On the hospital roof [Navi, Lightwind]

Evens entered the roof of the Hospital, being on the roof where only Him and Navi could hear each other.
Evens felt the breeze and the thin air, Evens waould look at Navi.
''Is there something you want?'' he would ask Navi, he was confused why they should go up to the roof. Evens didn't know what happened, he was still confused and shocked about Primrose's accident, if it was an accident, either way, Evens was still confused and only noticed Navi standing there, nothing else ...

''Is there something you want?''

Navi turned around to face Evens, about 5 meters between them. He created a clone of himself which seemingly teleported behind Evens in a flash of speed so incredible that the human eye wouldn't register it. It would be almost impossible for Evens to notice until he heard the voice. The clone would hold a kunai in his right hand to Even's neck. "If you resist, I'll kill you," it said. The clone was easily twice as fast as Evens and would be able to react faster if Evens tried to move or resist.

The original Navi flicked his wrists and two kunai fell into each of his hands, attached to his finger tips by lengths of nearly invisible steel wires. Navi threw two kunai slightly (a meter from Even's shoulder length) left of Evens, and two kunai slightly right, manipulating the trajectory of all four wires to cut off any possible escape routes and bind him tightly. The wires would wrap him from both arms all the way to his feet, effectively lassoing him. These wires would be impossible to dodge in all but the most extreme circumstances because of the short distance between the two of them. With the clone there however, even the slightest twitch of muscle would be interpreted as an attempt to evade the wires, and the clone would react. If Evens submitted, and did not resist, then the clone would dissipate.

A small "V" appeared in Navi's eyes which allowed him to see Evens' chakra network clearly. If he built up any chakra to perform a jutsu, Navi would sense it and interpret it as resistance or an escape attempt, allowing the clone to react before Evens could even perform a handsign.
"I'm sorry Evens," Navi said quietly before speaking authoritatively.

"By order of the Fire Nation, I place you under arrest for violating border regulations."

At this time Viper makes his way through the door to the roof, his eyes take in htis pleasent sight, the issue has already been dealt with.
Viper makes his way towards Navi stopping at his left, "I see you had to same idea I did." Vipers eyes now a deep shade of crimson with highly complex designs gaze forth upon Evens, "What do you want here cloud ninja? You are on my land without paperwork, or invitation, this is illegal infiltration of my borders which is punishable by death. Speak fast." Viper's eyes are narrowed, his anger returning once more.

[I had been in Konoha in a looooooong time, but i'll RP anyway ...]
Evens looked at the to Shinobi, Viper, the Hokage, and Navi, his old friend now Jounin rank. Evens then understood he was not welcome here. Even would then open his mouth to speak, his one arm would reach upon his mouth mask, seeing if the clone would react and not let Evens take his mouth mask down to speak normally, but anyhow, Evens would still try to see if he just could get his mouth mask donw in respect of the higher rank shinobis.
''I've been here for a loong time, here in Konoha. If i'm not welcome i'll leave as fast as possible'' Evens wound say and look strict at them both, his life was in his mouth and intelligence. What to do? Why am i not welcome here since I've been on a vacation here for a long time Evens would think while lloking at the 2 shinobi.

Navi's clone saw no tense muscle movements and therefore did not get provoked and attack. Navi himself also sensed no chakra being built up, and allowed Evens to ever so slowly remove his mask. Navi thought he had seen Evens in Konoha for a long time, but that didn't change the fact that he was technically an enemy shonobi. As Evens removed his mask Navi's wires lassoed him entirely. Evens seemed willing, but this was a necessary precaution. Now he couldn't get free even if he wanted to. Navi held the wires tight with his fingers. Because Evens was now completely trapped, Navi's clone dissipated.

Around the same time the Hokage himself emerged from the door and entered onto the roof. "What do you want here cloud ninja? You are on my land without paperwork, or invitation, this is illegal infiltration of my borders which is punishable by death. Speak fast."

Navi bowed his head slightly and respectively towards Viper, but never took his eyes off of Evens and never let up on his grip. Navi held Evens firmly with the wires, and waited for Viper to pass judgement on him.

[So, your just camping out in my village and never going home? I only see you do a sparring topic in the forest, should I of known you were still here I would of sent you back to Kumo a while ago tbh.]

Viper does not ever recall the boy being here, why would he be here for so long? Why wouldn't he go home? This did not bode well with Viper, with his eyes already in their perfected state it takes but a glance, the Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu putting the boy in a deep trance.
If this is successful viper walks towards the boy and casts a nod towards Navi, he grasps evens by the shoulder as both of them vanish in a swirl, their new location being that of the Raikage's office.

Navi twitched his fingers when Viper nodded at him, letting the wires fall off of him as Evens was now under Viper's genjutsu. Navi went to go check on Prim to walk her home, as she would most likely need assistance going home. As Viper vanished with Evens in a swirl, Navi walked back downstairs into the hospital.
