It takes approximately one second for the actions to occur, Viper Kamu Uchiha, and Kurisu Ametsuchi now appearing within Konohagakure no Sato's hospital, with use of his STDS his brother was alerted to prepare the hospital thus giving them a private hospital wing, and the best staff, Echo requested to stand guard.
Viper releases the Raikage's hand as the two now stand in the hospital room, there is two beds alongside each other, a curtain ready to be drawn between them, the medical corps waiting at the door for instructions, Viper causes his form to blur slightly followed by the swirling patern as his warfan and war armor is stored within his STM dimension, Viper sits back on the bed on the right to prepare, if the Raikage takes his position as well the medical corpse would make their way towards them to begin the process, the curtain being drawn between them.
Once the curtain is drawn Viper makes a second request of the medical corpse through use of a private STDS, he forms the clone seal while in bed as his kage bunshin steps forth from the smoke, it grabs two syringes, two jars, and a scalpel and is gone in a swirl, he is off to fetch the selected "Materials" from storage, the following is brought back, two syringes filled with blood, one from Takisho Senju, and one from Killik Terumi, and only one jar returns, within it is that of a Rinnegan eye removed from the Akatsuki members corpse, the items are handed over to the medical corpse before the clone vanishes in a puff of smoke, the items instructed to be implanted in a specific way.
Viper chuckles a bit, "Are you ready for this Kurisu?" His voice full of excitement.

Depending upon the Raikage's answer the medical corpse begin, Viper being put under for surgery due to the amount of implants, the body sedated for safety, his eyes are removed and placed in to an open jar of preservation liquid
, the Raikages eyes if removed by this time would replace Vipers own within his head as such with the Raikage if allowed, medical bandages wrapped around both of their heads to conceal them from the light while they heal, although this is all the Raiakge would go through Viper experiences much more, an IV is inserted within each of his arms as the blood from Takisho, and the blood from Kilik is merged with his own, medical ninjutus used to help the blood merge and not fight against each other thus suppliyng Viper with Senju and Terumi dna through a successful blood fusion, lastly comes the final operation, Viper's headband is slid upwards exposing his forehead, with the utmost precision his forehead is sliced horizontally making an opening, the Rinnegan eye placed upon the center of the opening as with expert medical jutsu the opening shifts itself to support an eye even with a functioning eyelid, bandages are placed around it and the headband slid back in place to hide this eye from the world as were his orders.
Viper's surgery is finished with a strange request that was mentioned before being put under, an exact quote of the Tenkage being brought up,"Don't worry about the little specks of chakra in the air. They are simply leftovers of a jutsu. They will bring no harm to you." Viper in an efforto preserve his life from even the smallest of threats has the Medical corpse check him out as well, with use of special medical ninjutsu the "Lanterns" are removed from Viper's body without harm, the IV's and the like removed to complete his surgery.
The medical corpse finished with their job now clean up this involves disposing of all blood stained tools, cloth, etc. in the incinerator as was Vipers orders as well, Viper set to wake up only a few minutes after surgery, once he does he still feels a bit groggy, his head turns to Kurisu's location unable to see him but his senses tell him tha the is there, "How ya doin' buddy?" His voice sounds groggy and slightly altered as if the man is high from being put under, the effect set to fade swiftly.

He was ready to begin the process without another word, laying down on a medical bed and denying sedatives, although he accepted pain relievers for the procedure. During the surgery, he could still feel faint pain and was strapped down in order to prevent too much struggling, although he could still easily break free if needed for some reason. During this time, Viper's eyes were placed into his eye sockets after his own eyes were removed and placed in Viper. During this time, the medical ninja had done him a favor, checking his body for certain impurities and discovering a strange presence of chakra through his body that was not normal and removed them, unknown to him or the medics was the fact that these chakra pieces were placed into him by Zachariah. With the mildly painful procedure finished, his eyes were bandaged and he laided in bed. After Viper woke up and spoke to him, he lookd over at Viper feeling his chakra. "I'm good, how about you? We're to the point of needing to recover now." he said, almost sounding disappointed at the last part.

"Well I got that part covered" He says with a soft chuckle, "Echo, if you will?" His brother has been instructed to ensure the safety of the two Kage while in their recovery stage by sending both of them to his own personal STM Dimension, on request Viper has asked to have the area set up so the two will have plenty to do during recovery.

Echo stands in the corner making sure the procedures go according to plan even going as far as to threaten the medical staff with a visit to Konoha's T&I if anything went wrong based on old grudges, Echo silently marvels at the perseverance the Raikage shows through the surgery gaining some respect for the slightly older male, as they begin to speak Echo steps forward stopping several feet from the trays all his gear in place as he was prepared for a fight, he speaks "Hokage-Sama, Raikage I've prepared a place for you to rest in a secure location I'd be honored if you would allow me to defend you" Echo says in his normal emotionless 'Captain Kitsune' tone letting a bit of respect leak into his tone at addressing the Raikage...which would no doubt amuse Viper, Viper and the Raikage if he accepts the offer are pulled into Echo's world of green and vibrant blue a peaceful dimension built up of only a wide expanding green field and deep blue skies with clouds floating along...a true Shangri la to Echo a Table and two soft cushioned recliners made available to Echo's esteemed guests.

Echo arrives a moment later dropping a deck of cards onto the desk with a chuckle to leave the two with something to do leaving a Shadow clone in place to act as their assistant until further notice.

He couldn't see anything, but he could feel a large chakra presence enter the area. "Yes, go ahead and put us in a 'safe' spot" he said casually, waiting nothing more than for this recovery process to be over with rather quickly. Within seconds he is put into a different world and waits for Viper to start things off as they wait to be able to use their new eyes.

Viper hears his brothers words, he always gets a kick out of his business talk, a guise put on by Echo while in work mode, Viper allows himself to transcend this world and in to Echo's own, Viper landing upon the recliner with a smirk, "Now it's the fun part!" Vipe says with a tone full of sarcasm.

Echo chuckles shaking his head as he turns away and begins walking off "Enjoy your stay Hokage-Sama, Raikage" He says before vanishing...he still has some work to do after all paperwork isn't gonna do itself not to mention the ANBU records and the ANBU selection course needs revamping, He sighs as he appears back in his office inside the ANBU barracks positioned at {Comment Redacted} sitting at his desk sliding open Konoha's Shinobi files past and present as he begins sorting through them to memorize faces, names and abilities and then picking up the Missing-Nin files from Kumogakure gifted by the Raikage at an earlier date to once again refresh himself on the faces and abilities.
