Appearance: The user is able to use Jikujutsu techniques in their full power.
Backstory: Jikjutsu practitioners that had found themselves even further developing their skills with Jikujutsu techniques increasing their power to an ultimate level. Through years of practice and development they were able to make their damaging techniques on par with Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Bukijutsu users for a short time.
Effect: This skills allows users to change a Jikujutsu's ability from a Damage Over Time techniques to a full jutsu power damage technique. This can only be done with one technique per post for an AP cost of 10.
