Some short training

Zachariah walked into the gym. This was a place people came to become stronger, faster, to last longer. Zachariah was here to train to be stronger. He had decent strength, but he could stand to have more. So, he started at some weights. Simply pulling on them, trying to get them off the ground, then to his shoulders, at which point he would turn his arms so the weight faced up, and he would power up. On the way down, he would do the exact opposite. That quickly strained his arms. However, working through the pain, he pulled up the weights again. This time, when he got them to shoulder length, he pushed his arms out to the sides. He was a giant t now with a weight at the end of both arms. Then, he held them there. He started doing squats, and knee touches. These worked his muscles so heavily. They started to sting, and he would feel how tired his arms were getting. He would have to stop soon, but he just pushed a little longer to raise his strength. With a large breath out, as he was kneeling, he let his arms fall. He repeated this process for several days.
