She awaited furthermore for the practicioner, unknown of what challenges she may have to face or which obstacles she may have to overcome. She brushed the small green komono she wore down, removing any practical form of dust on the piece of clothing. The maroon colored stripe along her nose, as the symbol of royalty for the Kinkotsu no Kaguya. Furthermore, she looked around the room. It was a rather grayish and escaped scenery choice, blackened shadows hidden in the facade of years of training. Scarred marks of cuts and small force craters lay on the walls and floor from remnants long since past and graduated from the academy in a time long past.
As dust from the falling ceiling settled, it created small piles around the small girl and she rubbed her nose to keep from sniffing in the particles of pollution. Tapping her foot lightly, she was growing impatient with the lack of time tracking the practitioner. She would wonder what would have been happening once he or she arrived still, however. She had never been so nervous before taking this exam, though that same feeling of nervousness rushed back thoughts into her head from the past before her arrival to the village of Kumogakure. Being warped from the current time of reality, she thought back before witnessing the death of her father.
The antics of history once more protruded and came crashing down on Hybris` way of life, causing the remaining Hunter-Nin, famed ninja within Kirigakure who tracked down escapees or refuges who had left Kirigakure without officially being denounced from its records, located Hybris after only three days of tracking. This led to a brief tussle resulting in the death of a Hunter-Nin, though not by the hands of Hybris. They were the hands of her father, Kagarashi Kaguya, a famed bone-wielding shinobi who was granted the title 'Kamisonohone', or God of Bones, for his prestigious mastery over the bloodline limit of Shikotsumyaku. Telling Hybris to continue, he waved her off while he stayed and fought the remainder of the Hunter-Nin, urging her to leave if she wanted to keep her life. Before her departure, he threw her a sword which he carried around daily, a prized possession and heirloom of their family. Nodding and without hesitation, she escaped with her life at the cost of her fathers.
After two months of travel, she came across a narrow mountain pass, cascaded by rocks and falling boulders from atop the giant structures. It was here that she would discover her element, as a boulder came directly from over her and threatened to crush her with ruthless force. Utilizing quick thinking, she activated the Hiding in Rock technique, although unknowing that she possessed it, as her body was enveloped by the surface of the mountain and allowed for the boulder to smash the mountainside, leaving her unharmed. Unable to keep the channelization of the chakra going, she was thrown from the rocks and landed on her knees and hands, looking at the ground, few tears escaping her eyes. Looking up to the sky in remembrance to her dear father, she stood and continued on, tired and famished from weeks upon weeks of travel.
Finally reaching the borderline gates of Kumogakure, the village was hidden mostly by the looming discord of clouds and shadows, she smiled, though her body frowned in tiring discretion. Closing her eyes, she tumbled down the mountainside and landed on her back, knocked unconscious both from the force of the fall and her exhaustion. She was taken from her restless sleep after awaking in a nearby hospital, upon which her eyes would behold the sight of a group of Kumogakure politicians and council members. Striving to survive for her father, she went back to sleep after a brief conversation shared with the lot, informing them of who she was and where she came from. Thus, it would result in her affiliation with the Village Hidden in the Clouds, and just one week after her recovery, she enrolled into the Ninja Academy, preparing to embark on her quest of vengeance against Kirigakure. Suddenly, the arrival of the practicioner beckoned and she came back to the current forces of reality.
The practicioner demanded Hybris perform two of the most basic taught techniques at the academy, both being the Henge, or Transformation, and the second being the basic clone technique. Not exactly a solid clone, though the technique was mostly employed as a distractive or deceitful technique to distract the enemy. Hybris almost immediately reacted to the practitioner's desires, bringing forth a basic clone technique thricefold, spawning three direct clones of herself. Activating a followup transformation technique, all three would go up in a puff of smoke, shortly after the cloud of dust disappeared, revealing the clones to be one hundred percent equally appealing to the practitioner, looking exactly like him. Smiling, she withdrew the clones and awaited the oncoming demands of the practitioner.
