Heibon'na had enrolled in Kirigakure no Sato's academy later in life than most and thus she took it as an opportunity to excel where she could in whatever way she could. She was a strong B-Grade student within the academy and did not excel great in any one specific field. She pursued a lot of avenues and focused on her physical abilities first. As such when given the chance and opportunity to do so, she opted to sign up for an assortment of missions to train her capacities and abilities. As such when the first on the list of things to do was visit the local shinobi gear store to asses needs and tools. As one who did not see themselves as an individual who would need weapons extensively, the understanding of one's tools was an important part of being a shinobi of any capacity. From kunai to ration pills, there was always a need that could be met and for Heibon'na, she was acutely aware of the need for armor in the future.

As she entered the establishment, she perused an assortment of gear and figured it was best to look over her tool selection first and foremost. Kunai seemed pretty good and versatile for the average encounter. Should the need arise it would work wonderfully to allow for a swift swipe or puncture wound. In regard to puncture wounds though, the senbon selection was also an interesting sort. Some of the various metals could be seen behind the counter set aside exclusively for specialists. She looked over to the range of shuriken of various sizes and shapes and she could not quite place her finger on the need for such variety. Surely the different number of blades and the angles were important to the aerodynamics of one's throw and the curvature of how it flew but some of the decisions looked like they were purely cosmetic. A slight disdain could be seen from how her lips curled at this but it was to each their own. As someone who did not wish to stand out for themselves, it was a simple and easy option to just move along.

Beyond the tools, Heibon'na assessed how to best prepare and that was when they turned to look at the armor options. Although limited it was a surprise to see an assortment still available for those within the village. The standardized gear of the village was not inherently for 'sale' but it was obvious that they would be received upon qualifying for it, replacements being how it costs them money. With that in mind, Heibon'na took her measurements to see if there was anything she could wear and try on. As much as she was not one to showboat, she was still inclined to try stuff on after all. A day at a shop with some of the other older teens of the academy would be a great weekend affair so that habit had not fully been kicked with consideration of becoming a shinobi.

Once she finished her time at one of the many tool shops for Kirigakure No Sato's shinobi force, the generic shinobi of Kirigakure went home to change. Her next task was actually to aid with a graduation through watching over a daycare for a short period of time. Patience was a virtue and she had not initially grabbed a spare set of clothing should the need arise for her to have to change. Handling and dealing with children was not inherently a normal gig for the shinobi of Kirigakure no Sato but each village had its needs and handling with care some of the less important ones would require students and fresh genin to aid in the task. As being in the position of one such rank, it was just a matter of time before she underwent more specific missions that would require some more of a shinobi's capacity. She was sure this was going to be a suitable mission for one such as herself due to the nature of growing up with a family whos father died early on.

She had to help her mom take care of her little brother so swaddling was something she was already acutely aware of as compared to the average shinobi within the village. There was always some catch to these and even though the event was for a graduating class of the academy, it was not of her class. There was a distinct difference in her capacity at this time as compared to that of others. She needed to get stronger and needed to develop her own toolkit of techniques and skills before she aimed towards following in her father's footsteps. As this business also had a similar story, Heibon'na could not help but be pleased to be a part of their special family day as the one who took on the mission to help make sure they could be in attendance at the graduation of their son. Once arrived and took over for the morning, Heibon'na was excited to see the daycare itself was a smaller one with a handful of children for the day.

The assortment of children present were visibly those of other businesses within the surrounding area who had other needs, likely similar, to the original owners and workers of the daycare she was helping with. It was equally likely a pooled effort to afford a spare student or genin to take care of the daycare as a thank you and as a small incentive for others to partake down the path. With the kids being well-behaved, Heibon'na only needed to change her outfit once! One of the youngest had a small accident and Heibon'na figured they had stopped and finished but it was a simple intermediary pause in function that caught her off guard. Good shinobi lesson to take into mind that just because someone has stopped acting but was not down, does not mean that they still won't put up a fight right after.

Next on the agenda for her tasks for the day involved aiding within Kirigakure's administration. This was an amazing option for the teen as she would want to get involved within the administration halls of the village if she had a chance and opportunity. This mission would be her preview of that lifestyle and work though she knew that the level of work she was capable of but not fully committed to for the day would likely be specific work tasked for students who selected the mission as a potential career path. To her though, Heibon'na did not care if she stood around providing directions. This was great practice and routine to get familiar with the halls of the administration building within Kirigakure no Sato and that was plenty enough for her. Once she had finished her previous task and traveled through the village to get there, she was greeted with a quiet administration building.

There were not a lot of people looking for help and most people knew where they were going. Shinobi were going to the mission boards and requesting them, looking to see if others were available, and even from there sorting through documents for different things that needed to be attended to within the village. Upon full entry and alerting the representative that she was supposed to coordinate with while working on this mission, Heibon'na was thrilled to be able to be of help to her village. Surely something like this would get noticed by her and perhaps if she succeeded well enough then the village might offer her a position within the hierarchy there. Something was always better than nothing and for an average teenage girl like her, a secretarial position was more than acceptable and helpful enough for her to help support her family. The idea of war was not foreign to the native of the land and sea but there were more important things to her than returning Kirigakure to its dominance.

Being a direction giver within the administration tower of Kirigakure, Heibon'na found her services unnecessary as she anticipated. Kirigakure, even after Xyxer's rule ended, ran like a well-oiled machine. Not many needed a hand or required directions to places they were either returning to or already knew. The task however ended up being more of an observer, someone to ask where people were going and keep track of who was or was not being visited for resource management. At least that is what Heibon'na began to do. She was nondescript in comparison to most of the shinobi within the building and thus stood out more but looked like a civilian, which made her stand out even less. The dichotomy of her own appearance was her greatest asset for the mission she was taking and the tracking added task she began was a good practice method for her to keep on top of the time. As an academy student, she was not required to stay for the full shift thankfully as they released her within a couple of hours which allowed some extra time between now and her next mission.

The generic shinobi-to-be was not exactly thrilled with the idea of the next mission she had signed up for. Initially, Heibon'na figured it was going to be some sort of task involving acquiring a photo or some portrait for a client that was taken or stolen from them but before they arrived they realized it was just another aid and help task which was great and fantastic for her though the idea of photography was where she was not so keen on. There was a high risk of mistakes or upsetting a photographer as the idea of the motion capture method to freeze a moment in time was still new. The equipment she would be working with was expensive though she knew that eventually if she was working in the administration of the village, expensive equipment would be the least she would worry about. A lighthearted sigh would escape her lips as she approached the studio that was where the task was being requested. A four-hour photo session was a long time to be an assistant for, hopefully, it was not that long of a time.

Before Heibon'na could realize how the time was spent, it was time for the photoshoot. The first couple of hours were just organizing previous photos, setting up the lighting fixture, running test shots, and seeing if there were any issues with the equipment. The actual hard work was mostly done by the time it was ready for the client to show up. There was a plethora of small minuscule actions that were required and the difference between lighting depended on a few different options. Proximity and shadows played a huge part in the actual photographic session as the words from client to photographer were a baffling display of cooperation and understanding. The affirmations being given back and forth between the two were surprising to Heibon'na. Taking notes on this, it was a realization that even in a profession that was based on making perfection, there was so much work to be done to get to that picture-perfect moment.

Modeling was a wild career path and thankfully for Heibon'na her own appearance was middling towards the actual market that she saw presented. She was not tall nor short, she was decently built but not muscular or thin, and she was also not petite in either assessment. As an average teenager in all metrics but one, she was generic in the crowd of models that were present there. In a weird way, she stood out more than the differences that were being rotated into scenes and pictures being taken of their distinctions. It was almost laughable to her that her difference was not one of a distinct feature but rather the lack thereof. Once the four-hour time slot was taken care of and completed, Heibon'na thanked the photographer for the lesson and made her way to her final task, an aid to a tea ceremony.

Although the mission information had signified brunch, the event itself got delayed due to a storm that rolled in overnight that would require the attention of others before she was to arrive. This meant when she arrived, they were still preparing and getting the ceremony set up. Heibon'na was more than willing to participate and aid in the endeavor as there was something she could do to help and so she did so. There was always a differential to consider as she had already finished four other tasks by this point in the day and dealing with people who might already be a bit more rambunctious due to this being the annual Dump-The-Tea Ceremony that involved having tea and once you finished or did not like the flavor you would dump it into a big cauldron in the center. Heibon'na was always curious about it but never thought she would be there and present to witness the ceremony when she entered the academy.

It was not some large over-the-top affair within the village of Kirigakure no Sato but it was a celebration that brought in people from across the Land of Water. From there once the festivities started, Heibon'na made rounds around the grounds. As waitstaff, she carried trays of snacks and small tea bags available for all who were participating. In total, there were roughly 30 to 40 individuals who came, and about 10 to 15 staff present, including herself. There was a plethora of options for the guests to choose from herbals to green to black to alternative tea options, loose leaf included too! From small Danishes to crumpets to large biscuits to even crackers, the assortment and variety available was surprising for such an affair being as small as it was. Though likely this was a byproduct of demands over the last few attempts possibly of this event. With the delay some options were unavailable but thankfully that was not an issue for the student to help handle as getting substitute items from a storage spot for staff members was a simple task.

Keeping a positive outlook through it all, Heibon'na was able to avoid the aggressive attendants who were upset about the delay. Thankfully for the young teen who was seeking to grow and make connections and with some degree of expectations, this mission was a good final task to complete for her. The ability to transition between some issues and accommodate different needs proved to be quite the challenge as the end of her day was upon her. Once the event was over she helped tidy up and clean up from the event and as part of tradition, they dumped the unwanted and discarded tea from the cauldron into a lake nearby. It was an odd tradition but presumably, it was just water and a mixture of floral and earth particles so surely this was not an issue environmentally speaking. With a final shrug, she departed home.
