would begin to walk away from the premises, seeing as his task was done.

"Stay alive, doctor."
