What it does:
After forming the necessary hand seals for this technique, the user creates up to two Living Clones from their body. These clones follow the existing rules for living clones. They may inherit 1 specialty, 1 element, and 1 skill from the user and their bloodline. They are entirely indistinguishable from the user even with the use of Byakugan or other forms of chakra vision or variants except with the use of a sensory technique with a power equal to or greater than the power of Perfected Parasite Clone Technique used to create them. Once created, these clones have two unique abilities.

Perfect Parasite Clones may be summoned using the Parasite Clone Technique, by either blending them in with regular clones or using this technique solely to summon them. When summoned in this manner, the user pays a one-time cost of 50 AP per Living Clone on top of the AP costs necessary for Parasite Clone Technique, after which the clones can remain on the field permanently. These living clones must have already been created in a different topic and may not be summoned closer than 1 meter to another character. The clones can use this ability to summon each other and their creator using Parasite Clone Technique if they have it trained and the summoned clone or creator is within the country and not actively involved in combat. If the summoned entity in question has access to a long-range teleportation technique, the country restriction can be bypassed, and they may be summoned globally.

Similar to Parasite Clones, these clones share the same identity and body composition as the user. They also have shared memory and senses in real-time on a global scale, functioning as bi or relocation depending on how many clones have been created. Due to their shared memory, they can memorize the chakra signatures known to the user and each other at half the cost without needing the signature in question to be present.
