A Spar With Xuro [HATSUGEN'S INVITE ONLY, NO KILL]

Hatsugen woke up bright and early, feeling invigorated and ready for some training. He had never tried sparring on the village borders before, he had always just trained with people in his own village, but today he was going to try something new. Hatsugen threw on some Foamposite Galaxies, some jeans, a Burberry plaid flannel, a white G-shock and a Supreme black leather peacoat, as he left, he strapped his Heaven's Sorrow Ninjato to his back with the handle poking up over his left shoulder. His outfit was a bit discombobulated today, but he didn't mind, he was just out for a casual spar. Hatsugen left his house, saying goodbye to his mother, and began the long walk to the country borders where he was hoping to spar with a shinboi from another village. He had not really come across any shinobi from other villages before and he was eager to find out what it was like. He arrived at the border of Sunagakure in around 2 hours, the sun was just making it's way to the midpoint of the sky. He had never been to Suna before and was eager to find out what it was like. Hatsugen had anticipated arriving in the early morning when the desert breeze was chilly, hence his choice to wear a coat. However, seeing that it was now around noontime, the desert was getting very hot. Hatsugen took off his coat and layed it in the sand. He rolled up the sleeves of his shirt and strapped the Ninjato to his back in the same position as before. He waited for a shinobi that looked in the mood for a spar to show up.

Xuro jumped up from his bed. He looked at his watch it was soo late. He had over slept. He was suppose to meet a Kiri ninja for a spar by the borders. He still had to go along way to meet the ninja and it was already so late. He got dressed with his normal clothes and looked out the window. The sun shun brightly at its peak. He could feel today was going to be very hot. So instead of wearing his normal large jacket over, he just left it behind at home. The short sleeved top was good enough. He wore some sunglasses as the walk in the desert would be long and very hot. Not to add that he the sun would be directly at him the whole way. He ran out of the house and quickly grabbing his kunais before leaving. He ran as fast as he could till he finally reached the meeting place. Once he had reached it, he looked around and there was the Kiri ninja. He ran up to him. "Hey sorry I'm a bit late. I over slept!" Xuro said, panting heavily

Hatsugen saw a Suna ninja approach, running towards him. The boy looked about his age, he seemed to be an academy student like Hatsugen. He stopped and started panting heavily, telling Hatsugen that he was sorry he was late. Hatsugen grinned a bit at the boy in front of him he looked very disheveled. "Hey, you must be Xuro. I'm Hatsugen, shall we spar?" Hatsugen decided to skip small talk, there was time for that later; he wanted to accomplish the purpose for which he came. Besides, he wanted to find out how strong Suna shinobi were. He would draw his Ninjato with his write hand. For some reason, he had a very good relationship with his sword, whenever he drew it he felt invigorated and physically enhanced. He felt that it made him a better ninja. He would charge towards the boy called Xuro with his sword in his right arm which would be extended next to him while he charged. When he got to the boy he would hop up in the air and raise his sword above his head. He would make it look like he was going to slash down across the boys chest, but at the last second he would land behind Xuro instead of going through with the slash. When behind Xuro, he would slam him in the back of the neck with his right fist, the one holding the sword. He would then aim a roundhouse kick at the boy's temple. It would be unlikely for the boy to anticipate these moves, as Hatsugen would have made it look like he was going to slash while in mid-air but would change his position at the end and execute the aforementioned combo.

Xuro was panting heavily the boy said, "Hey, you must be Xuro. I'm Hatsugen, shall we spar?" Xuro thought to him self that his guy don't like to chit chat, he gets down very quickly. Xuro liked him goes actions speaks lot louder than words and although Xuro still never learnt any jutsus or techniques, he was willing to get down and start the spar. He just hoped that his hand-to-hand combat is good or else he will catch a hiding.
Xuro replied, "yes I am, ok Hatsugen, sure!" Xuro was still trying to recover his breathe and just stood up breathing slowly recovering his breathe. Hatsugen seemed to have started very quickly and caught Xuro by surprise. Hatsugen pulled out his ninjato with his right hand and came charging at Xuro. Hatsu jumped up in the air and raised his sword above his heading aiming to slash Xuro across his chest. Xuro was caught by surprise and jumpled backwards pulling out a kunai in the nick of time trying to block the attack but some how Hatsu didn't strike him but instead jumped behind. Xuro was about to turn around when Hatsu hit him with his right fist on the back of his neck. Xuro's neck snapped back and he let out a yelp in pain. Lucky for him when his neck snapped back he caught a glimpse of Hatsu lifting his kick for what appeared to be a high round house kick. Xuro quickly lunged forward avoiding getting hit in the temple but instead getting hit at the back of his head. It wasn't as sore as it would have been if it hit his temple. Xuro quickly summer-salted foward and turned around. He held his head and neck tightly feeling the pain, "So you wanna be fast and act quickly! Ok fine by me." Xuro got up straight and got into a fixed stance, holding his kunai in his right hand and signalling for hatsu to come for him.

Hatsugen managed to hit Xuro with his punch, but Xuro jumped forward and managed to avoid his roundhouse kick. Since Xuro had only jumped forward about 2 meters, this would make it very easy to launch an attack quickly, as there was not much distance to clear. He would leap the 2 meters swiftly and he would attack Xuro right out of his somersault. Since Xuro would just be getting out of a somersault, it would be easy to catch him off guard. Just as Xuro stood up out of his somersault, Hatsugen would be upon him and aim an axe kick right at Xuro's chest, which since he would still be trying to catch his balance out of the somersault would very likely knock him to the ground if the kick hit. It would be extremely hard and almost impossible for Xuro to dodge such an attack right out of a somersault, most likely, he would not even have time to anticipate the attack. If Xuro were to fall on the ground, Hatsugen would fall upon him, his knees on Xuro's shoulders, pinning him to the ground and preventing him from raising his arms enough to strike Hatsugen. If all of this were to happen, Hatsugen would place the blade of the Ninjato on the boy's throat and say, "Well, it looks like I've won, but I don't want to end the spar this quickly. How about a let you go and you can make the first attack this time?" After saying this, Hatsugen would hop up and leap back about 5 meters, taking up a defensive stance with his blade drawn diagonally up and facing diagonally up to the left across his chest, his arms fully extended and the blade facing outwards. "Come on, show me what you've got," he would say to Xuro.

Xuro made the somersault and jus as he thought he got away from Hatsu's attacks when he turned around still recovering from his balance, he saw Hatsu coming at him with an axe kick to Xuro's chest. Xuro never had enough time to evade the kick. So as hatsu kicked Xuro in the chest, Xuro's arms being by his side how he was normally standing, Xuro had a chance just before he would crash to the ground. He took his right hand, which he held the kunai, and slit the kunai up into Hatsu's leg. Xuro made sure the wound wasn't vital so he just slit Hatsu up his leg and not anywhere else. After he had stabbed Hatsu with the Kunai, he came crashing down to the ground and hit his back hard against the ground. "This guy is good!" Xuro thought to himself. As he laid on the floor, Xuro secretly put his left hand behind his back into his pouch and pulled out another Kunai. He held out the Kunai behind his back ready if Hatsu did anything to Xuro while he was on the floor.

Hatsugen's combo succeded and he had Xuro pinned to the ground and his Ninjato to his neck. However, the boy was not going down without a fight, he managed to stab Hatsugen in the leg just as he got them to the ground. While he had Xuro pinned to the ground, he ripped the kunai out of his leg with the hand that wasn't holding his sword with a yelp of pain. The boy's persistence brought a grin to his face. "Hah, you certainly are feisty," he said "Let's continue this fight and see how far that can get you." With that, Hatsugen hopped off of the boy's chest and took up his defensive stance with his Ninjato. He decided not to let Xuro make the first move; he wanted to test the boy's persistence some more. He was starting to like the kid. Hatsugen threw the kunai with pinpoint accuracy at Xuro's stomach, as soon as it left his hand, Hatsugen charged full speed behind it, Ninjato extended to the side again. Xuro had no choice but to block or dodge the kunai, unless he wanted it to hit him. Even if the kunai did hit him, it would not go deep enough to kill him, but he might have to visit a hospital. If Xuro chose to try and dodge the kunai, Hatsugen would hop to whatever direction Xuro dodged in and jump off the ground, lifting his sword above his head as if he were going to slash downwards again. However, at the last second before he slashed downwards, Hatsugen would swing upwards with his right elbow, the elbow of the arm holding the sword. The back and flat part of the blade of the sword would rest over Hatsugen's shoulder and his elbow would swing upwards with the purpose of catching Xuro in the chin. This maneuver was to catch Xuro off guard again, as he would be trying to fake Xuro into looking upwards at the sword, leaving a blind spot for Hatsugen to hit with his elbow. Xuro would probably at the least stumble backwards with the force of this strike and Hatsugen would punch him in the chest, taking advantage of putting him off balance with the elbow strike. If Xuro were to try and block the attack with a kunai, Hatsugen would wait for their blades to meet and for Xuro to concentrate on the two swords connecting. This would leave a blind spot for Hatsugen to forcefully knee Xuro in the crotch, a very sensitive area. This would almost definitely catch Xuro off balance or cause him to grab the area in which Hatsugen would have just kneed him. Taking advantage of this, Hatsugen would strike Xuro in the chin with the heel of his left hand, probably causing him to stumble backwards again if not fall from being off balance from the first attack. If Xuro was merely off balance, Hatsugen would take advantage of the distraction of the previous attacks and aim a swift roundhouse kick to the boy's temple, which would almost definitely knock him to the ground if the attack connected.

Xuro was lying on the floor and Hatsu had him pinned to the ground. Xuro was still happy that he had dealt a major damage by injuring his leg. Xuro seen that hatsu let him go so Xuro got up quickly still keeping his hand behind his back. As soon as he got up, hatsu threw the kunai, that was stapped in his leg, at Xuro's stomach and came charging at him. Xuro right hand into his pouch and took out one more kunai. He took the left hand from behind his back and deflected the on-coming kunai with his kunai and then threw the kunai in his left hand at the charging Hatsu aiming for his chest and then leaped back 3 meters back to get some distance to recuperate

Due to the fact that Hatsugen was faster than Xuro with his Ninjato drawn by almost two times and that he had thrown the kunai at almost equally his speed, Hatsugen was directly in front of Xuro when he blocked the kunai that Hatsugen had thrown at him. When Xuro's kunai in his left hand made contact with the kunai Hatsugen had thrown, taking advantage of Xuro's concentration on his block and the noise made by the two blades crashing together, Hatsugen aimed a forceful knee strike to Xuro's crotch. This would almost definitely knock Xuro off balance, Hatsugen would then aim a strike with the heel of his hand to Xuro's chin. Xuro's head would snap back if this strike connected, allowing Hatsugen to quickly aim a roundhouse kick to his temple. If this combo were to succeed, Xuro would again be on the ground. Since Hatsugen was directly upon Xuro when he had blocked the kunai he had thrown, Xuro would not have had time to jump backwards before Hatsugen had executed his first attack, greatly increasing the chances of this combo succeeding.

Xuro had justed deflected of the on coming kunai when he saw Hatsu was right in front of him and hit him with his knee in his crotch. Xuro yelped in pain as the knee hit. Xuro fell off balance and then got strike with the heel of hatsu's hand up his chin causing his head to snap back. Hatsu then striked Xuro with a round house kick off Xuro's temple. Xuro felt diziness and saw the ground spinning, he blacked out for a few seconds and and fell hard on the ground. Xuro still re gaining consciousness, thought to himself, "oh crap I got such a hiding, how did that happen? I'm gonna need a major rest to recover from this spar!" Habee thought to himself as his head and whole body ached. "Ok you win!" Habee said to Hatsu.
