Ayumi's Training
Wed Jul 25, 2012 8:24 am
It was an early sunny morning and the sun was just about to rise. Ayumi woke up, yawned, and rubbed both of her eyes. She woke up extra early today because she decided that she would train today for change. She got out of her bed, took her towel, and took a shower. She then wore her normal outfit and went to her dressing table. She brushed and combed her hair and put it up in a ponytail. She then took her headband and tied it around her head, as usual just behind her bangs, tightly, and grinned. She then went downstairs, ate a toast and drank some milk and took a bottle of water with her. She left a note to her mother, telling her where she was heading. She then head out and started walking towards the training grounds. The village was peaceful and there were only a few people in sight. She smiled and greeted all of them.
When she arrived at the training grounds, she already decided what she was going to do that day. She decided that she would work on her stamina. Okay, let’s do this! She thought and pulled her headband tightly around her head. She then began running. While she was running, she would channel her chakra to her lags to give her boost in speed. She also lifted her legs higher and would land on her toes and force herself to run quicker. She would imagine that she was just a normal villager and that she was chased by a herd of ferocious creatures. While she was running, she would whisper to herself some words of encouragement to keep herself going. This was easier said than done. After eight laps, she already started to feel the pain in her legs and was already starting to gasp for air. She continued on running, pushing herself to the limit, but she could only manage for another lap. She stood, hands on her waist, and panting. She took deep breaths and tries to regain her breath. I have to work harder! She thought.
She drank some water and started to run again. She wasn’t fully recovered yet and this time, her pace was slower. She forced herself to run quicker and imagined that a herd of ferocious creatures were chasing her. This made her run faster. After the seventh lap, she was starting to feel the pain in her legs again and was sweating. She kept on running and running. After the tenth lap, the pain in her leg was getting worse. She was sweating and the muscles in both of her legs were sore. I hope I can walk tomorrow she thought. After the thirteenth lap, she can’t go on anymore and head towards the tree nearby. She leaned against the tree, but can no longer stand up and collapsed beside it. She was panting heavily and was sweating. She was gasping as much air as she can. Her heart was pumping rapidly, pumping blood into her veins. Her chest heaved up and down as she tried to gain her breath.
Maybe I should run one more lap Ayumi thought. She stood up and took a step. She winced in pain and collapsed. Come on Ayumi! Just one more lap. “Come on, you can do it!” She whispered to herself, but she knew that even with hundreds and thousands words of encouragement, she can’t go on. Well twenty two laps is a lot she thought. She leaned herself against the tree and drank some water. She then leaned against the tree and began to relax. She took deep breaths and closed her eyes. A breeze blew at the same time and it was peaceful at the training grounds. She sat there and rest for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes of resting, she then got up and stretched herself. Her legs were still hurting but it was better than it how it was 4 minutes ago. Maybe I should work on something else right now she thought. She decided that she would work on her stamina. She saw some boulders nearby and walked towards it. She lifted a small boulder. It wasn’t really heavy and she can lift it heavily. She then saw a bigger boulder. It was just a size bigger than the boulder that she just lifted. She then braced herself and walked towards the boulder. Okay, Ayumi. You can do this! She thought to herself. She rubbed her hands together and placed her hands firmly at the side of the boulder. She then took a deep breath and began to lift the boulder. It was heavy but she forced herself to lift the boulder. After about a minute, she was able to lift the boulder a few inches from the ground. She then took a step while lifting the boulder. She winced as pain stroked through her arms, but she kept on going. She took tiny baby steps with the boulder in her hands and was able to walk 8 meters away from where it used to stand. After 8 meters, she wasn’t able to walk and hold the boulder in her hands at the same time anymore. She then decided that she would just throw the boulder away from her spot. She took a deep breath and with all her strength, threw the boulder as far away and as hard as she can. It landed about 5 meters away from her. Her arms were sore and red from the lifting. Her legs were also sore from supporting the weight of the boulder. She smiled and brushed the dust away from her fingers.
She then walked over to a tree nearby. She then took out her kunais and shurikens. With her kunai, she carved a kind of a “target board” on the stem of the tree. She then stood about 2 meters away from it and threw her kunais and shurikens at it, targeting the middle of the board. All of it landed just a few inches away from the middle of the board at different spots on the stem. She walked towards the tree, took her weapons out from the stem, and walked back to her spot. She continued on throwing and throwing the kunais and shurikens until the hit the middle of the board. She kept on doing this for 2 hours and stopped. Then she took her kunai and drew the same “target board” on 3 more tree stems. She threw all of her kunais and shurikens at the same time, targeting at the middle of all of the “target boards”. After a few tries, she was able to hit all of them perfectly. She grinned and continued on targeting the boards. She kept on doing it for hours and hours until her arms became sore.
Ayumi was already tired and beaten out at the end of the day. She was sweating and panting heavily and her legs and arms were sore and her hands were red. She decided that she would just continue her training tomorrow if she can even get out of her bed. She hoped that she can stand up tomorrow. Although Ayumi was tired and beaten out, she was satisfied with her training today. She then head home after a long, tiring, and harsh day of training.

Re: Ayumi's Training

Ayumi knew that she wouldn’t last long in combat, so she decided that she would learn to defend herself instead of relying on someone else. She knew that she can’t survive if she got seriously hurt. So she woke up early that morning and went to take a shower. She wore her usual outfit, equipped her weapons but leaving her ninjato, and tied her headband around her head, deciding that she would just let her hair down today. She then looked at her reflection in the mirror of her dressing table and winked. She grinned and went out of her room. She head out towards the training grounds. The streets of Konoha were quiet as it was early in the morning.
When she arrived at the training grounds, she looked for a suitable place to train and created two clones of her. They would throw kunais and shurikens at her and she has to dodge all of them. She walked away from her clones and was only about a meter away from her clones when 2 shurikens and a kunai flew past her. The kunai was just inches away from her head and the shurikens nearly hit her thigh. She turned around and saw that one of her clones was ready with weapons and her other clone was standing and looking at her with her arm crossed across her chest, just what Ayumi would do sometimes when she was feeling a little arrogant and reckless. Ayumi turned around and stared at her clones. One of her clones threw her a kunai, targeting her head, and Ayumi dodged it easily by tilting her head to the left side. Ayumi grinned and looked at her clones. Then, both of her clones started to throw kunai after kunai and shuriken after shuriken at her. Ayumi would just stand on the same spot and would just either tilt her head or just sway herself out of the way. It was effortless and didn’t use her energy at all. Suddenly, one of them ran towards her with a kunai in her hand. Ayumi dodged out of her way. She grinned and took out her kunai. She spun the kunai around her index finger then quickly gripping it with her other fingers and positioned it in her palm with the blade sticking out.
Then both of her clones ran towards her and started to attack her. Ayumi dodged all of the attacks, somersaulting in the air. Suddenly a kunai flew past her arm and she felt a bit of blood trickling down her arm. She inspected it, saw that it was just a little cut and that it wasn’t anything serious, and wiped the blood away. “I’m lucky that was only a little cut” she thought, “I better pay more attention to them”. She concentrated at her clones as they ran towards her. They threw her kunais and shurikens while they ran. Ayumi knocked all of them with ease out of the air. She even caught a kunai that was thrown to her and threw it back to one of her clones. She deflected all of the attacks. The attacks became harder and faster minute after minute.
After one hour, Ayumi decided that she would create another clone of herself, just to add more challenge. She created another clone of herself. The attacks continued, getting faster and harder minute by minute. The amount of shurikens and kunais that was thrown at her grew. After half an hour, Ayumi was already out of breath. It was straining to hold and fight with three clones at once. She channeled chakra to her legs, hands, and thighs so that she could run faster than her clones and dodge the attacks at once. It was straining, but she knew it was good for her. She stopped running, panting, and channeled chakra to her hands and caught a kunai that was thrown at her. She then threw the kunai she had in her hand. It hit one of her clones and it disappeared. Ayumi made a new clone to replace the one that just vanished.
The attacks continued on and on. After three hours, Ayumi made two other clones of herself. Now, she had five clones running after her and attacking her. The attacks became worse and Ayumi got another cut. It was at her thigh. She ran, dodged and attacked all of her clones at once. A kunai nearly cut a few centimeters of her long hair. Ayumi was stunned but she kept on running and attacking and dodging. “I need to run faster and dodged the attacks! Or one of those kunai will cut my hair! And it took me two years to grow it this long!” she thought. After three hours, Ayumi knew that she couldn’t keep up with all of her clones. She leaned against a tree, panting heavily. 3 shurikens flew in her direction, but she moved out of the way just in time to dodge them. She got another cut, this time on her left hand, because she was a bit too slow. The cut was a bit deep than her other cuts and she knew that she has to go and get it treated soon before she lost too much blood.
Ayumi was panting heavily and collapsed against the tree behind her. Her clones were still after her. She didn’t dispel her clones though because she thought that it would give her a bit more training. Ayumi took out 2 kunais and 2 shurikens, channeled chakra to her hands and threw them as hard and fast as she can towards four of her clones. Four of her clones that got hit by her shurikens and kunais disappeared. Ayumi knew that she didn’t have any other weapons left with her. She left her ninjato because she thought that she wouldn’t need it and she wasn’t ready to use it yet. She was thinking that she would ask her father to teach her how to use it today in the evening. “Now I regret that I didn’t bring that ninjato with me” she thought “although I don’t really know how to use it properly, at least I can defend myself with it”. She stood and leaned against the tree. “Well, I can’t die. Not here and not right now!” she thought. The clone ran and grinned before it threw a kunai towards Ayumi. “I have to catch that kunai and threw it back!” Ayumi thought.
The kunai flew with a lot of force which made it fast and hard to catch. Ayumi could tell that just by the way the clone threw it to her. Ayumi concentrated on the kunai and caught it. She winced as she caught it. Like she guessed, it was fast and hard. She quickly channeled her chakra to her hands, leaving a bit because she knew that without chakra, she is going to die. After she channeled her chakra, she concentrated on her clone and threw the kunai as hard as she can. The kunai hit the clone and it disappeared. Ayumi smiled and stood up. She suddenly felt something warm on her left hand and looked at it. “Oh yeah, that cut” she thought, “I better get home quickly and let someone treat it”. She took her weapons and walked home. As she was walking, she thought about her training today. “Well I did a pretty good job, today” she thought and walked home as fast as she can so that her mother can treat her wound.

Ayumi woke up and rubbed her eyes. Training Day! She jumped out of her bed and went into the shower. Then she wore her usual outfit and equipped her weapons. She took her headband and tied it tightly around her head. She ran out of her house and walked towards the training grounds. The streets of Konoha were peaceful and the air was fresh. Ayumi took a deep breath. Then she hurried towards the training grounds.
She started running to warm herself up. She channeled chakra to her legs and ran faster lap after lap. She tried to keep her breathing in order by taking deep breaths slowly. After thirty laps she was panting heavily. Her heart was pounding wildly that she could hear it in her ears. She stopped for a second and broke into a run again. After forty laps, she collapsed in the middle of the track. After a second, she was up on her feet and was running again. Come on Ayumi! Just a few laps. You can do this! Shechanneled her chakra to her legs and ran again. She managed one and a half lap before she collapsed on the ground again. She sat on the ground for a second and stood up. She saw some boulders and walked towards it. Time to chuck some weights.
She walked towards the smallest boulder that was there. It was medium in size. Ayumi took a deep breath and channeled chakra to her arm and legs. She took another deep breath and lifted the boulder. It weighed half of her own weight. Ayumi started walking with the boulder in her arms. After ten meters, she felt the pain in her arms. She kept on walking for another ten meters when she stopped. She channeled chakra to her upper body, her thighs and knees. She bent her knees, twisted her body and threw the boulder as hard as she could. It landed ten meters away from her spot. Next boulder she walked towards another boulder. It was as big as she is. She once again channeled chakra to her legs and arms. She took a deep breath and lifted the boulder. Ughh...this thing is as heavy as I am... She started walking with the boulder in her arms. After five meters, she felt the pain in her arms. She walked for another five meters. She stopped, channeled chakra to her upper body, thighs and her knees. She twisted her body and flung the boulder. It landed five meters away from her. She walked towards another boulder. It was bigger than her just by an inch. She took a deep breath and rubbed her hands together.okay...last boulder. she channeled chakra to her arms and lifted. She nearly screamed after she lifted the boulder because it was very heavy. Ugghh! This thing is even heavier than me! She started walking with the boulder in her arms. She took tiny baby steps. After five meters, she knew she can't hold the boulder in her arms anymore. She quickly channeled chakra to her upper body, thighs and knees. She twisted her body and threw the boulder as hard as she can. It landed three meters away from her.
She swung her arms in circles and massaged both of her shoulders. She then channeled chakra to her left hand and held it in a fist. She started running towards the boulder that she just threw, channeled chara to her legs thus increasing her speed, and punched the boulder. A few cracks appeared on it. Ayumi smiled. What should I do next? She ran towards a tree nearby and held the branch with her arms, hanging to it, and swung back and forth. She leaped to another branch and hung from it upside down, swinging on it. She stood still for a second and leaped up on a tree branch. She made two clones of herself and leaped to another branch, trying to put as much distance as she can between her clones and herself.
A kunai flew past her thigh and some shurikens flew past her head. She knew that her clones were attacking her. She channeled chakra to her legs and leaped from branch to branch as fast as she can. The attack grew heavier and heavier minute by minute. After two hours, Ayumi crouched on a branch, panting. A kunai flew half an inch away past her face. She turned to look at her clones and saw that one of them threw a shuriken towards her. Ayumi pushed herself to her feet and leaped to another branch. She felt the tip of the shuriken touched her delicate skin and flew past her left arm. Ayumi stopped on a tree branch and looked at her left arm and saw a cut. She scowled. A bunch of kunais and shurikens flew past her head and waist. Ayumi stood up, took put her kunai and blocked the next wave of kunais and shurikens. She caught a kunai that was thrown at her and together with her kunai, she threw it at her clones. The clones disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Ayumi jumped off the branch and stood in the middle of the training grounds. She started running and did a bunch of frontflips. Then she did a bunch of backflips and cartwheels. She stopped in the middle of the training grounds and made thirteen clones of herself. Then, each of her clones transformed into someone that she knew. One turned into her mother, one into her father, one into her brother, Takeshi, one into her sister, Ayako, one into Navi, one into Asukari, one into Sachiko, one into a dog, one into a cat, one into a former sensei of hers, one into a boulder, one into a tree and one into a huge beast like creature. She grinned and dispelled her clones. She went and picked her kunai and put it back in her pouch.

Re: Ayumi's Training
Sat Oct 27, 2012 11:15 am
Ayumi ran down the stairs and sprinted towards the window. Sheets of rain was pouring nonstop outside. Are you kidding me? she thought. "Today is one of my training days and how am I supposed to train in this wonderful weather??" she said out loud, sarcastically. She sighed and looked back, scanning for her family. The house was quiet, since it was early morning. Ayumi sneaked towards the porch and slipped on her sandals. She put her hair up on a ponytail and glanced back, making sure once more that no one was there. Sorry... she thought and ran out of the house.
She ran down the street as fast as she could, not even looking at where she was running. She ran into a man and mumbled sorry. She quickly ran towards the training grounds and went towards her usual place. She ran towards a tree and stood under it. Oh great! she thought as she pulled her, that plastered to her face, away. She sighed and looked at the rain. Such a great weather we have today! Especially to train she thought sarcastically. Well whatever!
She straightened up and did a few stretches to warm her muscles up. Then, she started to run. After fifty laps she started to pant lightly. After twenty more laps, she was breathing heavily. She managed another twenty laps be fore she stumbled off towards a tree. She leaned against the tree, panting heavily. Ninety laps...I think I can manage ten more she thought. She took a few steps away from the tree and broke into a run. She managed another twelve and a half step before she toppled to the ground. She was panting heavily. The rain rained heavily and Ayumi was soaking wet. She looked up at the sky and closed her eyes, feeling the rain on her face. She opened her eyes and crawled towards a tree. She dragged herself towards the tree for a meter.
She took a deep breath and watched the rain. Suddenly, the bush behind her rustled. She turned around quickly and stared at it. It rustled even more and she crawled away from it. "Who's there?" she asked loudly. The bush rustled even more. "Hello?" she said softly. Then suddenly two figures burst out of the bush. One of the figure ran towards her and pushed her down to the ground. Ayumi stifled a loud scream as she hit the ground. Then, she felt something licked her face. Ayumi laughed because it tickles. She opened her eyes and saw a dog on top of her. "Luna!" she said laughing as she recognized her dog, a tan colored shiba inu with a cream undercoat. Luna barked happily at Ayumi as she stroked her fur. Ayumi looked at the bush. There was Takeshi, her brother, sitting there and looking at her. His hair and clothed was wet"Takeshi!" she said happily. "What are you doing here? And why is she here?" she asked looking at Luna, still stroking her fur.
"Hey Ayumi" Takeshi said smiling at Ayumi, his younger sister. He shrugged, "Well you know, she misses you...she was barking at me in the morning. "Oh, sorry 'bout that" Ayumi said. She paused for a moment. "Hey is mom and dad awake?" she asked. Takeshi looked at her, "No they are not...why?" he asked. "Oh nothing...just wanna know" she said. Takeshi looked at her skeptically before grinning. He knew what Ayumi had done. "Don't worry...you're "Daddy's little girl" which means dad probably wouldnt get mad at you and mom would understand it...she will probably make an exception this time for you to train out here in the rain he said to her. Ayumi looked at him and smiled gratefully. "You should continue on with your training right now, huh?" Takeshi asked. Ayumi nodded and smiled. "Hey Luna, you stay here with Takeshi and I'm gonna go and train okay?" she said to Luna and smiled once again to Takeshi before she leapt up on a tree branch.
She leaped to another tree branch and then to another. She continued doing this for twenty laps around the training grounds. Ayumi stopped at where she started and looked at Takeshi. She took out her kunais and threw them at Takeshi. Takeshi dodged them out easily. He looked up at Ayumi, smiled and stood up. "Will you?" Ayumi asked. He shrugged, "Sure, I have nothing else to do." he said. "Luna, you stay here" Ayumi said and leaped off to another branch. Takeshi took the kunais and followed Ayumi. He started to throw the kunais at her. Ayumi dodged each one of it. Takeshi started to use his kunais. He got faster and threw multiple kunais at Ayumi, aiming at different parts of her body.
Ayumi leapt faster. Suddenly, multiple kunais flew past her. Ayumi was stunned. Wait...but I just gave him two...he must have used his own then...I have to be careful! she thought. She leaped faster. Multiple of kunais flew past her again. One of the kunai, made a scratch on her left arm. Ayumi stopped and wiped the blood away. She turned around and looked Takeshi as he threw at least ten kunais at her. She dodged five of them and caught five of them. She picked up a few kunai at her feet and leaped off the tree. While she was in midair, she threw this of the kunais at her brother. After she landed on the ground, she ran off towards another tree and hid between the leaves. She saw Takeshi leaped off the tree and said loudly, "You know...I can sense where you are." Ayumi looked at him and jumped out of the leaves. She looked at Takeshi and threw four more kunais at him. He threw four kunais to block it and then threw another one at Ayumi. Ayumi caught it and ran towards him. Takeshi did the same and their kunais got into a gridlock. It held for a few minutes before Ayumi gave up and took a few steps back. She put the kunai in her pouch and held her hand into a fist and aimed a punch at Takeshi's head. He dodged it and threw back another punch at her. Ayumi easily dodged it and aimed a series of kick at him. They continue having a spar for two hours. After two and a half hour, Ayumi was breathing heavily and even Takeshi was panting lightly. "Don't you have any Jutsu up your sleeve?" he asked.
Ayumi looked at him and nodded. She did some handsigns and concentrated on Takeshi. Demonic Illusion:Hell Viewing Tachnique. It took Takeshi just a minute to realize the jutsu. He broke out of the genjutsu. "Got anything else?" Ayumi thought for a minute. "I've never done this though...I saw a shinobi did." Then she did a few handsigns. She started to mould her chakra inside her stomach, making it superheated. Then she released it out of her mouth. She felt the intense pain in her throat as she tried to release the chakra from her stomach. She was only able to release a bit of the superheated chakra out. Takeshi watched her and nodded his head. "So a fire jutsu. You see...when you want to release a fire jutsu you have to..." Ayumi listened to him as he gave her a speech about how to release a fire jutsu. Ayumi nodded and tried again but ended up with the same results. "Ayumi, it's raining and do you know what that jutsu is called, right?" Takeshi said. "Oh right! I forgot that and yes its called the Flame Wave Jutsu." Ayumi said laughing. Because of the spar and whatnot, she had forgotten that it was raining. Ayumi took a deep breath.
Then a figure came. Both Ayumi and Takeshi spun around. It was their father, holding up an umbrella. Ayumi was stunned. "Hi Daddy..." was all that she was able to say. She smiled at him. Her father looked at both of them and shook his head with a smile on his face, laughing lightly, "Oh you two...now come on. Let's go home." he said to both of them. Ayumi's face brightened. "Wait...we need to get our weapons and Luna first" Takeshi said. Ayumi noded and went to get Luna. Takeshi went and get all of their weapons that was scattered all over the training grounds. He gave back Ayumi's weapon. "Thank you for training with me today" Ayumi whispered to him as they walked home together.

Re: Ayumi's Training
Sun Oct 28, 2012 12:58 pm
Ayumi woke up and rubbed her eyes. She glanced at the clock beside her. It was 9 o'clock in the morning. She stared at it for a few second when her eyes flew open. Oh no! I overslept! She looked around wildly, her eyes wide open. She jumped out of her bed, took her towel and ran into the bathroom. After she took a shower, she put on a tight, dark blue ruffled dress, quickly brush her hair, took her weapons and headband and ran out of her room. She ran past the kitchen when her mom talked to her, "Ayumi, where are you going?" Ayumi turned around and said, "Huh? Oh I'm going to the training grounds" Her mom looked at her and said, "Well don't you want some breakfast first before you go training?" Ayumi looked at her mom, "Umm...but I'm late. I actually wanted to start training at 7 o'clock today, but I overslept...I really gotta go" Her mom looked at her for a few seconds and then at her dress. "Are you really gonna go and train in that dress?" Ayumi looked down at her dress. "Uh yeah...you know to add more challenge and stuff. I promise I will look after it...I wouldn't get it torn up or whatever" Her mom hesitated for a moment and then sighed. "Okay..." Ayumi grinned at her mom and said, "Thanks mom! You're the best! Love you!" After she said that, she ran out of her house and went towards the training grounds. While she was half running and half walking, she tied her headband and secured her pouches. She ran her hand through her hair. I forgot to tie my hair today She rummaged her pouch for a hairband. I know I have two in here... She touched two hairbands and pulled them out.
She arrived at the training grounds and looked around for a suitable place to train. After she found one, she walked towards it. This place is perfect She quickly parted her hair into two halves, raked them together and tied them in low pigtails. Ayumi started running. The breeze rustled the grass and her hair. She looked at the grass and smiled. She channeled chakra to her legs and started to run. She ran faster and faster second by second. After twenty five laps, she was panting. It was a bit hard to run in the dress but she was grateful that it was tight and not loose. Right...more challenge...that what I told mom didn't I?
After a few seconds of panting, she started to run again. After ten more laps, she was stopped running and nearly toppled on the ground but stopped herself just in time after she remembered what she said to her mom. She stood up straight, hands on her waist and tried to keep her breathing normal. After a few seconds, she started to run again. After ten more laps she staggered to an old tree just a few meters away from the track and held on to the trunk for support with her right hand, panting heavily. She leaped up to a branch and started to leaped from branch to branch around the training grounds. She was still panting slightly, but kept on leaping from branch to branch. After an hour, she stopped and leaped off the branch. She landed on the ground on both of her feet. Ayumi walked towards the middle the the training grounds.
She remembered the last time she trained. It was with her brother, Takeshi. She suddenly remembered about the jutsu that she wasn't able to do because of the rain and also because of lack of training. She took a deep breath and did a few handsigns. She begin to mould superheated chakra in her stomach. Then, she took a deep breath and channeled out her chakra via her mouth. She once again feel the intense pain in her throat, the same way that she felt the first and second time she tried to release the jutsu, as her chakra channelled through her lungs and throat and last of all out of her mouth. A bit of fire came out of her mouth. Ayumi panted trying to ignore the pain. Takeshi said I need more chakra to make the fire bigger she thought. She took another deep breath before doing the exact same thing that she did. She ended up with the same results again. Ayumi panted lightly. Come on Ayumi! more chakra! she thought.
She straightened up and started to concentrate on her chakra. She channelled all of her chakra, leaving a bit of it left so that she wouldn't die or faint or whatever since she knows that she always have to has a bit of chakra left or something bad will happen to her, and channelled it to her stomach. After she channeled her chakra to her stomach, she began to mould her chakra together, making it superheated. Then she took a deep breath and channelled her chakra thought her lungs and then through her mouth. She could feel the pain in her lungs as she channeled her chakra through it. She winced but kept on channelling it through her mouth. Ayumi stifled a scream as the chakra was channeled to her mouth as the pain was unbearable to her. Then, she pushed her chakra, which came out in flames, out of her mouth. A huge wave of flames went out of her mouth....
Ayumi toppled to the ground after all of her chakra was pushed out. She breath heavily, trying to keep her consciousness. She was stunned and happy at the same time. She grinned. Yes! I did it! she thought. The flames were big. She closed her eyes and let her body fall to the ground. She watched the clouds and closed her eyes. A few seconds later, she opened them back and sat on the ground. She look at the grass just a foot away from her. It was singed. The grass was a light color of black. Ayumi smiled, knowing that she didn't imagine it. She took another deep breath and stood up. Just then, she felt the pain at the side of her and also somehow in her mouth. She took a deep breath to make sure she can still breath properly after all of the jutsu training. After she was sure she breath properly, she started to walk towards the singed grass. She coughed as the fumes suffocated her. She quickly staggered away from the fumes and walked towards a tree.
She took out a kunai and drew a kind of target board on it. She walk a few meters away from it and started to throw some kunai at the tree trunk, targeting the middle of it. After a few minutes, the sides of her mouth started to hurt again. She coughed and shook her head. She continued to throw kunais and shurikens at the trunk. She felt the pain at the sides of her mouth multiple times during she threw her shurikens and kunais. Ayumi took a deep breth and channeled her chakra into the kunais and shurikens that she was holding. She had somehow regained a bit of chakra while she was lying on the ground and craving the target board on the trunk. After she was sure that she had channeled enough chakra into the kunais and shurikens, she threw the at the trunk, aiming them at the middle of the target board. The kunais bore through at least three inches of the trunk and the shurikens at least two inches. Ayumi smiled but then suddenly winced at the pain at the sides of her mouth. I need to get mom to take a look at this she thought as she touched both of her cheeks. She walked over to the trunk and picked up her weapons, put them back in her pouch, and went home.

TAIJUTSU SPECIALTY TRAINING
Ayumi woke up, her eyes trained at the ceiling of her room, staring at it. After a few seconds, her eyes widened as she stared at the ceiling. She quickly got up in a sitting position and glanced at her calendar. Her eyes lingered at it for a few seconds. Then, she jumped out of her bed, grabbed a towel and ran towards the bathroom. About fifteen minutes later, she was out of the bathroom after taking a shower, including shampooing her hair, and brushing her teeth. She walked out of the bathroom and glanced at the window in her room. Hmm...it looks like its going to be a sunny day today... she thought as she looked at her window, studying the sun that was just about to rise. She walked towards her closet and opened it. She looked around in it as she pulled out a red skirt. Ayumi quickly slipped in it. Then, she pulled out a tight, white, tank top and put it on. She walked towards her dressing table and took her pouches and her headband. Then she ran out of her room and down the stairs.
Ayumi entered the kitchen and saw her father and brother already wide awake having breakfast and chatting with each other. They stopped talking as they saw her. "Good Morning." Ayumi said, smiling at both of them. They answered her back. Ayumi walked towards her brother. "Hey, do you wanna train with me today?" she asked. "Sure." her brother, Takeshi said. A wide smile broke on Ayumi's face as her brother said that. "Yay! Thank you so much!" she said as she bent down to hug him around his shoulder. Takeshi laughed. "Hey Daddy, do you wanna come with us?" Ayumi asked her father. "Yeah, sure. Of course I want to." her father said. Ayumi's smile turned into a huge grin. She ran towards her father and hugged him. "Thank you so so much daddy!" she said. Her dad smiled and touched her head. "But first you have to have your breakfast." he said. "oh yeah of course." Ayumi replied, laughing.
After having breakfast, they all went out of the house and walked towards the training grounds. While walking, Ayumi took out her headband and tied it around her head, just behind her long bangs which frames her face. Then, she rummaged around in her pouch and took out a hairband. She then quickly braided her long, straight, black hair, into a loose, side braid. Then, they hurried towards the training grounds. Once they reached it, they started doing stretches to warm their muscles up. Then, they started to run. Ayumi tried to keep up with her dad and Takeshi, but of course, they were way too fast. After fifty laps, Ayumi was slightly panting, but kept on running. Her dad and Takeshi were still running, not even slightly panting or looking tired. After a hundred laps, Ayumi was breathing heavily. She kept on running. After another fifty, she nearly fell on the ground, but seemed to be able to caught herself from falling. She continued running another fifteen laps before collapsing to the ground. Her dad and Takeshi walked over to her. Takeshi seemed to panting slightly, but her dad seemed to look as if he didn't even run two hundred laps.
Ayumi took a deep breath and stood up. "Why don't we have a spar?" her dad asked. "Ooohhh! That's a great idea!" Ayumi said. Takeshi nodded. Her father smiled and said, "Okay so why don't you two spar and I'll be the referee?" he said. Ayumi and Takeshi nodded at the same time to him. They looked at each other and grinned. Their father walked towards a tree and leaned against it. Ayumi walked towards the center of the training grounds and Takeshi followed her. They stood there, looking at each other. Then, Ayumi started to run towards Takeshi, but not at her full speed. Once she was a few feet away from him, she drew out her kunai and placed it horizontally across her chest. Takeshi pulled out his kunai as Ayumi got nearer and nearer to him.
There was a loud clanging sound as their kunai got into a gridlock. Takeshi grinned at Ayumi. Ayumi looked and smiled at him mischievously. Both of their kunais shook slightly as both of them used their strength to try and break the deadlock. She lessened the force that she used against her brother's kunai and was sent a foot away from Takeshi, her feet sliding on the ground. Ayumi gave up because she knew that she couldn't hold it any longer. She grinned and ran away from him. She leaped up a tree and hid between the leaves.
She saw her brother disappeared. Ayumi looked around for any sign of him. She stood up on the tree branch. Then suddenly, Takeshi appeared behind her. Ayumi gasped as she sensed him there. She swiftly turned around, but was a tad late. Takeshi grinned his usual grin at her as he streched his arms out and pushed her from the tree and off the branch. Ayumi stared in disbelief at him, her mouth a bit open as if she was about to say something to him.
Ayumi was still staring at her brother as she fell off the tree. Everything seemed so slow then, as if she was in some kind of a time lapse. She saw her dad, sitting on the ground, leaning against the tree with his arm crossed, looking at her. Ayumi looked at him. Suddenly, her eyes widened and everything sped up. Everything blurred as she kept on falling. Ayumi turned her body around so that it was facing the ground, so that she could see how far away the ground was from her. Ayumi streched out her arms as she came closer and closer towards the ground. Her brain was working normally, like it always should. Ayumi arched her body upright, head first, her body vertical, looking as if she was going to dive. She felt the grass below her hands as she landed. Ayumi balanced her body, which was pretty easy since she was sligthly built and wasn't really heavy. Ayumi slightly bent her arm down and pushed herself up to her feet, her slender body arched beautifully as she slowly got to her feet.
Ayumi stood up straight and looked up at her brother. They both grinned at the same time. A few seconds passed and they both disappeared, running towards each other at full speed. They both drew out their kunai and channelled it with chakra. As Medical is her specialty, channelling chakra to her kunai felt easy. She was trained to heal wounds and in order to do that, one must be able to channel a specific amount of chakra to heal a would according to how deep it is. Ayumi and her brother, Takeshi, crashed into each other, their kunais clanging and ended up in a gridlock, shaking a bit as they both try to push each other away. Ayumi could tell that her brother wasn't using his full strength. She backed off and dropped her kunai on purpose. It landed with a clang on the ground. She then took both of her pouches and dropped it. As the pouches hit the ground, the items and weapons strewed all over. "How about we fight without weapons?... Just to test our raw strength..." she said, looking at him with an eyebrow raised. "I know that you're holding back..." she started and shrugged her shoulders before continuing, "And I just wanna tell you that you don't have to or should because... It would really help me if you don't."
Ayumi smiled, " I know what you are capable of." She knew she was taking a risk by asking him the question. She knew that if he uses his full strength, he would have been able to sent her flying across the training grounds, at least three yards away. Ayumi took a deep breathe and waited for him to answer. A few seconds passed before Takeshi answered her question; "Sure... We'll see what you can do." He said smiling at her and started to discard his weapons. After he was done, Ayumi smirked and ran towards him at full speed. She pulled up her fist, aiming to punch his stomach. She watched as Takeshi looked at her, standing still, as if watching her; watching like a bird would watch its prey. What is he up to? she questioned herself as her pace slowed down a bit. Her brother was, in fact, watching every one of her moves, watching how she ran, how she pulled up her arm and balled her fist, how she was reacting towards what he was doing, how she suddenly slowed down....
Whatever! she said to herself. Just go and attack him! and with that, she channeled her chakra into her fist and sped up. As she reached him, she thrusted her fist towards his stomach and along with that a kick towards his legs and a series of kicks towards his stomach. Takeshi was of course, able to dodge the punch and kicks, ending up only getting a weak kick at his stomach. "That's it? That's all that you've got?" He asked her sister, in a provoking manner. As she heard it, her face turned in a blink of the eye. One minute she was determined, and the other minute, it was dark and cloudy. She faced the ground, he long, side, bangs flopping over her face, especially around her eyes. "I will show you what I've got... I will... Show you...", She said in a low voice and started to channel her chakra towards both of her arms and legs. Ayumi distributed her chakra equally into her limbs, making sure she has enough chakra to stay conscious and alive.
A few second later, her body was lightly covered in her blue chakra. There was a slight hint of chakra engulfing her body, especially around her limbs. It wasn't exactly visible, but it was visible enough for someone to sense and see it. She started to walk away from her brother, Takeshi. She then stopped after a minute and faced her opponent, who was only two yards away from her. A few seconds passed and she disappeared.
Ayumi ran as fast as she could towards Takeshi. Now, that her legs are channelled with chakra, her speed was enhanced by a little making her after than before. She pulled up her arms, balled her fist and pulled it back, positioning it a few inches away from her shoulder. As she neared him, she took a deep breathe and punched his stomach, followed by a kick to the side of his leg, a series of kicks towards his stomach, and decided to finish it off with a kick to the side if his head. Takeshi was able to dodge most of it, only getting hit by a punch and a series of kicks. Although he was able to dodge most of it, he was badly hit, as Ayumi's attacks were enhanced by her chakra. Takeshi smiled and looked up at the sky, "Hey, I got to go right now. I have a mission. I'm sorry." With that he disappeared. Oh great! Ayumi thought to herself and started walking. But it's not his fault, I guess... Or maybe he just said that because he wanted to get out of here because I'm such a bad sparring partner. Ayumi shrugged her shoulders and head towards where her dad was supposed to be.
Sorry, I have an emergency meeting ^_^' . I'll see you at home! Ayumi stared at the paper that was stuck with a kunai on the tree branch. She plopped herself down on the ground and sigh with exasperation, Great! Now both of them are gone! she thought as she looked around the training grounds. "That means I have to be independent then...", she muttered to herself, her lips forming a pout. Ayumi pulled herself up and looked at the tree. She walked towards it and started to punch it alternately with both of her fists to test her physical strength. Personally, she was never good in taijutsu. She has more experience in the chakra department which includes medical ninjutsu and sensory as well which requires a good chakra control. Ayumi kept on punching the tree trunk, wincing every time her fists hit the trunk. She watched as her fists started to turn red. She would mentally tell herself to hold on and keep on going with what she was doing. She pushed herself to the max and punched the trunk even harder than before. After half an hour of punching the trunk, Ayumi stopped, panting slightly. She looked at her hands, sore and red. "Now, come on.", she muttered under her breath and started to kick the sides of the trunk with her right leg. After ten kicks, she stopped and switched to her left leg, continuing to kick for another ten kicks.
Ayumi stopped, still panting, and took a deep breath. C'mon, you can do this. she thought. She started to kick the sides of the trunk, alternating both of her legs. As she was kicking, she came up with a rhythm in her head. A minute later, she was laughing while kicking the trunk. To everyone else, it might have seem weird and would probably think that she was crazy, but to her, it was fun. She could feel the adrenaline pumping through her veins. She laughed as she continued kicking the tree trunk for half an hour before stopping. Although she was panting, a wide, happy smile was on her face.
After a minute of standing there, doing nothing, Ayumi started to punch the tree again, first with her right fist, punching right in the middle of the trunk, followed with her left fist, punching the same spot. Her right leg then would come after that, kicking the right side of the trunk, followed by her left leg, kicking the left side of the trunk. She would do this nonstop for two hours, alternating between her right fist, then her left fist, succeeded by her right leg and finished off with her left leg.
After two hours, Ayumi plopped down to the ground, panting quite heavily. She looked at her hand, turning it over to look at her palms. They were sore and bright red. She then looked at her feet, moving then a bit. They were in the same condition as her hands were; sore and bright red. She turned her head to look at the spots on the tree trunk where she kicked and punched. They were a little dent, about two inches in and no more. "Well... Better than nothing.", she said to herself, shrugging her shoulders.
Ayumi walked a few feet away from the tree and stretched her strained and tired muscles. She looked up at the sky and smiled. Time to go home...
