Seth awoke he was laying in bed his long brown hair was messy and he could feel his arms, Seth looked at the clock next to him it had read '3:00 AM' he knew this was the perfect time to begin his training but first it was time to wake up and get ready. Seth flipped the blanket off him and slid his feet out from underneath the sheets. His body sat up and aligned with his feet he then lifted his body up into standing position. He looked across his room at the blue door in his home. He walked to it a turned the handle pushing forward opening the door leading to his bathroom. Seth continued threw his daily processes and then came out a hour later. He was clean and dressed in his usual ninja clothing. He walked to the down stairs portion of his home to enter his kitchen. He grabbed a small protein bar and a glass a milk and ate quickly. He then walked over to his homes front door and then left on his way to the training fields.
Seth walked out to the far end of the village and counted "3...2...1...GO!" Seth took off he was dead sprinting he could feel the wind against his face he knew that he could do it set a amazing time for him to surpass later. He continued sprinting past all the store Konohagakure had to offer. He saw a groceries store, a book store, a ninja items shop and even the pet store as he flew by sprinting as fast as he could nothing in Konohagakure could stop his training. He sprinted so much that a pain began to appear in his lower right side he knew he had to sprint through it he felt like thousands of needles were entering his hip ripping into his muscle.
Seth kept running he couldn't bare the pain but he had to it was for Konohagakure he couldn't let them fall any farther behind he knew that he would be the sole protector of this beautiful culture. He had to make sure that he lived long enough to see the village grow into a prosperous land. He had to be the one who would restore balance into this village. He kept pushing it running through when he pasted the pole at the end of his run he stopped instantly pulled out a kunai and carved Seth in the pole next to it he carved 1.0 minutes on to the pole then he walked over to the plains in the training field. He pulled out a second kunai with his left hand. He threw the kunai into the sky about 30 foot each and waited knowing they would fall at astounding rates of speed he looked back down then straight ahead and stepped to the left. The first kunai land right where he was standing. He jumped to the right as the last kunai fell to the ground. Seth reached down picking up his kunai and returning them to his kunai pouch.
Seth wanted to prove himself for the upcoming Mission. He then kicked with his right foot straight under the dummies chin. He brought his right elbow down on it immediately afterwards. He then grabbed its head and brung it in slamming it of his left knee. He then returned to punching it at full speed but instead of just punching he began throwing kicks in to the equation. He couldn't allow any vital point be untouched. He began to aim for all the vital points in the body of the dummy. He then walked away from the dummy to take a break. Seth walked over and sat under a maple tree, he took his right hand and reached in to his item pouch and rustled around till he found a little black box. He pulled the box out and placed them in his lap, He used his left index finger and thumb to unlatch the box opening it to see a sandwich. He clapped his hands together and said a prayer before beginning to dig in to the sandwich. Once Seth finished he turned and faced the pond and ran diving in to swim once more. He began swimming moving his arms left, right, left, right ,left ,right.... he continued this pattern till he reached the other side. He took a small breather to regain his breath , then he began swimming back. He started left arm, right arm, left ,right ,left and so on. Seth reached the other side and got out of the pond. He looked down seeing his clothes were still there and walked toward the stumps.He placed his left foot back facing forward on the ball of the foot. He then placed the right foot in line with his front shoulder keeping this foot on the ball as well. He then looked up at the trees and counted to ten. He reached ten and exploded out sprinting full speed at the trees. He then began to pick his speed up to maximum. He ran so fast his right side had began to give him pain. He then began to sweat increasingly as he forced himself passed his limit. He reached the trees and stopped taking a break.He reached with his right hand into the item pouch he had on the back of his belt and pulled out a energy drink and chugged it down. He then returned the can to his pouch and began to count how far the stumps were from the trees. He counted a full mile between them. Seth began to assume position placing his left foot back facing forward on the ball of the foot. He then placed the right foot in line with his front shoulder keeping this foot on the ball as well. He counted to ten then rushed off. He began sprinting at 80% of his full speed. He began to speed up as he knew speed would be key to any victory in life. He then reached full 100% speed his side began to act up again. He continued to run through the pain he knew he could let it stop him. He stopped quickly as he had reached his destination. He walked over to his clothes on the ground and put his pants back on over top his shorts re-zipping them and buttoning them. He then lifted his shirt placing back on over his abs. He then walked over to the edges of the training grounds and looked around before walking off the training field.
