As Kagu steps into the morning light, he gazes instinctively to the skies above the Uchiha District. There were dark, foreboding clouds that were gathering on the horizon, signaling a rather significant storm was approaching. His immediate concerns and worries are directed towards the District and those that inhabit it. He begins to plan out the preparations for the storm and how he was going to keep all of his Uchiha safe. Without a second thought, he springs into action and begins to warn the Uchiha of the storm and what it could mean for their people.
His first step is to alert the residents of the district, putting up a warning on the bulletin board for everyone to read, he also dispatches several of the younger Uchiha, tasking them with the job to run out int to the district to warn the more elderly folks of what was happening and what they could expect in the coming day or night. With the children understanding their job, they sprung into action same as Kagu, and began spreading the word. He would instruct the children to relay the information with a graceful tone, being respectful and to be sure not to spread panic.
Next thing Kagu does is to coordinate with the district elders and key figures to implement an emergency preparedness plans that would act as the districts anchor to the world, keeping them from panicking in the sight of the storm that was to come. The preparedness plan included gathering all the able bodied Uchiha to gather materials and go across the district, securing whatever roofs could use it and to be sure that every structure within the district was well up to snuff in regards to the downpour of rain and the high winds that would bombard them quite soon.
Recognizing the importance of community support, he acknowledges that the elderly and those with limited mobility would need extra help in the sight of such a storm, so he organized teams of Uchiha members to assist in preparing each household for those that couldn't do it themselves. They were tasked with fortifying each home, making sure that everyone had the access necessary to gain whatever supplies that they needed, such as fresh water, food, and medical supplies should they be in need of them. During this time, Kagu would focus his attention on other preparations, believing his Uchiha could handle the job.
Kagu focused himself on the preparation of the community building to be the site of the emergency shelter within the district. It was structurally designed to withstand such onslaughts of weather, so for those that had homes that failed during the storm, he wanted to be sure that there was an option for those clan members as well. The clouds began to darken and hover above the village, but he didn't have any fear. He had the confidence that his people would be able to withstand the barrage of weather, and they would come out of this situation a stronger clan for it.
