Skill Name: Raijin's Ink.
Appearance:
Backstory: Raijin's Ink is a secret Fuinjutsu method discovered at the The Archives of Raijin and Fuijin through extensive research of ancient Kumogakure Fuinjutsu. It is believed to be a more "primitive" form of sealing, used by the Kumon shinobi of old. Learning gives the user the knowledge on how to imbue the Raijin's Rage/Fujin's Fury tattoo, that is made of a special ink infused with chakra, giving it a regular Fuinjutsu seal properties besides its original effects.
Effect: Only those with the Fuinjutsu specialty can learn this skill. After acquiring it, the user will be able to use their Raijin's Rage/Fujin's Fury tattoo, that is made with a special chakra infused ink, as a regular Seal Slot, effectively increasing the maximum number of pre-placed seals their body can hold from 5 to 6. Upon selecting and placing a technique into the tattoo seal, this choice will be definitive, meaning that after using the placed technique, the tattoo seal may only be again imbued with the same jutsu initially selected (which must specified in the user's stat page), and no other different fuinjutsu technique can be placed on it after this decision.
Once a character learns this skill, they cannot remove it, replace it with another skill nor alter the jutsu that can be placed into the tattoo, with the exception of the use of Black Zetsu Cells or the Elixir of Purity. If the user somehow lose the limb their tattoo is placed on, they will be able to get another tattoo and select a new jutsu. The user can't have others placing a Fuinjutsu into their tattoo seal, nor can the user place a seal on another character's Raijin's Rage/Fujin's Fury tattoo.
After imbuing their tattoo with a fuinjutsu technique, the colors of the tattoo will become slightly brighter and almost neon-like, although not enough to be noticeable under clothing. After the technique placed on the seal is used, the tattoo colors will become opaque and worn out until the jutsu is again placed on the tattoo seal slot, signaling that the tattoo seal is "charged" once again (this is purely aesthetic).
