Storm trains at the rocks (Chakra, and Jutsu)

Storm moaned as he got up from the floor. "Ow" Storm said as he rubbed his face. He walked into the kitchen to pour a kettle full of water. He put it on the stove. He walked into the landry room, and grabbed his clean cloths on, and put them on. He walked out, and walked into the bathroom. A heavy sigh came from him as he looked at his eye drops. He droped some of them in each eye. He grabbed his goggles, and put them on. He looked back at some scrolls his mom, and dad left him. He grabbed one on the top, and walked into the kitchen. Storm walked over to a cabnit, and grabbed some ramin. He sat it on the table. He ripped the top off when, at the same time, the kettle whistled. He poured the water in the Ramin cup, and sat down. He opened the scroll as he sipped up some ramin. It said- "Lightning style: Electromagnetic Murder" on the top. Storm slurped up more as he went on. "This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu." storm said out loud. He took another slurp of his ramin, and grabbed a pice of paper. He drew a person with chakra. "It actually takes Chakra" Storm chirped. He grabbed his Ramin cup, and slurped the rest up. He grabbed the scroll, and bounded over to the door to put his shoes on. He walked out the door with the scroll in his hand, and going to the stones to train.

"First I'll try to master gathering chakra in my hand to do this Jutsu" Storm said as he came to the stones. He sat on a big rock setting the scroll on the ground. Storm did a hand sign. "H-u-p" he grudged as he concentrated his chakra to his hand. His mind cleared but a memory lingered. His fathers face appeared, saying "You can do it". Storm, remembering his fathers encouragement caused him to lose concentration. "Damn" he cussed to the ground. He did it again. "H-u-p" Storm grudged. "Aug" he grudged harder as his hand slowly stated to glow, but stopped. "Damn!" he cussed louder. He did a sign with his hands. "A-u-g" he grunted. Remembering his mother, and fathers happy faces caused a large glow coming from his hand. "Aug!" he shouted as he smashed his hand into the Rockne was sitting on, and it cut in two. He landed on his knees. He, himself used too much chakra for his hand. "Yes" he whispered as he drifted into sleep.

The next morning Storms eyes flicked open. He hauled himself up by his strongest hand. "Shit" he whispers under his breath. He opened the scroll to see what else he had to do. "Oh, ok" he said as he set the scroll down. "H-u-y" he grunted as he worked on putting his Lightning chakra in one hand, and regular in the other. "U-u-u" he grunted even harder. His hands fell to each side, tired, and limp. He fell on his knees, then, passed out.

2 days later a kid was pocking him. Storm made a noise to signal that he was awake, and alive. His eyes flung open, but his vision was blurry. "Damn" he worried, and he reached in his pocket, and pulled his goggles off to drop some of his eyes drops in. He flickered his eyes as he sat up. The boy was looking at him. "Is this yours mister" asked the kid pulling out a scroll. "Yes!" said Storm. "Can I have it back" asked Storm. "Tell me what's in it, and I'll give it to you" said the boy. "A Jutsu called Lightning Style: Electromagnetic Murder" Storm said. The boy nodded, and tossed Storm the Scroll. "Can I watch" the kid asked. "Ok" Storm said as he stood up. "U-u-u-r-r-a-a-a-a" Storm grudged. Lightning chakra was streaming in one hand, and regular chakra in the other. "G-a-a" he grunted. He smashed the two hands together, but the Jutsu blew up. A boom was made, and both his hands repelled from each other. "Aug" Storm winced, and fell to his knees. He looked at his hands there were burns on them. He got up, and put them in water. He walked over to the kid. "You ok?" asked Storm. The kid nodded. "You'll make it" smiled the kid. Storm walked back to the place he first did the clap. "U-u-u-r-r-a-a-a-a" Storm grudged again. The lightning chakra raged in one hand, and normal in the other. "G-g-a-a-a" he grunted loudly. He clapped his hands together, and a lightning bolt clashed into his hands. He pulled his hands away, and the two sparked with lightning. He looked at a rock, and smashed his hands through it. Tired after the smash, and the training, his hands stopped sparking. He smiled as the rock smashed in half. He looked at the boy. "I'm going to go home now, and you should do the same" said Storm. "Wow" the Boy praised. " I will go home" chimed the boy, as he ran off laughing. Storm smiled as he grabbed his scroll, and safely made it home.
