Viper's eyes are fixed upon the uncle who at this time should be beedling furiously within the veil of chakra, but a familiar voice rings out, his head whips to the wide as his three eyes take in Akina's form, he hears her challenge him, but then he hears her saddened words, after all this she still cared for this pathetic piece of trash?
Viper growls slightly, the chakra begins rapidly retract, the leech gap fading from the veil as within an instant the uncles throat is tightly clenches in that of Viper's left palm, fragments of clothing remain on the male as his exposed skin is heavily burned with blood flowing from the savage wounds some exposing the very bones of the ninja.
Regrettably he releases the man who is on the very verge of death, his form left to impact the ground falling on his back, Viper leans over him, "Now worm, beg for your nieces forgiveness, for she is the one that stopped be from going any further." The veil around viper slowly fades, Viper spits upon his chest and turns to walk away thinking over his actions, also wondering why she still cared for trash that treated her like shit and even tried to kill her.
Viper feels the cool air upon his exposed forehead, as well as his extra vision, realizing now that his secret is exposed, quickly he retrieves his headband from the ground and ties it firmly around his forehead.
With the malice absent the area seems to calm itself, the tremors slowly rumbling to the point the earth stills, the winds easing to a gradual breeze, the raining slowing to but a soft drizzle.
Viper's eyes are still cold as he begins to walk away.

Akina's uncle coughed roughly. He blinked once or twice, there was too much pain to think straight. "My...niece." He smiled at Akina warmly. "I-"

"I forgive you." Her words were heartfelt, but colder than normal. Her aunt had come out to begin attending to her husband's wounds. Tatsu stuck behind her and offered to stay with them as their heir. Akina's aunt was crying, and nodding her head.

"H-Hokage...sama." Akina's voice was weaker than normal. She thought about going to the hospital until she remembered that Viper had something to say to her family. She walked to him as haughtily as she could without trying to look wounded. She went to smack him, her eyes were hard and cold. There was a smile on her face, though. "The smack's for going waaaay too far, but that lout finally learned his place." Her voice was raspy. "Thanks for being there...but, don't you have something to tell them?" She knew to not bring up what she saw until later. She vowed to keep the things she saw tonight a secret.

Viper hears her weak voice, the soft foot steps that even a child would know are from a wounded individual due to the awkward pace fill his ears as well.
Viper stops, he turns to face her but just as he does his eyes view her palm come forth in a slowed fashion.
Viper could easily dodge, infact with his speed mixed with his eyes he could do much more than that but alas he allows her motion to go through, her palm impacts his left cheek but Viper does not move, his skin not even reddening in the slightest, infact his natural durabiity bound to make the girls hand sting just by making impact.
He hears her words, he hears how she mentions this slap as a "Punishment", this brings a soft smile to his lips and a slight chuckle.
Viper looks towards her family, he takes a step forward as his left arm wraps around her hip and pulls her close to him.
"I am taking Akina to live with me, she is to be my future wife. The wife of the head of the Uchiha clan, and the Hokage of Konohagakure no Sato."
Viper's eyes retain their god like state while he watches them waiting for a response to his words, it is not like they could stop him, in fact after his display of power it would be foolish to even talk back to him, but alas he gives them the option to speak out their views on his words for Akina's sake.

Akina winced slightly at the fact that she had just smacked the Hokage, and most of the people present tried to stop her. She smirked as Viper smiled and then she ended up wincing again. She was almost sure that the smack had hurt her more than it had him, but because he humbled himself despite his strength, she was able to smile.

As he spoke, her aunt went wide-eyed, and her uncle chuckled slightly, before coughing because of his wounds. Tatsu merely bowed to them both redpectfully and said, "It will be a pleasure working with you in the future, and I wish you the best of luck." His was calm. Her aunt merely waved her away, as she was still tending to her husband's wounds, and her uncle slowly gave his blessing. "Son...I know you will care for her, please, feel free to visit whenever you'd like, since you'll be family soon." He smiled.

Viper hears their words, the child he pays only the slightest attention towards due to mostly his dormant jealously that they were to be wed before Viper met her.
He watches as the aunt merely shoos them away, his eyes narrow but the slow weak words of the man he just tortured to the brink of death shock him, his eyes widening a bit after just receiving his blessing, Viper does not know what to say.
He offers a soft nod as he turns pulling her along with him while his arm is still around her taking her to his home, the two bound to be walking down the deserted streets of Konohagakure no Sato to reach their destination in the Okinaga District.

Akina stood very still for a moment. She couldn't believe what she was hearing, but she was happy. The girl looked over to Viper and smiled, though she was blushing furiously from the fact that his hand was gripping his hip. At this, her aunt laughed and winked suggestively and her uncle suggested that she leave poor Akina alone. Akina nodded slowly, and the nod turned into a bow that was low, and then Tatsu sent them away.

As she followed Viper's pulling that was gentle, she complied with some ease, and she began to wonder what her new home was going to be like. "Well, both of us seemed to survive that..." Her voice lingered slightly, wondering what to do, but in the end, she decided to silently walk with him for a while.
