A Fated Meeting

Megami noticed how much of a gentleman Youta could be this whole time they had spent together! It just added to the fairytale she felt like she was living in. Ah, sake! Yes, best wine ever! As she sat down she saw a letter in the Middle of the table.
“Hey, Youta what's that in the corner over there?” Megami asked him. Of course she still has the advantage regardless because she was sure he hadn't yet seen the letter so even if he doesn't look she had time to grab the letter and read it!
Aww they think I'm pretty! Ooh wait what!” she coughed and spit out her wine on accident because she was shocked!
“That could be fun to do! Sorry about the mess Youta! I'll clean it up! That message just shocked me! Wait, did I say that first part out loud?” Megami said with a smile, handing the letter to Youta. She took a napkin and cleaned up the wine off of the floor.
“Your family seems really nice.” She said with a sweet smile. She was hoping she hadn't embarrassed herself, she hasn't really gone on very many dates in her life.

Youta would see Megami look at the note, then all of a sudden spit out her drink. He would quickly grab the note and read it. His face would turn bright red “They are definitely lovely people.” He would then put some fire chakra into the paper burning it and would say “they were right about you being beautiful though.” He would sit down and enjoy a nice meal talking to her about anything till dinner was over and it was time to get ready and leave for the party when they were ready.

He called her beautiful! Megami's cheeks flushed heavily, she hadn't heard that in a long time. Megami giggled at how he burned the note up using fire chakra! She couldn't blame him. It was embarrassing, but obviously his family was happy for Youta! This evening has taken a surprising turn for them. Megami had found a decent, nice looking guy! And she had a good dinner as well.
Looks like choosing to come to Hoshigakure was the best choice after all! Now, she can work on herself and have the support of the family and friends she always wanted.
