This mission is required before being able to do any of the Covert Operations missions.
This is the first mission of the Covert Training Arc
You are tasked with creating an alternate appearance and identity, this is in the event that you are assigned a covert mission. You must craft an appearance, history, mannerisms, and personality. Once you have created this cover identity, you must report to the Kage Tower where they will document your Cover Identity as if it was a real citizen of Tsukigakure.
