I was just in the neighborhood (Closed; Private)

Psychosis sighed. His ANBU had informed him a bit ago, and he was annoyed. He opened the door to his office and smiled at the Tsuchikage. He was surprised, he heard rumors of the tsuchikage being an old man, but here was someone probably near his own age. Good, that would allow him to be more understanding. Most likely, this was a new tsuchikage, just as he was the new mizukage. He nodded at the receptionist, signaling her to tell him to come in. He turned and sat behind his desk, waiting for the Tsuchikage. He breifly wondered what could come from this encounter. Perhaps an alliance?

Muk was patiently waiting until the Mizukage was ready to see him. It was after 2 minutes as he heard the wide doors open up and see the Mizukage walking in. Muk stood up and put the magazine back in its place. He bowed his head slightly out of respect as he smiled and followed him in the office. He seemed rather interesting. Muk thought that the other kages were around their 20's and 30's. But this seems better. For the both of them that is. As Muk entered his office he took his kage hat off. " 'Tis an honor to meet you, my name is Mukoro Taito. I'm known as the Tsuchikage. I've come here today to talk about the relations between our villages." He said in a firm, calm and patient tone. Muk smiled after finishing his sentence whilst holding his hat with both hands.

Psychosis flipped his hat off, setting it beside his desk. "I am Psychosis, obviously the Mizukage... Perhaps you should clarify, what about our relations... Though... I must say it is good to see that I am not the only newer kage." He chuckled. Appearently, the man he was dealing with was smart enough to try to do the respectful act, which would usually cause most kages to feel more comfortable. It was a psychological trick, but it was effective against any kind of boss. "There are no need for formalities between us, we are the same rank, and formalities are... too forced." His kind smile drifted into a smirk, representing his confidence.

Psychosis smiled wider, with his sharp fangs. "I see... Well Forgive me if it is not your custom, but my family taught me each agreement should be presented with a movement of good faith, a.. gift if you will." Psychosis paused "I will agree to this, I simply want a trade to mark our faith in each other as time passes, so we will not forget why we agreed." While most of it was true, Psychosis had come up with the philosophy himself, he was not raised on it. To be honest, Psychosis had a little plan, of course now would be a horrible time to tell Mukoro of such a thing. "I hope you understand, and if you do not wish to take part in the exchange, I will still agree"

"What's this shit about agreeing and trading. I mean really mizukage, I thought you wanted everything. But then again maybe that's me just babbling about bullshit. Hello, Im Aeon" aeon said as he busted down the door which lead to the room the two had been having a conversation in. A smile covering his face from cheekbone to cheekbone. As his clone walked in as well holding the body of the young hokage. Throwing his body down on the ground, blood splattered just a bit from the whole that had been left in him from the fight. Putting his hand to his mouth, aeon began to snicker from it."Check out what I brought you Mizukage. The dead body of the young hokage. To bad though, I wasn't able to finish my exams for killing this weakling."

Usif the same hand that had been hiding his face, aeon whipped the blood from his face and then pointed to the body. The body who's eyes had been wide open and showing the blood red eyes of the uchiha. "The hokage from the uchiha clan. Wonderful prize for killing such a high ranked ninja. Oh how much the power of ninja in the Leaf has fallen from a child being the kage. What kind of shit is that. So because he asked me to come to his office I check out his age and ability. He had very slow reaction time being that I created my tree in the center of the village and he simply got into.....well tried to get into a fighting position. Anyway I want something for this, got anything in mind, sir?"

"Looks like the delivery service is on time as always" Psychosis cackled. "perhaps you want ryo... no... you want power, both of you." Psychosis smirked at the sight of the body. Everything was perfect, Aeon had played so much into his hands. Aeon would certainly be rewarded. Psychosis placed his hand upon the head of the deceased hokage, absorbing the DNA of the uchiha. "So many say this bloodline was the ultimate power... but they forget of a power long before this."

Psychosis smiled, turning to Aeon and the Tsuchikage. "I will give you a choice, the ultimate body, or the ultimate eye." He already absorbed the bloodline of the sharingan into himself, so giving it to these two would be no problem, though he did feel quite... tired thanks to that, of course he could just activate the first gate and fix that, but that would be pointless. "I can implant each of you with any bloodline that you can find, but as a cost, you lose the ability to use a certain element, so choose carefully."

Watching as his leader grabbed the young boy by his head and began to use some type of jutsu. "The hell...." aeon would say watching the action take place. Suddenly a smile came across his face as if he knew what had been going on, but really it had only been a guess. Waiting for the jutsu to end, aeon began to ponder just what the other Kages had in store for a war. Suddenly hearing the mizukage talk of ultimate body and eyes aeon laughed a bit. "Yet I have the ultimate Chakra. My wood release, but I guess the sharingan wouldn't hurt. Don't you think Tsuchikage." He said as he turned toward the tsuchikage. His eyes locked on him like a hawk as if he wasn't to be trusted. "Give me those eyes." he demanded as he walked up to the mizukage and awaited his next move.
