walking on his own with on his sword dark monarch he sits on a log. he pulls out dark monarch and begins sharping it.he stood when he heard foot steps. jumping into a tree to watch the people he heard going by him.leaning down he heard two different feet steps. he jumped down with dark monarch in hand. and pointed in the direction of the first enem y he had heard. seeing the one he heard first he lowered his sword bowing saying[ my name is maikeru what are your names.] looking he saw 2 people in shadows not sure who or what they wanted.

I was just outside of town, when I saw this odd kid. He seemed like small pickings until I saw that weird sword in his hand. I wondered if that could beat my new jutsu or my earth grudge fear. Probably not; I had been quite sure of myself for the past few days. I hoped he was a rogue shinobi, so that I could steal his heart and give myself more power. He jumped down from where he was at and bowed and introduced himself as Maikeru. I did likewise, and told him “I am Vitus, he of the Earth Grudge Fear. How are you today?” I readied myself for a conflict; that sword looked mighty sharp.

The day was young and the wind blew softly as the sun would rise above the horizon. The grounds were the royal family memorial tomb was built was a girl her back up against the gravestone of one of her ancestors. A cigarette between her lips as she would inhale deeply and exhale smoke through her nose. This girl had'long black hair and a scar on her left shoulder from a battle she had few years ago."Why is life so boring grandmother i bet it was fantastic in your time wasn't it you brought honor to the royal family"The girl would say as she talked to the gravestone. This girl was the fourth in decades to inherit the head of the family her name is Makina Hoshimura. At her side was a set of blades her prize of her family which showed her family crest. She would inhale once more as the smoke circulate through her body as she rub her fingers through her hair. She hates she would be wandering around here for a long time till the time is right for her to return as a split image of her grandmother Claire Revy Farron. Her attention would be drifted to the trees to her right as footsteps would be heard. She would sigh as she knew she had a nuisance to deal with most likely as the two foreign ninja appeared before her.

"My name is not important but what is....is why you two are here"she would say her back still against the grave as her hand touch her blades.

The other situations more or less can be described with a similar explanation to "No Kill"; "No Cap", "No Steal", etc. are all request made by the topic host, they do not restrict the entire topic attendants from doing said actions, but it is the host saying, "Please do not do this, I will not do it in return.".

looking at the girl that had spoken he noticed her weapons but even more so he had recognized the crest on them from the book he read in school. kneeling to a knee "princess i apologize did not know that was you." looking at the young man who had entered before the princess. pointing the sword at his throat "what are your plans here?" looking at him he looked weak but never under estimate your enemy. thats how he got the nasty scar on his left leg. thinking back to it he notice the young man looked at lot like the one who had gave him the scar. with a vage smirk he moved towards the young man attemping to shoving the boy to the ground if it works he winds on his back on the ground with Maikeru pointing the blade of his sword at his throat.then he would say "id stay down if i where you young man."looking at the boy he couldnt tell if he was scare or not. praying the boy stayed down so he woudnt have blood on his hand because all he is looking for is a spar.looking at the princess who was a good 4 feet away from him worried about if she attacked while his back was turned. looking back at the boy he moved the sword and extended a hand and said "i am looking for a spar not to kill that is all sorry but i wanted to intemidate you vetsu i am sorry".

Looking across the kid with the sword, he saw another person in the area, some girl. Although he was not quite sure who the heck this strange girl was, he did know two things: the first was that she was pretty, which was a bad thing. He had often heard the advice "the prettiest ones will stab you in the back." The second was that this boy had called her "princess". Hmm..... come to think of it, she could be that not-so-famous "princess Makina" he had heard of. That would mean that she would be physically weaker, but much, much faster. "A challenge", I thought. Suddenly, I was on the ground and the boy pointed the sword at my throat.... only to back down later and apologize.

"i am looking for a spar not to kill that is all sorry but i wanted to intemidate you vetsu i am sorry". Here, I became irritated for a couple of reasons: Firstly, it was kind of weird and illogical for a person to go "hey, I'm pointing a sword at your throat, which means I view you as a threat" then go "Oh, I'm sorry I was just trying to intimidate you." Secondly, my name was Vitus, not "Vetsu". It wasn't my fault that I had an odd name. However, he prevented himself from strangling the kid and corrected him.
"Vitus, not Vetsu. Besides, I have honor; I don't go around hunting and raping random ninja like some I've heard about." While he was talking, he noticed that both ninja had swords; that would be good. He would finally be able to test the limits of his new jutsu. He backed away a couple of steps and caught sight of a scar on his leg. He also noticed that the boy had some shortness of breath, which was a sign of some form of lung damage. "How did you come by that scar? And what happened to your lung?"

Makina would sigh as the two people who appeared before her was already annoying her from the start. Her back still agsinst the grave as she would turn her head to the side at the moment. Her eyes was fixed on the statue of her grandmother she would turn her head as she would be called princess. She would turn her head to the boy bowing before her she would sigh as she turned her head."you are?"she would say as she would stand up and walk to the statue her back turned away from the two boys. She was carrying the two blades she normally carried to the Alter placing them on top of it. Grabbing another of her Royal Blades Hoshi.Shirayuki her mothers legendary blade. Strapping it to her side as she was ignoring the two boys playing like kids. Her back would continue to be turned for them not to see anything. She would rise her hands as if she was praying but in truth she was making seals but that would be unknown to them. After she heard about one of them wanting to spar she couldn't help but smile ear to ear."a spar seem nice..shall we do this then?she would finally say with a fluent smooth voice like a princcess should have. This time she had to stay in control she couldn't lose herself to her other self.

I turned to the boy, who had introduced himself as Maikeru. He seemed to be of a somewhat volatile disposition, having bowed, then tackled, then apologized. "Better watch out", I said to him, "that odd girl over there had strange blades. That probably means she's a kenjutsu wielder. In general, swordsmen are fast. And what she's doing right now is strange and creepy." Indeed, it appeared as if the girl was praying to... her ancestor, maybe? Who knew? What mattered was that she was the most dangerous threat to me. I wondered what sort of element she was. Judging by her personality, it wasn't earth. I needed more hearts, so now was a perfect time. Then, she said "a spar seem nice..shall we do this then?" She sounded fluently smooth and confident. There was also some hint of regality. I readied myself for the conflict. My hope was that Maikeru would do something, so I could act upon that.

laughing at what vitus had said looking at the boy he said "my scar i got from my last spar i got stabbed in the leg with a kunai , and i dont have a lung problem." lifting his sword at vitus and asking " do you want to the first to taste my sword, i don't wish to kill anyone." with the word still in place he listened to the sounds of vitus's breathing it sounded a little shuddered from where he had been pushed to the ground. "i don't know much about you vitus but know this the sword in my hand is known as the dark monarch it is a very deadly weapon!" smirking even no matter what he wouldn't go down with out a fight.from the tone of voice vitus had used earlier he suddenly got a flash back to the first time his uncle had abused him the rage built with in him self to the point he barely could control it he finally snapped back to reality and stared at vitus. he gripped dark monarch in his hands tighter than he had been drawing it back into a fighting position. he was ready to draw blood and with the flash back so sudden in his mind. he ran at vitus bringing his left foot to the right jaw of vitus. trying to knock him out. hoping this wouldn't miss because he would follow up by slaming his foot on the elbow of vitus breaking shattering the elbow causing his arm to be useless.
